The naturally beautiful Tionne 'T-Boz' Watkins of TLC held a meet-and-greet at her children's clothing store, Chase's Closet in Houston, Texas on Tuesday (Monday, April 21). The singer used the M&G to launch her new clothing line which will benefit the Texas Children's Foster Care System. Her boyfriend of over three years, Takeo Spikes was by her side. Ask Kim Kardashian why she thinks she's so famous, and she'll tell you, 'Because I have a big, fat ass!' Believe me Kim when I tell you that ain't it. In a recent interview, the reality star felt the need to set the record straight on several annoying misconceptions that folks seem to have about her. Kardashian says just because she's known for partying her ass off and being photographed going in and out of clubs from L.A. to MIA, literally showing off her ass, she swears she's just a regular ol girl. "The biggest misconception of me is that I'm a wild, crazy party girl," she says. "I mean, I don't even drink alcohol. So I can't stay up too late and party." She also stated the relationship she has with New Orleans Saints running back Reggie Bush is as real as it gets...even when their private moments are often disturbed by the probing paparazzi. "Reggie hates the paparazzi. I've become really good at telling when they're around and we had no idea they were in the Dominican Republic. When I saw the pictures I almost had a heart attack. But we balance each other out so well. We're a lot alike and we're alot different. He's a big part of my life. We're a really good balance of each other and it's going real well. He can care less about what other people think. He's definitely my reality check."But will he be here for the long run? In the past, before hooking up with Bush, Kardashian once said she finds it hard to trust men after being left heartbroken so many times during her high school days through her adult years. "I went out with a good guy in school - but it has all gone downhill since then. Every single guy since then has cheated on me - so I think all men cheat. Normally my sister catches them out. But every guy I have been out with has cheated on me and broken my heart." Mmmmm-hmmm. Will little-boy Reggie change her perceptions on how she perceives men to be? The hell if I care or really give a damn! A better question would be: Does Kim feels as if Reggie is burdened with unwanted drama from his fans and haters about having her as his girlfriend? That really is a good question, huh? Kim's response?

THINGS GO FROM BAD TO WORSE FOR LISARAYE'S HUSBAND. DID SHE KNOW JUST WHAT SHE WAS GETTING HERSELF INTO BY MARRYING HIM?.
Things go from bad to worse in the investigation involving LisaRaye's husband, the Honorable Michael Misick. Reportedly, Misick is now "seriously considering" stepping down from his post as the Premier of Turks & Caicos in the wake sexual assault accusations and other probes, political in nature, reports TMZ.com. According to the Web site, Misick's alleged victim is of Puerto Rican descent and was over 18 at the time of the alleged assault. It was also discovered that she may have known Misick before the incident. There were initial rumors that the American woman was also a celebrity, but those reports are not true, according to TMZ. The FBI has reportedly landed on the island and launched an investigation. Meanwhile, the police tell TMZ that Misick has been "cooperative."LisaRaye must be going through the motions, but she really has no one to blame for herself. If she had spent more time getting to know her husband instead of dating him after they were married, then maybe she'd know just what he is/was capable of. I mean damn Lisa! Dude met you at the 2005 Trumpet Awards and then figured he'd better make his move and propose before some other man scooped you up. This lady said the only time she got to know her husband was during the time it took to plan their wedding! You don't go marrying somebody just because they have all this money and can give you the luxury of obtaining a prestigious title. All the money and lawyers in the world will not protect you when and/or if these allegations are true. And there must be some truth to them since he's considering stepping down. And before anyone jumps down my throat, what I said above is basically reiterating what LisaRaye said about her marriage in an issue of Jet magazine. Here's an excerpt:

RAPPER KHIA BLASTED, BUSTED & DISQUALIFIED FROM VHI'1 MISS RAP SUPREME REALITY SHOW FOR SPITTING WHACK-ASS, PRE-RECORDED 'ORIGINAL' FREESTYLE.
Remember: God don't like ugly. And one quick glance at Khia and you'll know that she and He ain't friends. Looking like a cross between the Hawaiian Punch man and Lil Wayne's identical twin sister. Khia has played herself to the nth degree. Any respect and admiration anyone has or has ever had for her will dissipate after watching the first five minutes of tonight's episode of VH1 reality show, Ego Trip's Miss Rap Supreme, where wanna-be female emcees compete for $100,000 and the title of Miss Rap Supreme. MC Search and rapper Yo-Yo act act hosts and judges on the show. In last week's premiere episode, contestants who fell victim to the elimination round, were instructed to write an original 16-bar verse. Long story short: when it was Khia's turn on the mic, ol girl spit the most whacked-out 16 bars I have ever heard in my life. And in the end, it was that same 16-bar verse that landed her in the bottom two. Here's a little snippet: R-e-s-p-e respect me/R-e-s-p-e respect me/Respect me/If you want to be with me/You gotta respect me/If I give you this pussy/You gonna respect me/Anywhere you see me/You better respect me/Anywhere that we be/You know to respect me/If you choose to be with me/You gotta respect me/Act a fool out in these streets/Cause you gonna respect me....' LISTEN TO TRACK HEREAt the end of her tired rap, Search let Khia know how disappointed he was in her performance and that she would be skating on thin ice if she ever spit that kind of crap again. Surprisingly, he also praised Lionezz, the other girl in the bottom two with Khia, telling Khia that Lionezz had spit more fire in her 16 bar verse better than anything Khia could ever write. Ouch. Back at the house, Khia went on a rampant calling Search a hater for dissing her and her rhyming abilities. 'He is such a hater! Talkin' 'bout he couldn't understand it. It wasn't meant for you to understand! You ain't from my hood! I PAID MY DUES! RESPECT ME!'

