GEORGIA WOMAN SAYS ACTOR MIKE EPPS FATHERED HER 4-MONTH-OLD CHILD.

Day-Day say it ain't so! Not you too, boo?! According to recent reports, comedian Mike Epps is fighting a paternity suit from a Georgia woman who claims the actor is the father of her four-month-old child. Epps, who starred in Next Friday and most recently Welcome Home, Roscoe Jenkins, has been named in legal papers filed by an unnamed female in February 2008, in which she requests Epps take a DNA test and acknowledge the child as his own. The woman's lawyer Randy Kessler claims his client initially wanted to keep the proceedings quiet, but was forced to go public after repeated calls, letters and emails to Epps and his attorneys were ignored. He tells TMZ.com, "We are not asking for the moon, we are just asking him to take a paternity test. Once the tests are completed and paternity is confirmed, hopefully, Mr. Epps will do the right thing and begin to provide for his child."

Epps, 37, has been married to wife Michelle MCCain (shown above)since 2006. The couple has one daughter together. Epps also has a teenage son from a previous relationship.

ALLEGED TYRA BANKS STALKER ARRESTED, THEN FREED FROM JAIL.

A man accused of stalking retired supermodel Tyra Banks has been released back onto the streets of New York - just 24 hours after he was arrested by police. Brady Green, 37, has allegedly been hounding Banks for months, sending her letters and leaving her phone messages since early January 2008. The Dublin, Georgia, native then began sending the talk show beauty flowers and last Tuesday (March 18, 2008) turned up at the N.Y. TV studio where she films The Tyra Banks Show asking to speak to the star in person. Authorities were alerted to Green's unwanted presence and found him carrying a large bag packed full of magazine cuttings and notes about Banks. He was removed from the premises, but later returned and waited for Banks to emerge from a fast food restaurant across the street. Police were called back to the scene and officers took Green into custody, charging him with stalking, harassment and criminal trespass, reports the New York Post.

Green was hauled before a judge at Manhattan Criminal Court on last Wednesday where he protested his innocence - and within minutes he was freed by Judge Anthony Ferrara, despite Green having prior run-ins with the law. Ferrara did issue an order of protection for Banks, but staff at the posh Chelsea, N.Y. studio are reportedly still anxious about Green's return. A producer says, "There's no security at this building. It's very scary."

CHRIS & RIHANNA CAUGHT LEAVING CLUB TOGETHER; CHRIS DENIES RUMORS OF ANY RELATIONSHIP WITH RIHANNA.

In the UK for two sell out shows, Chris Brown kicked the Easter holidays off in style by throwing a party at London hotspot Maya. After stopping to say hello to MTV News’ Rickie , he got on the mic for over two hours, singing and dancing on his table whilst Rihanna preferred to sit on the sofas by his feet. She did get involved however when Brown’s remix of her smash ‘Umbrella’ came on (”you could be my Cinderella -ella-ella” etc) and the couple danced together. The pair were careful not to give on-looking partygoers any sign that they are more than good friends - and there was certainly no ‘Kiss Kiss’. In keeping with tradition, the night ended with a slow song - Brown’s current track ‘With You’. As all the girls in the club watched the man himself belt out the lyrics, even Rihanna managed to raise a smile….

In a recent interview with MTV, Brown denied insistent rumors that he and Rihanna are dating. As a matter of fact the tall, beige and handsome young heartthrob, who’s currently promoting his album Xclusive, is getting fed up of the accusations that are being fired at him left, right and center. “I’ve been on my website and seeing how girls have been threatening me and saying I’m a liar and I’m like it’s not even that.” However, Chris did mention that he has a certain friend. “I have a close friend but it’s not like a relationship, I’m not trying to settle down, I’m only 18 so I’m just trying to live my life and have fun”. Unh-huh, Chris, and we know just who that close friend who has been so very close to you is. Do your thang, Your Beigeness. Do your thang.

'THE SHIT CELEBS SAY': KIM KARDASHIAN: 'I DON'T WANT TO PUBLICIZE MY RELATIONSHIP. I WANT TO KEEP IT AS PRIVATE AS POSSIBLE.'

