PICS: ANGELA SIMMONS CELEBRATES HER 21st BIRTHDAY PARTY.

Angela Simmons celebrated her 21st birthday last night at Butter in NYC. Although her boo Bow Wow wasn't in attendance, other celebrities such as DJ Clue, Evan Ross, Dawn from Danity Kane and D-Wade stopped through. Angela's big sis, Vanessa and their brother Jo Jo were also in attendance. He might as well get as much camera time as possible considering he and his band/group/trio/whatever BlackOut sold a whopping less than 300 copies of their debut album....or so I heard.

DWAYNE WADE REVEALS REASON WHY HE HAS CHOSEN TO GO BALD; BALLER ALSO SUED FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT REGARDING HIS RESTAURANTS.

"For those of you who haven't checked out my latest video from Vegas, you're missing my new look. I've cut all my hair off. I've gone bald for the simple fact that I'm focused solely on basketball. I'm not concerning myself with waking up in the morning, brushing my hair trying to look pretty. I'm really focused on playing and bringing home the gold. Also, in China I'm not letting anybody cut my hair. If you're not my barber, it's not happening. The bald look will last me the next 30 days. My head looks good, but my body feels even better...."

--That's D-Wade commenting on why he has chosen to go bald. The All-Star is now in Beijing, China preparing to bring home the Olympic gold medal alongside his USA Olympic teammates Jason Kidd, Kobe Bryant, Lebron James, Chris Paul and Dwight Howard. Wade says he has pushed his body past it's limits in an effort to perform at his very best during the Olympic games.

In related news, Wade is facing a lawsuit for breach of contract from former partners Mark Rodberg and Richard von Houtman. Rodberg and von Houtman helped Wade open two restaurants last year and were planning a third, according to a story in Florida's Sun-Sentinel. But both D. Wade's Sports Grills shut down in the last couple of months and the plaintiffs are saying it's because Wade didn't fulfill his end of the deal by making the required marketing and promotional appearances on behalf the restaurants. Wade, however, is saying that he did meet his obligations and Rodberg and von Houtman , who are looking for $15,000 and attorney's fees, needed to slow their roll and let the restaurants marinate for a minute before expanding.

"If anything, Dwyane has a concern that the value of his name has been tarnished by ceasing operation of the restaurants," Steven Peretz, Wade's attorney, told the Sun Sentinel. "This is an instance where D. Wade called a timeout on the expectation of the restaurants. The pilot restaurants have not shown any record for success."

DWAYNE WADE ON HIS ALLEGED SORDID AFFAIR WITH STAR JONES: 'WE HAVE A GREAT RELATIONSHIP...AS FRIENDS.'

Dwyane Wade has finally spoken up about his alleged romance with Star Jones: “Star is an unbelievable woman. We have a great, great relationship. As friends. We’re friends, just like a lot of celebrities. We are friends,” the pro basketball star said Thursday during a guest appearance on Inside the NBA, the jocular TNT show featuring Charles Barkley, Kenny Smith and Ernie Johnson. “Are y’all close friends?” Smith asked. “We’re good friends,” Wade responded. “Are you the kind of friends that drink out of one cup with two straws?” Smith persisted, referring to a much-discussed photo of Wade, 26, and Jones, the 46-year-old TV personality who recently filed for divorce, at a tennis match. “Those kind of friends?” I swear I just threw up a little in my mouth after reading that first paragraph! “We are friends. That’s all,” said Wade, who is married to his high school sweetheart and has two sons. “Good friends?” Barkley interjected. “Naw, Chuck,” Wade said. Some hilarity ensued. Barkley broke through the commotion to say, “I like Star. She’s a cougar.” Oh, Lord! “What’s a cougar?” Smith asked, not so innocently, a perfect lob to Barkley. Sir Charles promptly slammed the ball home: “Preying on a young Dwyane Wade.”

Representatives for Jones had no comment night.

CLEVELAND CAVS DAMON JONES ON WHY HE DOESN'T PURSUE WOMEN & BEING A NBA FASHION MENTOR

Cleveland Cavaliers player Damon Jones takes the word 'overconfident' to another level. Mr. Jones has no problem whatsoever expressing out loud just why he doesn't have to lay game on any female for any reason. Why? I'll let him tell it....

'Not only am I the most attractive player in Cleveland, I am the most attractive player in the NBA. If I decide to go out to dinner or a club after a game, you'll never see Damon Jones running behind any women. I don't have to. Women choose. If a woman is interested in Damon Jones, she's going to have to pursue me or we will never meet. I don't have to pursue any woman. I have what every woman wants. I'm attractive, I'm charismatic, I'm rich. I'm every woman's dream.'

...AND THEN YOU WOKE UP! THEREFORE AND THUS AND SUCH: NIGGER PLEASE!

He's even more cockier when it comes to his fashion sense. Jones proudly prides himself as the NBA's one and only fashion mentor to his fellow NBA comrades who seek his advice on what's kosher in the b-ball world of fashion. He is even taking credit for Dwyane Wade being named GQ magazine's 2006 'Best Dressed Player in the NBA.'

"D-Wade was a sweat suit and jeans type of guy. I think my flair kind of propelled him to what he is off the basketball floor. A lot of guys say they don't like it. It doesn't look good. Now I'm starting to see a lot of guys taking on my style. What sets guys apart and puts me way ahead of everybody else is my great shirt and tie combinations. The biggest fashion mistake is trying to reach my level. That cannot and will not happen. No one will ever be able to put clothes on the way I do.'

Oh, really now? Well, can anyone explain to me why GQ mag selected D-Wade over D. Jones?
