The Dirty Awards: whoever named this awards show was right on the money. It's beyond dirty-looking...as a matter of fact it's borderline filth to the nth degree. You know it's dirty when it makes the Source Awards look like the Grammys. Yeah, I said it. The random and utter madness of niggerosity was a sight to behold and then some. The venue looked as if it reeked of weed, 40s, men who wear too much cologne, women who wear too much perfume, groupies, sunflower seeds. Niggardry at its finest, yes indeed.

Anywhoo, word around the web (as well as the Dirty Awards red carpet) is the big hoopla regarding Diamond of Crime Mob being ousted from the group. However, as you can clearly see in the pics below, she didn't let her current status as a former member of the dirty group keep her from styling and profiling on the red carpet with her boo, Lil Scrappy. Their appearance together kinda caught me off guard. Why? Because a couple of weeks ago, someone whispered in my ear that they had broken up and that the dude (Lil Scrappy) with the $45,000 teeth had began dating a member of a messageboard I had once been a well-known member of. So, either that fling didn't last long or it just never happened. What-the-hell-ever.

As a severe Michael Jackson fan, I don't know whether to be excited about this news or appalled. On one hand, it would be great to hear and see the guys perform some of their biggest hits again....but on the other hand: they're all old! Ugh!

The Jackson Five are to reform for a tour, according to Jermaine Jackson, with his brother Michael set to take part in the reunion. Jermaine told BBC 6 Music that the band - featuring Tito, Marlon, Jackie, Jermaine, Michael and Randy - has discussed concert plans and that a series of shows could take place "sometime in 2008". And the singer and guitarist confirmed that Michael "will be involved" in the tour. "He has to be," he said. "He is a Jackson. He was at the meetings. Michael will be involved."

The group - who found fame in the 1970s with hits such as I Want You Back, Rockin' Robin and ABC - last toured as the Jacksons (with six members) in 1984 in support of the Victory album. Thriller star Michael told fans on the last night of the tour that he was leaving the band and though they released one further album - 2300 Jackson Street in 1989 - they formally disbanded in 1990.

I damn near cried when I saw this video. Damn, I miss the old Michael.

Rumors of a reunion have persisted however, with Celebrity Big Brother contestant Jermaine confirming that Michael's 2005 trial for child abuse had caused a delay. "There's been so much going on, getting over all the hurdles that we all were faced with during Michael's trial," he said. "But we are stronger than ever. I'm gonna say thank you, thank you, thank you so much to all the fans and the supporters of my family all over Europe, all over the UK especially, who came out to show their love and their support." He added: "We feel we have to do it one more time. We owe that to the fans and to the public."

Choreographer Laurie Ann Gibson is moving on from the disastrous turn of events that led to her firing from Diddy's MTV series Making the Band. In a candid interview with New York magazine, Gibson says she will never work as a choreographer with the rap mogul again because of his supersized self-image. "The problem was definitely P. Diddy and working with his ego," she explained. "It was really him that gave me trouble because he couldn't really understand that at certain points [the process] was difficult and hostile. I mean, the girls were amazing and the boys were not the problem. They were hard workers, and the show was definitely edited at times. It's debatable, but a lot of people know that's what it takes as a dancer."

Gibson was fired by Diddy following a heated argument that resulted in the dancer filing a complaint against her famous boss with the NYPD. The altercation, shown on an episode last season, stemmed from Gibson's frustration over not being allowed the proper time to choreograph routines. In previous public statements, Gibson claimed the argument escalated to a point where guest judge Michael Bivins allegedly grabbed her while Diddy picked up a chair and made a threatening move toward her. She says she broke free from Bivens and tried to run, but was grabbed by the New Edition vet again before finally managing to escape for good.

