CIARA LAUNCHES NEW CLOTHING LINE; SIGNS ON WITH MODELING AGENCY WILHELMINA.

R&B singer Ciara has signed with modeling agency Wilhelmina and is in talks to launch her own clothing line. Wilhelmina will now focus on casting Ciara, who’s currently ending a print modeling run for Jay-Z's Rocawear line, in both clothing and fragrance campaigns, according to the singer. "Modeling has always been one of my aspirations," says Ciara. "But I was insecure about my height. I thought I was 5'7" but I just found out that I'm 5'8" so I'm really excited about that." Ciara’s also in talks with the budget-friendly department store, Steve & Barry's, to create a reasonably priced clothing line that bridges her personal style with affordable price points. Steve & Barry's also carries Sarah Jessica Parker's Bitten line as well as the New York Knicks' Stephon Marbury's Starbury collection. "I have a couple of cool things that I'm working on," says Ciara. "The coolest thing about Steve & Barry's is they cater to everyday people. I won't say that my line will be like theirs, I want to stay true to who I am, but most importantly it has to be affordable."

Ciara is also in the midst of prepping her third album, Fantasy Ride, set for September via Jive. Her last album, 2006's Evolution, has sold 1.3 million copies to-date, according to Nielsen SoundScan.

SELITA EBANKS ON NICK CANNON'S MARRIAGE TO MARIAH CAREY: 'I THINK IT'S AMAZING WHEN TWO PEOPLE FIND LOVE IMMEDIATELY....'

"I haven't spoken to Nick in a long time, but I am truly happy for him. I think it's amazing when two people find love immediately and they just know. It's a very blissful thing and they are blessed. You can't hate on love. We [Nick and I] are cordial. If I see him, I will high-five him and tell him, 'You go, boy!'"

-Nick Cannon's former fiancee and Victoria's Secret model Selita Ebanks in Atlanta's Peach magazine giving props to Cannon and his new wife Mariah Carey's on their sudden marital bliss. Ebanks feelings for Cannon can't be too deep considering the fact that she and Cannon were only engaged for five months after knowing each other for just a couple of months. Cannon and Ebanks severed their wedding plans due to their 'hectic work schedules.' The Cayman Islands' beauty is now dating New York Giants defensive end Osi Umenyiora. The two began dating (very) shortly after her breakup with Nick. I guess it's safe to assume she and Nick learned how to balance their 'hectic work schedules' enough to make room for a little marriage and romance with other people, huh? Ummmm-hmmmm.

TOCCARA CHANNEL TYRA IN RECENT BLOW-UP AT CELEBRITY FIT CLUB JUDGES: 'ALL OF YAL CAN KISS MY ASS!'

In a scene almost reminiscent of her former mentor's (Tyra Banks) tirade on her talk show, plus-size model Toccara Jones took it there and beyond when she blew up at VH1's Celebrity Fit Club judges. In her 2005 appearance on season 2 of Fit Club, the BET personality broke down in tears over the possibility of losing too much weight. Then in her return appearance on the current season, Celebrity Fit Club: Boot Camp, the model has a straight up nervous break down while blaming the judges for failing to support her weekly attempts to lose weight, and blowing off her suggestion that she is still happy with her current size. A clip released on the Internet shows the former America's Next Top Model finalist walking briskly to the scale for her weekly weigh-in and going off on the judging panel: nutritionist Dr. Ian Smith, psychotherapist Stacy Kaiser and trainer Harvey Walden IV. I swear I'm waiting on somebody to bust Dr. Ian's ass wide open.

"All of yall can kiss my ass if yall don't like the fact that I like who the f*ck I am," she says during the outset of her eruption. Her anger builds as Dr. Ian attempts to calm her down with the words, "Tocarra, have some class." The statement just riles her up even more. She steps off of the scale and begins screaming in his face, punctuating the exchange with "Kiss! My! Ass!" Next, Kaiser takes a crack at calming her down, only to be met with Tocarra standing inches from her face and screaming "No! No! No! No!" and denying the therapist's contention that they, indeed, "applauded" her weight loss efforts for the week.

