Britney Spears' former bodyguard Tony Barreto is the 'secret witness' who has come forward to testify against the pop superstar in her ongoing child custody battle with ex-husband Kevin Federline. As Federline and Spears' lawyers meet in Los Angeles to thrash out ongoing custody terms concerning the couple's two young sons, independent attorney Gloria Allred turned up at court early on Monday (Sept. 17th) with her client, Barreto. Adding to the confusion outside the courthouse, Allred told reporters she has filed a declaration on her client's behalf in the custody battle.
The heavy-set Latino has not been called to testify in the custody case, but, according to Allred, he is willing to testify against the singer with regards to alleged nudity, alleged drug use and safety issues he claims he witnessed while working for the Toxic singer.
Baretto severed his ties with Spears in May (07).