On November 18th socialite, Nicole Richie and Joel Madden celebrated their impending arrival with family and friends at a Wizard of Oz-themed baby shower held at the Beverly Hills hotel. The celebration, planned by Mindy Weiss, included touches like ruby slipper centerpieces, a yellow brick road lined with candy, a live band performing tunes from the classic flick, such as Somewhere Over the Rainbow and a cake read, There's no place like having a baby at home. Guests included Paris and Nicky Hilton, Lauren Conrad and Rashida Jones. "It's nice to be supported by your friends and family. There are people here I haven't seen in so long." Richie told her guests at the event.

In lieu of extravagant gifts, Nicole and Joel asked their guests to bring along their favorite children's books to begin a library for their baby, and asked that other presents be donated to the Richie Madden Children's Foundation, their new project with the Los Angeles Free Clinic, which will provide 100 mom-to-be kits to less fortunate families in the L.A. area. Joel said, "It's a really cool way we can celebrate our child's life with something positive. And celebrate other young couples who are just starting out and will enjoy all these things that people donated."

Although a recent report yesterday said that Nicole received a boy-themed t-shirt, the couple repeated again to InStyle that they do not know the sex of their baby, and hammered that point home by serving pink, blue, and yellow martinis, as well as sending guests home with pashmina wraps in the same color combinations.

Richie is due to give birth in early January.

In related news, according to the New York Daily News, Richie's on-again-and-off again BFF is suspected of leaking pictures of Nicole Richie's baby shower to a third party who is trying to sell them to the tabloids. InStyle magazine was granted exclusive coverage of the baby shower, but personal photos taken by guests with their own cameras were reportedly snapped as well. A source tells the Daily News' Gatecrasher column that guest Paris Hilton may have been behind photos on the black market for a reported $3,000 to $4,000 asking price. "All the photos that were offered had Paris right in the center of them, as the star," the insider said. "They look set up. …None of the money would have been for Paris — for her it's about the attention."

Hmm, I was just sitting here watching an old episode of One on One when I thought to myself, 'I wonder what's up with the actress [Sicily Sewell] who played Spirit Jones (Kyla Pratt's character, Brianna's best friend) on the show? Let me go find out.' Now, although I was well aware of the fact that she'd gotten married in May of 2006, I had no idea that she and her musician husband, Chris Johnson, 27, recently welcomed their first child together. On November 17, 2007, in Los Angeles, they became the proud parents of a beautiful baby girl that they have named Madison Sierra, bless their hearts.

Some of you may remember a little over 2 years ago, right before the show was to enter its fifth season, Sicily and actor Kelly Perine (who played Duane; Brianna's godfather and best friend of Flex Alexander's character, Flex Washington) were fired and replaced by white actors. Sicily said producers told her and Kelly that the reason the upper-ups would not remew their contracts was because they 'were taking the show in a different direction.' That was some straight up on the bullshit level type of bullshit, right? What really put the lid on the jar was the fact that Sicily and Kelly were only nine episodes away from syndication. When a show goes into syndication, its main cast members become handsomely paid something proper-like, so of course, at the time, both outed actors had every right to be pissed off to the highest level of pisstivity. And even though she considered the rest of the cast as her family, especially Kyla, the actress, who claims she still hasn't watched episodes from the final season of the show (while it was on the air and once it went into syndication) that she once called home for four years, isn't bitter.

So how's Sicily's friendship with her former, small screen BFF these days? Well, a couple of months ago, the actress's baby shower was held and a couple of her celeb friends showed up.

REGINA KING EXPLAINS CAREER SACRIFICES SHE MADE AS A SINGLE MOTHER.

In her new film This Christmas, Regina King plays the part of a wife trapped in a bad marriage, who remains in the relationship for far too long. The role was somewhat familiar territory for the 36-year-old actress, who says that she could identify with the character. "The one thing I could relate to was staying in a situation way too long. The thinking that you're staying in a situation -- for me because of my son -- and you're losing a part of yourself as you're fooling yourself into thinking that a bad situation is worth something."