Is she serious?!! I know good and damn well this chic can not be serious!! Regarding her relationship with Reggie Bush, Kim Kardashian has gone on record as saying, "I don't want to publicize my relationship. I wanna keep whatever I can private and to myself and off camera." Now, if that doesn't put the lid on the jar, I don't know what does. She unabashedly flaunts her boy toy around Tinseltown and beyond--both candidly and at red carpet events--at her every convenience yet she doesn't want to 'publicized my relationship'? Seriously? Anywhoo, during the launch party celebrating the second season of Keeping Up With the Kardashians last Thursday, Kim told reporters her man will make a small cameo appearances on K.U.W.T.K. this season. Then this heffah-hussy began bitching and moaning about why she didn't want her lap dog on the show.

"You don’t want them (the media) to turn things into a negative so, like, my boyfriend, he might be on [the show] a little bit but I don’t really want him on the show, because like, what we do in my totally private time, I kind of want to keep that as private as possible so, it was a good thing that he was working during his football season while we were filming."

Girl, bye.

In related news, if Kim The Krybaby isn't careful about how she treats her family members, she may just find herself by herself. In one of the two cutting-room floor clips below, Kim throws a diva-fied bitch-fit and bawls her eyes out. Kim turned what was supposed to be family time into Kim and Reggie time. When Khloe calls her out on it, the diva screams, You guys all gang up on me and I'm tired of it. You guys are so mean to me!' I swear this is one time where I completely agree with everything Khloe throws at Kim. Everything.

In the second clip, Khloe and Khloe has obviously done something to piss Kim off to the point where she starts swinging that overnight bag she calls a purse and throwing punches at Khloe before calling her an 'f-ing bitch.' But that still doesn't stop her sisters from putting her in her place and clowning her ass before she leaves. Khloe is better than me (and bigger) because I would have definitely gave Kim a swift and sanctified kick in those two silicone-induced cheeks she calls an ass.

LL COOL J. CONTINUES TO PORTRAY BITCHASSNESS TENDENCIES TOWARD HIS FORMER BOSS, JAY-Z; CALLS HIS FANS 'HATERS'.

It looks as though LL Cool J still can't manage to keep his piehole shut and let bygones be bygones. The rapper has stirred up more trouble with his former record label boss, Jay-Z, by insisting the departing Def Jam president failed his artists. The rap veteran has one more Def Jam release on his contract before he quits the label too. But, before he leaves, he's keen to let the industry know what he thinks about the 99 Problems hitmaker. Speaking out about the music mogul in Sister 2 Sister magazine, LL Cool J says, "It's been a great business for him, but it has been not so great for a lot of the artists that were there (at Def Jam) previously. We have to be very careful when we talk about it because, for some strange reason, his fans... start thinking, like, you're hating when you're just being real."

LL Cool J (real name James Todd Smith) also suggests Jay-Z was only given the Def Jam top job because the label's top executives wanted "to show the world that they still cared about hip-hop and they felt like giving him the job would show the world that." Jay-Z quit his post as president of Def Jam Records in December (07) and was alleged to be planning to start his own venture on another label.

INJURED AUDIENCE MEMBER SUES THE OPRAH WINFREY SHOW.

A woman is suing The Oprah Winfrey Show after she allegedly suffered serious injuries during a stampede to locate prime seats at the taping of the talk show. Orit Greenberg claims she was pushed down a flight of stairs by other Oprah audience members as they rushed into Harpo Studios in Chicago, Illinois in December 2006. Greenberg, who filed her complaint in Cook County Circuit Court in Illinois on Wednesday (19Mar08), alleges she and an "excess number of patrons" assembled in a waiting room before the show, and were then told to enter the studio and sit "where they wanted". At that point, she claims Winfrey's fans "rushed the gate" to the studio.

Greenberg accuses Winfrey's production company Harpo of failing to adequately control the crowd, reports website TMZ.com. After suffering "severe and permanent injuries" from the incident, Greenberg is seeking over $50,000 for medical care and other damages from Harpo and The Oprah Winfrey Show.

