TRACY MORGAN AND HIS WIFE OF 22 YEARS HEADED FOR DIVORCE.

Jesus Christ! What is really going on?! I have posted 3 stories of celeb couples who are either divorced or headed towards it. I mean, really!

Tracy Morgan is headed to splitsville.

The former Saturday Night Live star has confirmed that he is going through proceedings to legally end his marriage to Sabina Morgan his wife of nearly 25 years.

"Me and my wife are going through a divorce, but she is still my friend," the 30 Rock star told the National Enquirer. "She is my rock and is totally supportive of what I am doing, and that's me having hit rock bottom."

The Bronx-born comic, who currently appears in television commercials for Digiorno pizza, was recently sentenced at Manhattan Criminal Court for a drunk driving bust that occurred last November. During the sentencing, he was hit with a $1,000 fine and a six-month suspension of his driver's license. Over the past year, the 38-year-old Bronx-born father of three has been involved in some wild and crazy public behavior that has created much fodder about his alcoholism. Last spring, he had a media relations meltdown during a morning TV show appearance in El Paso, Texas, where he declared that "somebody's going to get pregnant while I'm in town."

There's no telling if that is the exact reason why his beloved wife, whom he married in 1985, and he is parting ways. But all roads point to that. "Sabina simply couldn't take it anymore," a 'pal' told the tabloid. "When Tracy drinks, he turns into a booze-fueled, sex-crazed wild man." In any case, Morgan seems to be cleaning up his act -- by attending an alcohol treatment program in New York. "Being drunk got scary ... I have no intention of screwing up again."

SHAQUILLE O'NEAL FILES FOR DIVORCE FROM WIFE SHAUNIE

I am absolutely speechless. And that is rare for me. I am just utterly speechless.

Miami Heat center Shaquille O'Neal wants to divorce Shaunie, his wife of nearly five years. ''The marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken,'' says his petition, filed Tuesday by attorney Ira Elegant. The O'Neals have four children together -- Shareef, 7, Amirah, 5, Shaqir, 4, and Me'Arah, 1. Shaq has a daughter, Taahirah, and Shaunie has a son, Myles, from previous relationships. The family lives on Miami Beach's exclusive Star Island. They bought an $18.8 million estate in the summer of '04, at the time of his trade to the Heat. It is for sale -- No. 32 is asking $32 million.

Shaq, 35, and Shaunie, 32, wed Dec. 26, 2002, in a lavish ceremony at the Beverly Hills Hotel. Shaq, then with the Lakers, gave Shaunie a ring with 17 carats of diamonds. The two have a ''Cohabitation/Prenuptial Agreement and Acknowledgment of Property Disclosure and Waiver of Further Disclosure,'' the petition says. A copy of their agreement ''will be filed . . . under seal'' -- if the court allows -- and ``contains extensive provisions providing for confidentiality and non-disclosure.'' In the petition, O'Neal refers to the Star Island mansion as ``the former marital home.''

Shaunie, he says, has been ''secretive about her assets . . . particularly with respect to certain properties owned or titled in either [her] name alone or in other entities.'' He wants the court to order Shaunie to give a ''correct accounting of all money, funds, stocks, bonds, and other securities (including bearer securities)'' that she came into during the marriage. He makes $20 million a year, with three years left on a five-year contract worth $100 million.

Shaunie should be ''primary residential custodian'' of their children -- meaning they'd live with her -- and he should get ''liberal rights of visitation,'' he says.
Neither the O'Neals nor Elegant could be reached for comment. No word on who represents Shaunie. Miami-Dade Circuit Judge Roberto Pineiro has the case.

HALLE BERRY IS WITH CHILD, BLESS HER HEART!; ACTRESS CONFIRMS HER PREGNANCY.

LOS ANGELES, Calif. (September 4, 2007) – Halle Berry is pregnant, she confirmed exclusively to Access Hollywood’s Nancy O’Dell. The 41-year-old actress revealed the news in an e-mail to Nancy on Tuesday that she is three months pregnant with boyfriend Gabriel Aubry’s baby.

“Yes, I am three months pregnant! Gabriel and I are beyond excited, and I’ve waited a long time for this moment in life. Now the next seven months will be the longest of my life!” she wrote to Nancy. “Can’t wait to see you and give you a squeeze and see a pic of your little sweetie. Until then, you heard it from ME first!”

