Here's several candid pics of Beyonce as she arrived in Jakarta, Indonesia earlier today. Jakarta is just one of many stops the singer will make around the globe while on her world tour. In related news, the singer and her multi-platinum boyfriend, rapper Jay-Z will reportedly perform together during New Year's Eve weekend at the opening of Jay-Z's 40/40 Club in Las Vegas on December 30th, according to Life & Style magazine. “Jay wants his club to be the ultimate in entertainment. He knows the buzz is going to be huge,” says a friend of the couple.

Dubbed the first couple of hip-hop, Beyoncé, 26, and Jay-Z, 37, who have been dating for well over 5 years have recorded a string of successful, chart-topping duets such as '03 Bonnie & Clyde, Crazy In Love, Deja Vu and Upgrade U.

And while Beyonce is coasting around the world on a private jet performing in sold-out stadiums and what-not, her 'sister' and bandmate, CinderKelly, who just released her second solo album that hasn't even gone anywhere near gold status, is just...well, out and about not really doing shit. Here she is leaving Cipriani's in London a few days ago. Ain't it a damn shame that Beyonce won't even allow Kelly to at least open for her on her world tour? Hell, it ain't like the girl got shit else to do.

CELEBS AT ROBERTO CAVALLI'S HALLOWEEN PARTY; DESIGNER 'CONFIRMS' J. LO'S PREGNANCY.

Designer Roberto Cavalli has confirmed what has been rumored for months: Yes, Jennifer Lopez is pregnant. (And as the man charged with designing outfits for her changing body, he should know.) Asked what types of clothing he designs for his celebrity clients, he told PEOPLE exclusively on Tuesday, "Well Jennifer Lopez, at this moment, she requests something very special because she is waiting for the baby. It is so complicated because every week she is getting bigger," added the designer. Cavalli designed multiple loose-fitting and flowing outfits for the 38-year-old singer, who is on tour with husband Marc Anthony.

A rep for Lopez did not immediately return calls for comment.

ATLANTA ATTORNEY ORDERED TO PAY HIS JUMPOFF/MISTRESS $28,000 IN CHILD SUPPORT.

One word: WOW! An Atlanta judge has ordered famed attorney Willie Gary to $28,000 a month to the children he conceived with his mistress (a.k.a. jumpoff). That's a lot of damn money! And I'm a bit surprised about it all. A couple of years ago, as a public relations specialist at Jacksonville's number one successful black PR firm, I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Gary when he chose that particular firm to orchestrate the first Willie Gary Football Classic between Edward Waters College and Shaw University at Alltel Stadium. And I must say the man is all about his business. Now, I just can't understand how he could be stupid as to put himself in the position he's currently in.

When Atlanta resident Diana Gowins gave birth to twins fathered by a married multimillionaire, she felt her children deserved the finer things in life. The father, high-profile Florida-based attorney Willie Gary, gave his former lover money for the twins, but when he felt she was misusing the child support, he took her to court in November 2005. Gary convinced Fulton County Superior Court Judge Cynthia Wright to reduce his payments from $28,000 a month to $5,000.

However, the Georgia Court of Appeals issued a decision Friday siding with the mother, tossing out the judge's order to reduce the father's payments.

"It's a big decision," Gowins' attorney, Randy Kessler, said Tuesday after receiving a copy of the appellate court's ruling. Kessler said he faxed a letter to Gary on Tuesday afternoon demanding that he pay about $300,000 to Gowins by Friday to get caught up and then resume monthly payments of $28,000, the amount he initially agreed to pay. Although $28,000 a month may sound high, Kessler said, Gary makes more than $13 million a year, so his payments are comparable to a man with an annual salary of $130,000 paying $280 a month for their twins.

"He agreed to it," Kessler said. "He can afford it. He can't just change his mind."

TOP TEN PROPOSED BOOK TITLES FOR RAY J.'S NEW TELL-ALL BOOK.

I love the funny what-nots I find in various magazines. And when I read the 'Top 10 Things Proposed Titles for Ray J's Tell All Book About His Alleged 1100 Sexual Conquests' in Hip-Hop Weekly magazine, I didn't think twice about sharing it with you all, bless my heart. For those of you who don't know, there were reports that Brandy's lil brother was set to pen a tell-all male-version of Karrine 'Superhead' Steffans' best-selling memoir, Confessions of a Video Vixen. However, Ray J. has since debunked those reports and says he has no intention whatsoever of releasing any book of any kind. But that still doesn't make the following proposed 10 titles of what the book should have been titled (if the reports were true) any less funny. At least not to me anyway.