Russell Simmons' first post-Kimora-girlfriend, 25-year-old model and aspiring yoga instructor, Porschla Coleman has nothing but love for Simmons' estranged wife and fellow model Kimora Lee Simmons. In an interview with King magazine, Coleman defends Kimora's bossy, mean and holier-than-thou attitude stating Kimora is nothing like the tough woman she's portrayed as in the media. Oh, really now? Coleman says, "I don't have much interaction with Kimora, but the times that I have been around her, she's very cordial. I spend a lot of time with their girls, and they're a beautiful reflection of her. I hear rumors that people say about her, but she's been nothing but a doll to me." As a matter of fact, Porschla says she has no need whatsover to watch her back when it comes to Kimora.

And for those of you who think you're hurting Coleman's feelings by referring to her as a certified golddigger, think again. The beauty, who has been dating Russell for the past 10 months says she is not concerned and/or worried about other folks perception because at the end of the day, she knows where her heart is. 'I made a connection with Russell that people will never understand. No one is gonna get in the way of how I feel about him. People are gonna say what they wanna say, and I can't control that, but I know where my heart is.' As for Simmons' and Coleman's significant age difference (like Kimora, at 50-years-old, he's also old enough to be Porschla's papa), Coleman claims, 'Well, bottom line, I'm an adult. It's my decision in what I choose to do. Growing up, I was always the more mature one; I've had this older mentality. I've always played 'Mama' in every situation, so it was only natural that I ended up with an older guy.'

Don't know who Nickel-Slick Usher and his Sidekick Sally think they're fooling though...because these pictures has PUBLICITY written all over them. Don't be surprised if we 'learn' the couple's 'marriage' is in disarray or that they have amicably 'separated' in the weeks leading up to the June release of Usher's new album. Because it's all, let's say it together: PUBLICITY. He's probably thinking, 'Well, if my fans, especially the ones who despise Tameka, think we've separated or are on bad terms, then maybe they'll go out and cop my album like they did after Chilli kicked my cheating ass to the curb back in 2004. *rubbing hands together* Yeah, that's it. This girl! Bless her heart. I've always been a fan of her and her mother. But for her to be such a beautiful girl, the craziness she once embraced wasn't a good look at all. I just want her to get better....to get the help her mother so desperately wanted for her before she passed away. Here I was thinking her mental illness had gotten worse within the past couple of years, but low and behold I find this excerpt from her 2002 King magazine interview which proves, at least to me, she'd been a bit off for a while now.

However, that was then, these days, from my understanding, Maia has pulled herself together since the death of her mother, best-selling author Bebe Moore Campbell. Moore Campbell died at the age of 56 on November 27, 2006 from complications related to brain cancer...just one day after Maia's 30th birthday. It's no secret that Maia, who scored the biggest role of her career as 'Tiffany Warren' on UPN's In the House, privately battled drug abuse. Soon as the hit sitcom was canceled, rumors of Maia's drug abuse and erratic behavior around Hollywood began to swarm around the Internet and beyond. In the July 2004 issue of Sister 2 Sister magazine, Maia candidly admitted to abusing drugs while vehemently denying rumors that she's a certified nut job. 'I am not a psycho. There's a rumor going around that I'm a psycho,' Maia told the magazine. The actress's rapid decline into drugs and whispers of the beauty being bi-polar is what some believed was the catalyst that strained her relationship with her mother. And some speculate Bebe's last novel, 72 Hour Hold, was loosely based on her relationship with her daughter.....

...Whatever the case may be, Maia says she was able to make peace with her mother before she passed away.And I know from from personal experience (I lost my father to bone cancer in 2005) that a moment like that is a truly welcoming comfort as well as one of the most precious privileges God can ever bestow upon you. Some say Maia has gotten herself together and has become stronger since her mother's untimely death. Maia says she now finds happiness from the love she feels for her family, true friends, her profound belief in God and everything else that makes life worth living, bless her heart. It's true what they say: Loosing a loved one can have one of two effects on a person. Either you'll fall by the wayside something terrible OR you'll get your dusty ass up, brush yourself off and get back on the right track in order to move on with your life.

These days Maia is busy taking care of her young daughter, Elizabeth Elisha Gutierrez (who is named after Maia's mother) and operating her production company, MCC which is a multi-tasked business that provides today's film and television culture with quality entertainment.

It makes me feel good to be able to write such a positive story on her because Lord knows there aren't too many out there. I just hope in the future I can continue to post more inspiring stories involving her.

Let's continue to hope and pray for the best for her.