NEW PICS: TOCCARA JONES PHOTOSPREAD IN KING MAGAZINE

Former America's Next Top Model contestant and returning Celebrity Fit Club (VH1) castmate, Toccara Jones shows off the fruits of her workout labor in the May 2008 issue of King magazine. Some guys (and even some girls) may agree that judging by the plus-size model's photospread, she gives the phrase “How Do Ya Like Them Apples?” a new meaning. In her feature cover story, Jones plugs her soon-to-be released fitness DVD, Toccara's Fabulous Workout for 'real-size women,' she says. 'It's going to include a 30-minute workout, a 10-minute arm workout, a 10-minute leg workout and a 10-minute ab workout, so it'll be a full hour. With other workout DVDs, 15 minutes in, you're huffing and puffing and can't get through it. Fitness people make fitness DVDs; it's too intense. I don't think they take into consideration a real person is working out to their DVD. Mine will be challenging, but you'll be able to finish it with a sense of accomplishment. And that does something for your self-esteem. People see me on television and say, 'Oh, Toccara needs to lose some weight,' or 'Toccara is too big.' They put me in this little box, and when they see me in person, they realize that I'm not that big, or they say I lost weight. My main think is just to be healthy, to love who you are. So I figured if I did this workout DVD, it could help people. It's not necessarily about being a certain size. It's about being healthy and loving the skin that you're in.'

Tune in to VH1 to watch Celebrity Fit Club (which also stars Queen of Comedy comedian Sommore) Thursday nights at 9 p.m. on Vh1. Until then, check out the 40-36-40 diva in all of her fruity glory below.

And in true Toccara fashion, the 25-year-old brick house who still wears a G-cup-size bra, has no problem at all tooting her own horn when it comes to talking about her buxom body. 'You know, my body has always been fabulous, but since America's Next Top Model, it has gotten sexier, more toned and voluptuous. The weight loss (from her current stint of Celebrity Fit Club) just makes my breasts fit better in my bras. I don't have the double-dip, like when you wear your bra and have that overage. They just fit perfectly. Man, I'm just a bad, big chick. All my body parts are fabulous; there's no need to pick out or focus on any particular one. All the big girls of the world, it's all good to be thick and fab. Let's take over the world.'

TYRA'S TOP MODEL GIRLS TRASH $6 MILLION LOFT.

Looks like Tyra needs to give the contestants of her show, America's Next Top Model a lesson in home training and how to respect other people's belongings.

According to the New York Post, the 14 wannabe models from the latest cycle of America's Next Top Model are accused of making a dump out of the gorgeous $6 million TriBeCa loft where they lived for 10 weeks. Anisa Productions, which makes the show hosted by Tyra Banks, rented the loft at 39 Lispenard St., promising landlord Michael Marvisi that any damage would be minor, according to an insider. Instead, the crew "punched hundreds of holes in the ceiling to hang lighting equipment" and ruined the Brazilian wood floors, forcing the owner to tear them up and install all new flooring when the women moved out three weeks ago. "These girls not only destroyed the floors, it appears they had food fights. There's ketchup and coffee splattered all over the landlord's $20,000 white drapes. There's lipstick on the walls," said the insider. "They moved in furniture and made holes all along the walls." According to our source, while the beauties were staying in the 4,200-square-foot loft, they damaged a $15,000 chandelier beyond repair and splashed so much water around, the bathroom was ruined and had to be tested for mold. "A plumber had to come fix the toilet and the water caused $90,000 worth of damage to the electrical store on the first floor," said our source.

America's Next Top Model also "skipped out on" a $1,500 electric bill, claimed our source, who estimated the damage totals $500,000. "The landlord is devastated," the source said. "Three other shows approached him [to use the loft] and he turned them all down for Top Model. And a tenant was supposed to move in a week ago, but when the place wasn't ready, they pulled out. Tyra Banks should be ashamed of herself."