Later on that same night, the ladies were awaken by a visit from Search. He told Khia that after he heard her rhyme, he later realized that he'd heard it somewhere before. Upon further investigation, it was revealed that Khia's original 16-bar verse was actually a recorded track which appears on her 2006 Gangstress album. This is a direct violation of contest rules. Pissed off to his highest level of pisstification, Search gave Khia an embarrassing tongue-lashing before quickly dismissing her from the competition and told her to pack up her stuff and 'step off.' Khia's defense? Ol' girl tried to justify her reasons for cheating by stating, 'Nobody sit and wrote anything just straight off the dome. He's [Search] a joke. I'm already an established artist. I don't need this.' Someone should recommend she contact a lawyer and look into suing Mother Nature for malpractice of the mouth.
It's bad enough that while the majority of the girls are just about as whack (if not whacker) as Khia is on the mic, in the beginning there were a couple of girls who actually looked up to her, being that she has sold 800,000 records and already knew what the business is about. However, there were several others, such as rapper Ms. Cherry, who clowned her as a joke and a one-hit wonder every chance she got. If you watch tonight's show, you'll see how that situation came back and bit her in the ass. Personally, I thought they would keep Khia on the show because she caused so much chicken-head drama and bitchassness in the house, which would have probably garnered the show higher ratings (yeah, right?!). Hell, Khia was the only reason I watched the show: just so I could see her make a damn fool of herself. But because she violated contest rules, I guess Search had no other choice but to disqualify her. Lionezz returned to the competition.
So in the end, Khia remains what she has been since her one and only hit, My Neck, My Back, blew up back in 2002: a washed up, whack-verse spitting, one-hit wonder of a rapper whose only claim to so-called fame is the aforementioned single and a forgettable hook on Janet's album, 20 Y.O. Someone at VH1 deemed her ass worthy enough of giving her a second shot at [a piece of] fame and what does she do? She goes and ultimately fucks up her chances at winning $100gs all because her fraudulent fronting ass couldn't come up with an original 16-bar verse. 'Seasoned' rapper my ass. Now, how is she going to demand respect after this debacle she brought on herself? I bet Wendy Williams and Janet Jackson somewhere laughing her ass off at this chick.
Call this a spoiler if you want to. But the only reason I won't label it as such is because I'm sure folks aren't really checking for this show like that. It was Khia's blatant stupidity and 'higher than thou' attitude that compelled me to write this blog post.

Last January, I told you all that Jill would be posing nude in Allure magazine's May 2008 issue The purpose of the photo spread is to celebrate various shapes of the female body. "Here I am, naked in a magazine at size 16 ... We are all beautiful, each and every one of us. I don’t think that I am a particularly big girl, clearly I am not a small girl, but I think I am an average-sized American woman. I have been blessed with family and friends who appreciate all sides of me. My nude photo shoot for Allure, was so empowering and after it was all done, I was congratulated by staff members of Allure for breaking the mold,” said Scott.
Gabrielle Union and Scott are among the five celebrities chosen by Allure magazine to go completely naked for a pictorial. Actress Angie Harmon, also featured in the pictorial, reaffirms that the photos are not about selling sex. "It's about showing the female body in a positive, beautiful way," she says.

KESHIA KNIGHT PULLIAM TO PLAY IMPRISONED PROSTITUTE IN TYLER PERRY'S 'MADEA GOES TO JAIL' FILM.
I knew it was just a matter of time before Keshia Knight Pulliam landed a role in an upcoming Tyler Perry film. How? She's made more than one guest appearance on Perry's TBS sitcom series, House of Payne. And sooner or later, the folks who either star or have guest starred on House of Payne almost always end up in a Perry film (i.e. Lance Gross, China Anne McClain, Lamman Ruker....). Anyhoo, Pulliam, best known as little Rudy Huxtable from the sitcom The Cosby Show, will play a major role in Perry's film adaptation of his popular stage play Madea Goes to Jail. This marks Pulliam's first major big-screen role ever. The 29-year-old actress will portray an imprisoned prostitute who comes to learn valuable life lessons from new inmate Madea, the gun-toting grandma played by Perry himself. Madea arrives on Candy's cell block after her arrest for stealing gas and leading police on a freeway chase. During her incarceration, Candy convinces Madea to take custody of her wayward daughter Toni once she is set free. Actor Derek Luke will play an attorney who has a past with Candy.The film will also star husband and wife team, David and Tamela Manning and is scheduled to begin filming next month in Atlanta for an early 2009 release. Pulliam, who earned a sociology degree from Spelman College, is currently launching an Atlanta-based production company for film and television projects that she has in development. I just hope her performance in Madea Goes to Jail is better than her performance in Beauty Shop.