T-BOZ NEWS: DENIES RUMORS OF SOLO ALBUM DROP THIS SUMMER; PICKS UP HAIR PRODUCT ENDORSEMENT; NEW PICS W/HER BOO.

According to various blogs and Atlanta radio stations, Tionne 'T-Boz' Watkins of TLC will drop her long-awaited debut solo album this summer featuring tracks produced by former Tony, Toni, Tone member, Raphael Saadiq, longtime TLC producer and songwriter Dallas Austin, Pharrell and up and coming producer Polow Da Don. Unfortunately, T-Boz fans will have to wait just a little while longer before they hear any new music (or album) from the raspy-voice singer because those reports are simply not true. Oh, and don't think she isn't aware of these rumors because she is. In an email sent to the administrator of TLC's biggest fan site on the Internet, Watkins wrote: "I don't know where they got that information. That's not true. But anyhoo I know I owe a song and I haven't forgot I just changed studios and I have to get it off the computer there and that should be soon. Their almost done setting it up. We just opened a studio called Stash House." She also made it clear that she hasn't worked with any of the aforementioned producers in this post, saying, "I have worked with Raphael but not for this album yet and I want to work with Polow but haven't yet but I just started my album!"

In related news, T-Boz has scored herself a new endorsement deal. Atlanta entrepreneur and 'hairstylist to the stars' DeShawn Bullard [CEO] of NouriTress Perfect Hair Products teamed up with the Grammy Award winning songstress and named her as the new NouriTress Perfect Hair Products national spokesperson. "I wasn't looking to endorse a product. I just wanted to be healthy, feel good and have beautiful hair again," said T-Boz, the former lead singer of the best selling female group of all time, TLC. "When you have a chronic illness like Sickle Cell, the toll on your body can really show up especially in your hair. Then DeShawn introduced me to NouriTress. It made my hair strong and healthy again. So I believe in it. Call it an endorsement if you want. It's just the truth," T-Boz concluded.

'THE STUPID SH!T CELEBS SAY': DMX ON BARACK OBAMA'S NAME: 'WHAT THE F*CK IS A BARACK? WHERE IS HE FROM, AFRICA?'

Boy, leave it up to DMX to say the most craziest and bizarre things. And you know what? For some strange reason, I refuse to believe that this dude has no idea who U.S. presidential candidate, Barack Obama is. How in the world could he not know who Obama is?! He better stop playing! I'll bet dollars to donuts that even Fred Flintstone knows who Obama is! Anyhoo, the rowdy rapper (real name Earl Simmons) says he doesn't pay much attention to politics. An in an interview with XXL magazine if he was following the presidential race, to which he replied, "not at all". But bizarrely, when asked about his views of Obama - who if successful in his campaign will be the first black president in U.S. history - DMX insisted he has never heard of him, and was shocked there was an American politician called Barack.

In the interview he says, "Barack?! What the f**k is a Barack? Barack Obama. Where he from (sic), Africa?" When advised the Illinois senator's father was Kenyon, he says, "What the f**k? That ain't no f**kin' name, yo. That ain't that n**ga's name. You can't be serious. Barack Obama. Get the f**k outta here." The 37-year-old explained his lack of knowledge, stating he "ain't really paying much attention" to the bitter battle between Obama and Hillary Clinton to become the democrat candidate.

Did he really have to clown dude's name like that though? Come on, now. He should really consider suing Mother Nature for malpractice of the mouth.

RASHIDA JONES 'FED UP' & 'DEPRESSED' BY TODAY'S YOUNG SO-CALLED ROLE MODELS.

Quincy Jones' daughter, Rashida's mouth has been running nearly non-stop lately. It was just a few weeks ago when the biracial actress voiced her bitterness at being alienated from pledging an all-black sorority at Harvard University because of her skin complexion and hair texture. Now she's going off again. This time, with something I can totally agree with. Rashida has hit out at the "depressing" lack of Hollywood role models for young girls. Jones says she is fed up with reading about the exploits of troubled celebrities such as Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan and Britney Spears. Instead, the 32-year-old wishes more attention could be focused on responsible role models - like Miley Cyrus. She says, "I think about what it would be like to have a daughter now, one who is influenced by Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan and Britney Spears - and, ugh, it's so depressing. Where are the other young Hollywood role models who are cool, smart, and out there doing something with their lives? Maybe Miley Cyrus? There's a definite responsibility that comes with being famous. You shouldn't be able to just... look pretty."