Mom to 11-year-old Ian Jr. with ex-husband Ian Alexander Sr., from whom Regina filed for divorce last year, Regina says she turns down all film offers that would take her away from her son for more than one week during the school year. Ending her marriage of ten years is a decision that Regina says she doesn't regret. "I think it is definitely difficult for any professional being a mother, and a single one at that. It's hard not having a partner to raise your child. It's difficult, but far from impossible and we smile more than we cry."

Now 36, King started acting at the age of 13, when she landed the role of Brenda in the TV show 227 in 1985. She has a filmography with more than 30 credits, including roles in Boyz N the Hood, Jerry Maguire, Enemy of the State, Ray, and A Cinderella Story. She has also appeared again on the small screen in 24 and as the voices of Huey and Riley Freeman in The Boondocks on Cartoon Network.

Entertainment Network. The show will capture the legally challenged yet multi-platinum selling rapper’s life behind the microphone as a husband, the father of 3 kids and the head of a youth football league as he goes about his daily business, which has expanded over the past decade to include producing, acting, hosting a radio show, and tacking -izzle onto the end of every other word. On the home front, Snoop and his wife of 10 years, Shante, have two sons and a daughter.

Add a handful of court dates to the mix and you've got one of the fullest plates around. Expect to see Snoop in the process of completing the 800 hours of community service he was sentenced to in April after pleading no contest to a pair of felony weapon and drug charges stemming from separate arrests last fall. Although Snoop has a valid certificate from the state of California allowing him to use marijuana for medicinal—but not career—purposes, he was busted in October in front of Burbank Airport for illegal transport of the drug and gun possession.

Snoop will debut the video for his first single, Sensual Seduction, on MTV’s TRL on Wednesday (November 28) and BET's 106 & Park on Thursday (November 29). Snoop said of the track: "Sensual Seduction is like a throwback feel-good song. I wanted to have fun with this one ... and the video is crazy!" The promo sees the rapper in 1980s setting, surrounded by lookalikes of bands from that decade including Vanity 6 and The Mary Jane Girls.

DENNIS RODMAN ACCUSED OF SEXUALLY HARASSING HOTEL EMPLOYEE IN VEGAS.

Former basketball baller Dennis Rodman has been accused of sexually harassing a hotel employee in Las Vegas. Sara Robinson, a former bar manager at the Hard Rock Hotel, has filed a lawsuit against the sportsman over a March 2006 incident, claiming he slapped her on the bottom and rubbed himself against her at the resort.

The lawsuit alleges, "As Robinson stepped around the bar, Rodman grabbed her, pulled her towards him and rubbed his body against hers. Robinson tried to get free from Rodman's grasp at which time he assaulted her by reaching down and slapping her open-handed on the bottom." The complaint, which seeks unspecified damages, also claims Robinson was fired unfairly by the Hard Rock chain after filing a statement detailing Rodman's actions following a separate incident at the same venue in April 2006, in which he is accused of 'causing a scene'.

The document accuses Rodman of assault and battery, and the Hard Rock Hotel of negligence by failing to protect her from Rodman's "harassing conduct". REAL OR RUMOR: ACTRESS MAIA IN MENTAL HOSPITAL?; WHAT FMR. CHILD STAR-TURNED-PORN-STAR IS PLANNING A COMEBACK VIA REALITY SHOW & TELL-ALL BOOK?

Word around the web is that former In the House actress and daughter of esteemed author, the late Bebe Moore-Campbell, Maia Campbell is allegedly taking up residence in a California mental hospital. Although details regarding what exactly prompted Campbell's alleged admission into the white 'makes you hug yourself' jackets and padded walls facility is unclear, anyone who knows Campbell's sordid past which includes severe drug abuse, intense mental problems and lack of legitimate work in the entertainment industry can easily contend that these could be the very reasons why the 30-year-old actress (who turns 31 on November 26...one day before the first anniversary of her mother's death on November 27, 2006) she has voluntarily (or involuntarily) finally sought the help she so desperately needed.