Rapper-turned-actor Common and his rumored girlfriend, tennis ace Serena Williams were recently spotted clubbing in Miami. 'So what?' you ask? Well, the two--who still won't confirmed as to whether they are indeed a couple--apparently turned heads when they arrived at Miami's hot Prive Nightclub--hand in hand--only to be denied entrance because Common was inappropriately dressed and did not meet the venue's strict dress code. Rumors of their courtship began late last year (2007) after the two appeared together in Common's video I Want You. Soon after, they were caught holding hands and getting all lovey-dovey and whatnot at a party at hotspot Tenjune in Manhattan.Previously, Common's most high-profile romance was with R&B star Erykah Badu, while Williams enjoyed a fling with director Brett Ratner as well as ATL co-star Jackie Long.

'THE GAME' ACTRESS TIA MOWRY MARRIES LONGTIME BOYFRIEND IN SANTA BARBARA, CALIFORNIA.
Congratulations are in order for one half of Sister, Sister (on the now defunct WB network) (un)identical twin duo (at least in my eyes), Tia Mowry. The actress who currently plays the role of Melanie Barnett on The Game on the CW, was joined in holy matrimony on Sunday to her longtime boyfriend of seven years, actor Cory Hardrict. The beautiful ceremony took place at the Four Seasons Resort Santa Barbara in front of 170 guests. Instead of strolling down the aisle to the traditional Wedding March, Mowry was serenaded as she walked down the aisle to a live performance by R&B singer Kenny Lattimore, who sang For You. "You can tell they're really in love," says wedding planner Robyn Goldberg of the newlyweds. "[Hardrict] wanted the wedding to be her dream come true." Mowry, 29, wore a couture wedding gown by Kevan Hall. Tamera, who wore an aubergine gown by Tadashi, served as maid of honor. The 30-minute outdoor ceremony was followed by a Midsummer Night Dream-style reception in the hotel's ballroom. Florist Jennifer Katz of Fiori Design created tall iron centerpieces covered in moss and decorated with flowers in different shades of pink. The wedding cake was a four-tiered vanilla and red velvet cake by Cake Divas. Guests danced to the tunes of DJ Michael Hayes.Mowry and Hardrict, 28, were engaged on Christmas Day, 2006. Of her relationship with Hardrict, Mowry once said, "Cory and I, we really built a foundation for ourselves. He's my best friend. We work really hard at balancing our schedules. A perfect example -- I had a really hard day at work the other day, and he surprised me with flowers and then a romantic dinner. We've been dating seven years, and we still do stuff like that. We let each other know, 'Yes, we're working hard, doing what we've got to do, but I love you.' He actually coached me for The Game, pushed me to go out for it. I didn't think I could do it. It was such a different role for me, I really had to work hard."

I guess she did, considering she went behind her sister's back (Tamera, had originally auditioned and snagged the role of Melanie Barnett first after winning over the producers) and auditioned for the role leaving producers with the difficult task of choosing which twin to give it to. It eventually worked out for best because needless to say, Tia most definitely owns that role in every way.

ASHANTI DENIES NEW VIDEO, 'WAY THAT I LOVE YOU' IS A WARNING OF CAUTION TO NELLY.
There's no truth whatsoever to the rumors suggesting Ashanti's new music video, Way That I Love You serves as a warning to her rapper boyfriend of 5 years, Nelly. The R&B singer. In the video, Ashanti is seen wielding a knife and seeking revenge on a cheating ex-lover. But Ashanti--who refuses to confirm her longterm relationship to Nelly--insists the track isn't aimed at him. She tells People.com, "It's not! I wrote that record last summer... The song is just about real life. It's for every woman who has gone through it. It's a rude awakening when you get used to being happy, but it's a part of life. I didn't kill the person!" However, she does confess to doing some investigating of her own on a previous partner she suspected of infidelity: "Of course I've snooped! Before (Sidekick pagers) came out, I was snooping through regular cell phones, everything! Whatever he had out, I was all in it!"And she is still remaining coy over her rumored relationship with Nelly, saying of the hip-hop star: "We're really, really good friends."