BLOGGER'S NOTE: Like I said before, I agree with her somewhat. Although I'm not sure why she didn't mentioned young actresses of color since she said herself that she considers herself as a black woman. Raven Symone, Kyla Pratt, KeKe Palmer, Journee Smollett and Lauren London are just a few young ladies who I think really don't get enough props from the press for being such influential, well-behaved individuals. We never hear stories of these ladies sleeping around, doing drugs, getting caught doing drugs, catching DUIs, conducting themselves like clowns and Boo-Boo the Fool for the world to see, catching assault cases, beefing in public with other celebs or being photographed shamelessly entering and exiting a vehicle with their 'business' on display. In all, just showing that they have had home training. Bless their hearts.

MARIAH SQUASHES RUMORS THAT SHE HAD A FALLING OUT WITH JANET JACKSON OVER RECORDING A DUET.

Can you imagine what a duet between Mariah Carey and Janet Jackson would sound like? Considering Mariah and Janet's voice ranges, I really don't think it could be pulled off at all; that's just my opinion though. To me, a Mariah and Janet collabo would be like listening to a hummingbird and a hyena giving birth. However, this hasn't stopped Mariah from considering the possibility of hooking up with Janet. This is also why the singer has blasted reports she has fallen out with Janet Jackson and stalled a planned duet, insisting the collaboration was nothing more than a "concept" by producer Jermaine Dupri.

According to Dupri, who is Jackson's boyfriend, the two pop divas have been planning to team up for years, but Carey insists that's not the case. She says, "That was Jermaine's concept...I love J.D., he's like my brother but he makes these things up and he gets an idea and then he tells the world. He keeps saying this, but Jermaine has to call me and tell me about it. I love Janet. Janet is wonderful. I'm a fan. I'll totally do it, but he's got to let me know so we can write the song."

Jackson's in agreement too. "It's just a matter of getting the two of us together... We enjoy each other's work, it would be a lot of fun. Our paths never crossed until a couple of years ago."

BERRY'S 3-DAY OLD BABY IS ALREADY BEING SPOILED.

Halle Berry's baby girl has spawned several articles since her birth last Sunday. On Tuesday, Berry revealed that she has named her baby, Nahla Ariela Aubry. "We didn't have a name picked out until just before we left the hospital," Berry told Access Hollywood's Nancy O'Dell. "For us, it was hard to name the most important person in our life until we met her." The 7-pound, 4-ounce girl born Sunday to the actress and her boyfriend, Gabriel Aubry, is not only surrounded by a reported $60,000 worth of nursery items reportedly spread across three homes, but her mama's neighbor and Perfect Stranger co-star, Bruce Willis, showered her with baby gifts from Petit Tresor in West Hollywood. Berry also shopped for the baby at Petit Tresor, buying everything from a $1,200 Mia Bossi leather diaper bag, to sheets and stuffed animals in "all whites and neutrals," a witness told the Daily News.

And if recent reports are true, Berry will encourage her baby to become bilingual by learning about her father's French Canadian heritage by learning the language. According to one of Aubry's family member's Berry is keen to become a fluent speaker, so she can pass it on to her offspring. Aubry's sister Eugenie tells People.com, "It's been a long time since we've had a new baby in the family. It's very exciting. I'm a Quebecer, and it's great that she is learning how to speak French. I'm glad that the little one will speak French, too."

RAPPER K. SMITH'S STRIVING TO FOLLOW IN THE MUSICAL FOOTSTEPS OF HIS UNCLE, WILL...BUT WITH ALOT MORE EDGE.

Will Smith's nephew is set to follow in his famous uncle's footsteps after recording a new single, Better Man, with R&B artist Omarion. Rapper K. Smith has also recorded a debut album, Streetz To Hollywood, with hip-hop heavyweight David Banner, and now he has his sights set on following his uncle's example - although insists he won't be quite as clean-cut. The 18-year-old says, "I definitely got more edge than my uncle. But he showed me the ropes and taught me the business." And young Smith has empire-building plans of his own. He tells Giant magazine, "I want to establish K. Smith as a brand, put out 40 different artists, be in movies and create chocolate bars."