But I digress. Check them out for yourself.

LIL WAYNE INVOLVED IN ANOTHER LAWSUIT; RAPPER SUED FOR IGNORING 'BLING' BILL PAYMENTS..

Lil' Wayne, the man who first used the term "bling" in a song to describe flashy neck and wrist pieces, is now being sued over alleged nonpayment of a $146,000 jewelry bill. Jack Sutton Fine Jewelry sued the rapper in Florida's Miami-Dade Circuit Court claiming he has yet to pay for a diamond ring and necklace he purchased earlier this month. According to the lawsuit, Weezy agreed to pay his debt through monthly installments -- but after they received the first check for $24,000 on Oct. 12 and a second dated January 2008, the payments stopped cold.

Owner Jack Sutton says: "I've been doing business with him for at least 10 years. He's always been wonderful with paying me. He spent a lot of money with me. I thought we have a really good relationship. I don't know what happened." Lil' Wayne's attorney Ron Sweeney said the whole thing is a "misunderstanding." He says, "If, in fact, the allegations are true, then it will be resolved. My client is very responsible."

Meanwhile, the jewelry situation is the latest in a series of legal drama for the artist, born Dwayne Carter. He is currently fighting drug charges in Atlanta, Ga., gun possession charges in New York and two civil suits in Baltimore, Md., after several women suffered injuries during a homecoming concert when he "made it rain."

50 CENT THROWS HIS HAND IN DESIGNING AUTOMOBILES?; RAPPER CREATES HIS OWN PONTIAC G8.

Rapper Curtis Jackson isn't quite as flamboyant as some of his musical contemporaries. In a unique collaboration with Pontiac, the hip-hop superstar better known as 50 Cent shows remarkable restraint in creating a special edition of the soon-to-be-released G8 sedan as part of the company's promotion for the model. The 50 Cent G8 was created in partnership with Will Castro's New York-based Unique Autosports and features a 7.0-liter LSX 427 V8 under the hood.

The special edition also includes a custom 800-watt JBL audio system, which bundles amplifiers, tuner, speakers and subwoofer, low-profile Pirelli Scorpion Zero tires on 22-inch NC Forged chrome deep-dish wheels, a Borla stainless-steel exhaust system and a Spies Hecker torch-red exterior paint job accented with dark-tinted glass and taillamps.

The only real hint of excess is found inside, where the black leather seats have been retrimmed with perforated red-leather inserts and a 50 Cent/Unique Autosports logo embroidered into the headrests.

IN TODAY'S 'THIS HEFFAH HERE!' NEWS: DA BRAT GOES INTO NAOMI/FOXY MODE AND BUSTS SOMEONE UPSIDE THE HEAD WITH A RUM BOTTLE.

In today's 'this heffah, here!' news, Da Brat is arrested and charged with aggravated assault on a waitress in Georgia. So, she think she's Naomi Campbell now? Or Foxy Brown? She think she can walk her butch-ass around hitting people upside the head with bottles of rum now? This heffah, here!

Rapper Da Brat was arrested early Thursday after a dispute at a nightclub in Tucker, Georgia. The incident allegedly occurred at Studio 72 which is owned by Da Brat's mentor, Atlanta music mogul Jermaine Dupri. Witnesses told police the 33-year-old rapper, whose real name is Shawntae Harris, and a 24-year-old waitress at the club got into a squabble after the waitress bumped into her. At some point, the waitress walked away and moments later was hit in the face with the bottle of rum. According to police reports, the waitress, who sustained a deep laceration to the cheek and some swelling on the forehead, was driven to a hospital by a friend.

Da Brat was booked into DeKalb County jail on a charge of aggravated assault, said a bonding agent at the jail.

This isn't Da Brat's first brush with the law. Back in 2000, the rapper was charged with aggravated battery, for allegedly pistol-whipping a woman at a club in the Buckhead area of Atlanta. The rapper was accused of attacking a woman at Chili Peppers, after the two got into an argument while the woman was trying to get into the nightclub's VIP area. The woman was later taken to Grady Hospital, where she received six stitches for a cut in the head. The rapper was later sentenced to perform 80 hours of community service, serve a year's probation and pay a $1,000 fine.

Da Brat was the first female rapper to have a platinum-selling album. She has appeared on VH1 reality shows Celebrity Fit Club and The Surreal Life as well as MTV's Celebrity Rap Superstar where she served as a judge.
