According to the Baltimore-Sun, the latest distraction he might have to deal with is a scurrilous online book published by someone who claims to have worked as a bodyguard for the Los Angeles Lakers star. Patrick Graber was charged in September 2003 with soliciting the murder of the woman who accused Bryant of rape in Colorado the same year. That charge was later dropped in exchange for a no-contest plea to grand theft, for which Graber, of El Segundo, Calif., was sentenced to three years in prison and ordered to pay $191,000 in restitution.

The star-struck Chicago woman whipped out her Samsung phone and discreetly snapped four grainy shots of Kelly while the two were sitting in the courtroom's gallery. But her fun was not to last: The photos landed the grandmother in Cook County Jail over the weekend for violating a courtroom camera ban. "I feel stupid," she said. "I just got carried away. It's the Holidays and Will Smith is in a grumpy mood and not too thrilled with celebrity gossip website articles that he says misinterpreted his recent remark in a Scottish newspaper about Adolf Hitler. Saturday, The Daily Record quoted Smith as saying: "Even Hitler didn't wake up going, 'let me do the most evil thing I can do today.' I think he woke up in the morning and using a twisted, backwards logic, he set out to do what he thought was 'good.'" The quote was preceded by the writer's observation: "Remarkably, Will believes everyone is basically good." Over the weekend, dozens of celebrity gossip sites posted articles, he says, that twisted his comment around to have the reader believe that he said Hitler was a "good" person.
Multiple Grammy Award-winning singer and actress Beyonce Knowles sometimes becomes so upset by unwanted media speculation about her private life she wants to "kill somebody". The R&B goddess admits she has learned to live with being a paparazzi target. Earlier this year, Knowles told Vibe magazine, "Everybody messes with celebrities. At a point, you just have to decide if you really want it. If you do, you have to have a tough skin. And after you get a certain amount of success, you have no choice. Over the past couple of hours, I've received at least 5 emails from readers asking me about former B2K member, Raz B.'s disturbing youtube videos where he accuses Chris Stokes of sexually molesting him, his baby brother Ricardo and possibly other young boys (including ex-members of B2K as well as Marques Houston). The story (as well as the videos which you can AFTER THE JUMP!) was first discussed last night on Lipstickalley.com. The same messageboard where the biggest and juiciest celebrity stories (as well as rumors) originate. To tell you the truth, I was so into the 20+ page thread after it was first posted, that I neglected to bring the news over here to share it with you all! That's my bad. It was that good! "The accusations that Demario 'Raz B' Thorton and Ricardo Thorton have made are vehemently false and hold no merit. I have recently stopped financially supporting both individuals along with assisting them with their criminal and legal matters, which leads me to believe they are resentful and looking to benefit financially from this. My family is my first priority and the reason why I have been so supportive of them. In bringing these false claims, they have not only slandered me, they have also put me in a position to ensure that the truth is known and I will take all legal routes to protect myself, my family and my four children."
Damion "World" Hardy, the 33-year-old ex-boyfriend of rapper Lil' Kim, faces death by lethal injection if found guilty of ordering the execution of a rival that also took the life of an innocent bystander. The alleged hit man, Eric (E-Bay) Moore, also faces the federal death penalty for the Aug. 10, 2000, slaying of Ivory Davis, who was shot twice as he sat in his car outside New York's Club NV at Hudson and Spring Sts, reports the New York Daily News. Davis, mortally wounded, drove off and fatally struck a pedestrian, Swedish filmmaker, Johan Camitz.