NEW PICS: CONTESTANTS FROM 'AMERICA'S NEXT TOP MODEL CYCLE 10' SEASON

Tyra Banks' America's Next Top Model will debut its tenth cycle and fourth season of the series which will air on The CW network beginning Wednesday, February 20, 2008 at 8 PM. A few major changes will be implemented this season. For starters, the show will return to New York City after being housed in Los Angeles, California since Cycle 4. This cycle's theme has been dubbed Back to Basics and the entire wardrobe will be completely dressed by mega fashion house, DSquared.

Fans of the show will also notice a change on ANTM judging panel which has gone unchanged since Cycle 5. During the last nine cycles of ANTM, Tyra Banks has gone through many judges. She started in 2003 with Janice Dickinson, Beau Quillian, and Kimora Lee Simmons. It was no secret that Dickinson and Simmons did not get along during filming. Simmons left after season one as did Quillian. By the time season 5 rolled around, Banks seemed to have found the perfect combo. Since cycle 5, Tyra has judged with Nigel Barker, J. Alexander, and Twiggy. However, due to 'scheduling conflicts', supermodel Twiggy has been replaced by Czech supermodel Paulina Porizkova.

NEW PICS: A.N.T.M. CYCLE 9 WINNER, SALEISHA DEFENDS HER WIN: 'MY PRIOR CONNECTIONS TO TYRA HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH MY WIN.'

Tyra Banks and company tend to make irrational decisions on America’s Next Top Model: “So who goes home? The girl who takes flawless pictures and walks the runway better than anyone we’ve ever seen? Or the girl who has such low self-esteem and such an ugly face that she’ll forever credit me with giving her a chance when no one else would?” But was their decision to award Saleisha the show’s ninth title fair?

After the 21-year-old former receptionist from Los Angeles was named the winner on Wednesday's ninth-cycle finale, the blogosphere was buzzing with reasons why she may have been undeserving of the victory and soon after, sharp-eyed fans dug up footage Saleisha's prior work. One of the apparent conflicts of interest—the fact that Saleisha Stowers participated in one of Tyra’s camps for teenage girls—was disclosed at the beginning of the season. But the rest were not, and E! News reports that those included “footage showing Saleisha walking the catwalk in an ANTM cycle-six fashion show, as well as appearing on the runway in an episode of The Tyra Banks Show (watch it here.).

AFTER THE JUMP, READ SALEISHA'S STATEMENT REGARDING WHY SHE WON FAIR AND SQUARE + PEEP CANDID PICS OF HER LEAVING THE 'LIVE WITH REGIS & KELLY SHOW' IN NYC.

Perhaps more significantly, “Saleisha had appeared in a nationwide Wendy’s commercial (watch it here), that aired in 2006, seemingly in violation of an America’s Next Top Model eligibility rule that states would-be contestants ‘must not have previous experience as a model in a national campaign within the last five years (including, but not limited to, appearances on television and print advertisements).’” The CW said in a statement that Saleisha did disclose her participation in the Wendy's spot, "after reviewing the commercial, it was determined that her appearance did not amount to 'modeling' experience, and therefore did not exclude her from participating in the show."

"Honestly, I feel that everything is done fair and square," Stowers told reporters during a Thursday conference call. "There's more than one judge, and I really think that every judge has their own opinion on the show. If they didn't feel like I deserved to be America's Next Top Model, then I wouldn't. I do feel like maybe [the judges] were a little harder on me. But I do feel I was judged equally and fairly, like every other girl. I did work hard to earn this, and I feel like I deserve it...I think I was chosen fairly like every other girl to be on the show. I really don't think that any connection from T-Zone or the Tyra Show had anything to do with my critiques or judging."

"I fought for this so hard, and I'm so determined, and I have it now, and I'm not letting it slip out," Saleisha proclaimed after learning of her victory. "I wanted it so bad, and I got it, and I'm never letting it go!"

The catwalk-focused series has been renewed through the 2009-10 season.

KANYE TO FULFILL MOM'S LAST WISH BY MARRYING HIS FIANCEE, ALEXIS IN A WINTER WEDDING BY THE END OF 2007.