If this report is indeed true, and I'm really starting to have my doubts (she was just on her official myspace page this past Friday), I'm sure the media will be made aware of it soon enough. This is also the reason why I insist on classifying this particular blog post as a rumor until more concrete, credible details become available.

Moving on to another celeb has-been: Could the following story be deemed as just a random rumor or realer than real?

There's been whispers (and, no, it didn't come from that often-times un-credible mediaFAKEout website) that a black former child actor-turned- porn-actor is planning a comeback with the help of a reality show on VH1 as well as a tell-all book backed by a powerful talk show host whose show she appeared on in 2006. The actor seems to hope that stepping back into the public eye will take her career to the next level. Good luck, girl. You gon need it. As (bad) luck would have it, the actor's life hit below rock bottom once she began starring in adult films at the ripe age of 22 after leaving the cast of the second-longest running comedy with a predominately black cast in the history of American television, surpassed only by The Jeffersons.

Reportedly, her brief stay into the world of adult films were prompted when a judge ruled that her trust fund of over $500,000 be used to save her family from bankruptcy. She later claimed that her parents had squandered her trust fund and she had no money to her name. She also adamantly cried out that she was talked into pornography as an easy way to make money. Hmph, I guess the idea of holding down a regular 9-to-5 or even a job as a Hooter's girl refused to take that journey across her mind, huh?

KIMORA LEE SIMMONS NEWS: MOGUL SUED BY MACY'S; WANTS A BRAND NEW BABY FOR X-MAS; MODEL FAKES & FRONTS ON THE FABULOSITY OF HER NEW HOME.

Damn, Kimora! According to the New York Post's Page Six column, Kimora Lee Simmons overcharged Macy's for her beauty products and then refused to pay back the extra profit, according to a lawsuit filed last week in Manhattan Supreme Court. In September 2006, four months after Simmons separated from her multimillionaire husband, Def Jam Records co-founder Russell Simmons, she signed an agreement to provide Macy's with her line of cosmetics. But then she allegedly jacked up the price of her beauty products.

Simmons declined comment.

Rap mogul Russell Simmons' estranged wife Kimora Lee and mother of his two daughters is asking Santa for a special present this Christmas--another baby with her new man, model-turned-actor Djimon Hounsou--and she hopes to have a bun baking in her maternal oven before her divorce is finalized from Russell. Ain't she bolder than a mug?! Anywhoo, when Kimora chatted with a camera crew the other day at St. Vincent Hospital, where she brought daughters Ming Lee and Aoki Lee to visit sick children and spread holiday cheer. A source tells New York gossip column PageSix, "They brought gifts and read stories and played. When she was asked what's on her Christmas list, Lee responded, 'A baby!'" Kimora and Djimon have been dating since the statuesque fashion mogul ended her eight-year marriage to Simmons in 2006.

The former Kimora Lee, whose father is African-American and mother is Japanese-American, was a model, for Chanel and others, when she began dating Simmons, a cofounder of Def Jam Records. The pair met in November 1992 during New York City's Fashion Week. She was 17 and about to finish high school; he was 35 and a self-admitted ladies man. Six years later, Russell, 48, and Kimora, 30 were married by Simmons's brother, Pentecostal minister and rapper Joey "Reverend Run" Simmons of Run DMC, on the Caribbean island of St. Bart's on Dec. 20, 1998.


Meanwhile, reality TV has become more phony by the minute. In a recent installment of Kimora's Style network reality show, Life in the Fab Lane, Simmons appears to pony up $15 million for a gigantic mansion with a glittering view high in the Hollywood Hills. Don't buy it. The blinged-out bi-racial babe did not buy the house on the show. And a little research of public property records reveals that the newly single mother of two actually paid far less for the house she actually bought than her vanity show would would have you believe.