Upon hearing the news, Nancy was elated for her good friend.

“I am beyond ecstatic for my friend Halle! I told her she is about to embark on the best time of her life! She is such a sweet person...so genuine...and therefore, will make an incredible mom. And can you imagine how gorgeous this baby is gonna be! Halle sent me the most adorable bunch of clothes for my new baby...I can’t wait to do the same for her,” Nancy said.

Over the years, Halle has made no secret about her desire for a family. Back in April, Nancy and Halle sat down for a candid talk about Halle’s plans for kids.

“Not that there’s not more to accomplish, but I think I arrived at a point in life that I realized I needed more to get me up in the morning. More than going to a new movie set. Or as much fun as getting the star was yesterday, I need something even more profound than that and that’s family. And that’s children,” Halle said. ” I need that like the air to breathe these days and I’m ready. I’m at a point where I’m really, really ready.”

Halle and Gabriel met in November 2005. Berry and 31-year-old model Gabriel, met shooting a Versace ad in Los Angeles in November 2005 and first stepped out publicly at the February opening of a Versace boutique in New York City.

Earlier this year, Berry told InStyle, "I definitely want children. Very much."

In terms of what kind of parent she'll be, she said. "I want my kids to realize it's only through hard work that any success or real joy comes. It's not about money; it's the intangible rewards – having integrity and doing what you say you're going to do."

REAL OR RUMOR: KIM PORTER REUNITES WITH DIDDY?

I'm going to take this claim with a grain of salt. Why? Because of all the pictures taken at Diddy's White Party, and there were a lot, I didn't see not even one of him and Kim. But according to the New York Daily News, the on-again/off-again couple has once again become on-again.

Sean Combs and estranged girlfriend Kim Porter kissed and made up (at least for Labor Day weekend) at the rap mogul's "Real White" party on Sunday. Though Porter angrily ran off to L.A. with their twin babies this year, she returned with the kids for the annual bash at his East Hampton estate. "Diddy and Kim looked very lovey-dovey," standing on the balcony, where he had once kissed her rival, Jennifer Lopez, a spy tells us. "We'll see if Kim can stay strong." Also at the party were Donna Karan (who took a spill on the dance floor), Lil' Kim, Mariah Carey, Busta Rhymes, Tommy Lee, and Star Jones and Al Reynolds.

VH1 NEGATIVE PORTRAYAL OF BLACK WOMEN LEADS TO BOYCOTT

A boycott has been launched against music channel VH1 to protest network executives who actively and purposely perpetuate negative stereotypes of black women through its reality programming. An employee of the network leaked information about a production meeting regarding a potential new show titled “Interracial Love.” According to the employee, network execs passed on the idea because it would feature professional black women who choose to look beyond race to find true love. The images would be in direct contrast to those shown on such shows as Flavor of Love and its spawns I Love New York and Flavor of Love: Charm School.

In a letter written to Black Press Radio, the employee shared what she was told went down behind closed doors in a meeting about the show. According to the employee, the exec said: “It is our thoughts that the viewers are more interested in seeing black people in a ghetto role. This show will not sell.” Black Press Radio http://www.blackpressradio.com/ followed up on the story and reported on an Aug. 14 statement sent to Black Press Magazine by Maura Wozniak, the Senior Publicist for VH1 Communications. In the statement, Wozniak confirms that “Interracial Love” was rejected after it was determined it just wasn't a good fit for the network.

"VH1 receives hundreds of unsolicited ideas for shows a week and has dozens of original programs in development," said Wozniak. "As is often the case, we immediately passed on this pitch because it does not make sense for the network at this time. But we are always open to ideas that fit in with our music and pop culture focus."

Black Media News fired off a letter to EUR voicing full support of a boycott against VH1. The organization wrote:

To whom it may concern,

There is a boycott that has taken a life of its own against the VH1 Network. We here at Black Media News have been watching the support around this boycott. VH1 had made racist comments about black women and why they only cast shows that stereotype black women as ghetto. The story was leaked on the Tom Joyner morning show and was also reported on Black Press Radio. The following comments were made by an employee of VH1. We feel these statements are worse than Don Imus due to the fact that they are not talking about just 12 black women they are talking about an entire race of black women. VH1 shows their views in their shows of black women. They have been type casting with black women only in ghetto roles. This is a very racist view and we ask for the continued support of this boycott. There are links below of the story black press radio did on this boycott and an editorial.