Kanye West is planning to fulfill his mother's last wish, and marry his fiancee Alexis Phifer by the end of the year (07). The rapper has decided not to stall his marriage plans in the wake of his mother Donda's tragic death last month because he knew she wanted him to settle down. However, before his mother's untimely death, the rapper told GQ magazine, "I'm just going to go and get married -- I'm not going to make a big deal out of it. It's not to prove anything to anyone -- it's for me, for stability in my life, and I'm so happy that I found someone that I really love, that challenges me, that keeps my life interesting, that's just as crazy as I am."

According to a press release: Kanye will celebrate the New Year (2008) as a married man, if his fiancée Alexis Phifer has her way. The blushing bride-to-be accepted West's romantic marriage proposal during an Italian vacation last year (06) - and she admits the couple is planning a winter wedding. Asked when she'll become Mrs. West, Phifer gushes, "Before the year is up."

A friend of the family tells the National Enquirer, "His mother's sudden death brought into focus just how short life really is. Kanye doesn't want to wait any longer to make Alexis his wife. He believes that this is what his mom would want him to do. Kanye knew how much his mother loved Alexis and how she was looking forward to seeing them married."

Before her death, Donda went public with her feelings for her daughter-in-law-to-be, calling Phifer "a very outstanding young woman," adding, "I can't think of one negative thing I would say about her - even in private." West's mother died earlier this month (Nov07) after undergoing a tummy tuck and breast reduction in Los Angeles.

KIMORA LEE SIMMONS NEWS: MOGUL SUED BY MACY'S; WANTS A BRAND NEW BABY FOR X-MAS; MODEL FAKES & FRONTS ON THE FABULOSITY OF HER NEW HOME.

Damn, Kimora! According to the New York Post's Page Six column, Kimora Lee Simmons overcharged Macy's for her beauty products and then refused to pay back the extra profit, according to a lawsuit filed last week in Manhattan Supreme Court. In September 2006, four months after Simmons separated from her multimillionaire husband, Def Jam Records co-founder Russell Simmons, she signed an agreement to provide Macy's with her line of cosmetics. But then she allegedly jacked up the price of her beauty products.

Simmons declined comment.

Rap mogul Russell Simmons' estranged wife Kimora Lee and mother of his two daughters is asking Santa for a special present this Christmas--another baby with her new man, model-turned-actor Djimon Hounsou--and she hopes to have a bun baking in her maternal oven before her divorce is finalized from Russell. Ain't she bolder than a mug?! Anywhoo, when Kimora chatted with a camera crew the other day at St. Vincent Hospital, where she brought daughters Ming Lee and Aoki Lee to visit sick children and spread holiday cheer. A source tells New York gossip column PageSix, "They brought gifts and read stories and played. When she was asked what's on her Christmas list, Lee responded, 'A baby!'" Kimora and Djimon have been dating since the statuesque fashion mogul ended her eight-year marriage to Simmons in 2006.

The former Kimora Lee, whose father is African-American and mother is Japanese-American, was a model, for Chanel and others, when she began dating Simmons, a cofounder of Def Jam Records. The pair met in November 1992 during New York City's Fashion Week. She was 17 and about to finish high school; he was 35 and a self-admitted ladies man. Six years later, Russell, 48, and Kimora, 30 were married by Simmons's brother, Pentecostal minister and rapper Joey "Reverend Run" Simmons of Run DMC, on the Caribbean island of St. Bart's on Dec. 20, 1998.

Meanwhile, reality TV has become more phony by the minute. In a recent installment of Kimora's Style network reality show, Life in the Fab Lane, Simmons appears to pony up $15 million for a gigantic mansion with a glittering view high in the Hollywood Hills. Don't buy it. The blinged-out bi-racial babe did not buy the house on the show. And a little research of public property records reveals that the newly single mother of two actually paid far less for the house she actually bought than her vanity show would would have you believe.

CHECK OUT PICS OF THE REAL HOUSE KIMORA PURCHASED AFTER THE JUMP!

In reality, Simmons paid $5.9 million for a 5,923 square foot Tudor style house in the Beverly Hills Post Office with seven bedrooms, eight and a half bathrooms, and no view to speak of. In a delightful twist of irony, her new next door neighbor is none other than former reality star Jessica Simpson.

Note to Kimora: Check your rear view. You're struggling star power is causing congestion in the Fab lane.
