**BREAKING NEWS**BODY OF A 7-YEAR-OLD BOY FOUND IN HUDSON'S ABANDONED SUV.

Our worst fears may have been confirmed and Jennifer Hudson and her sister Julia, could be set for more heartache after the body of a boy was found during the search for Julia's 7-year-old son. Chicago cops have found the body of a child and are investigating whether it's the body of Jennifer Hudson's nephew, Julian King. The medical examiner has not yet made an ID, but the body is that of a 7-year-old African American boy, the same age and race as Julian. The body was found inside a 1994 white Chevy Suburban. It is the same SUV owned by Jason Hudson, the murdered brother of Jennifer. Before his arrest, cops were looking for William Balfour, the suspect and estranged husband of Jennifer's sister. The license plate of the Suburban matches Jason's SUV. The SUV was found a few miles from the area where cops arrested Balfour. Neighbors say the vehicle has been parked there since Saturday. Now if those idiots knew the car had been there since Saturday and knew that there was an Amber Alert out for Julian which included a description of the vehicle he could have possibly been in, then why didn't someone alert the authorities?!!! Especially since they knew it had been parked there since Saturday! Balfour was arrested Friday night.

The SUV has been towed with the body still inside the vehicle to a police garage in Chicago. With the way things look, Jennifer and her sister may have to return to the coroner's office for the second time in two days to identify another immediate relative. If the boy is identified as Julian King, it will confirm detectives' worst fears because a law enforcement source said bullet casings were found in the boy's room on Friday.

Kenneth Anthony Wilson, the African-American man who defaced a statue of Tupac Shakur at a center bearing his name in Stone Mountain, GA, has released a statement detailing the reason behind his actions. “Yes I defaced that statue of Tupac Shakur because the center is a cancer on the community,” said Wilson, according to Allhiphop.com. “For we reap what we sow…Tupac Shakur is no messiah, that’s why when he stuck his dumbass on his album cover and claimed he was not disrespecting Jesus Christ, God crucified his evil ass before the album came out.”Wilson says he believes Tupac and his mother, Afeni Shakur, are misleading the youth through the late rapper's image and message.“Tupac Shakur is not only a rapist and murderer of his own people, his center of the arts is in the business of molesting the young minds of our youths into believing that Thug Life is the American Dream,” Wilson continued in the statement.“Since Afeni Shakur insists on lying to the youth at her center that her son is the Messiah and he died for the sake of them…So she resurrects a statue of Tupac Shakur dressed as a reverend with the Holy Bible in his right hand… Death Row Records did not destroy Tupac Shakur; smoking crack when he was in her womb did! Tupac Shakur was not only weak he was a complete fool who never for one minute practiced what he preached. I have every intention of proving in a court of law not only the hypocrisy of the Tupac Shakur center, but also its immorality, injustice, and illegality,” Wilson said.

The 43-year-old was arrested on Oct. 22 for defacing Tupac’s statue with handbills of threats against the center, other rappers, and record labels. Initial hate crime charges were dropped due to Wilson being black and there being no racial motivation in the threats. His trial date has not yet been scheduled.

Amid a throng of reporters, 50 Cent's ex-girlfriend Shaniqua Tompkins continued accusing the rapper of masterminding the fire that destroyed his Long Island home, where she stayed with two of her children - including the rapper's 10-year-old son, Marquise.The $2.4 million mansion has been at the center of a nasty legal battle between the two parties. The rap star has been trying to evict her from the house. She, in turn, countersued in Manhattan Supreme Court claiming she's entitled to half of 50's fortune. The blaze ignited just days after Tompkins' boyfriend and two of his friends got into a fight with 50's bodyguard at the Manhattan office of Tompkins' lawyer. Saturday, Tompkins returned to the scorched Dix Hills pad to retrieve some items – and reporters were there waiting. "Tell him to call his son!" Tompkins screamed at the press gathered outside the house. "He didn't even attempt to call his son to see how he was doing. A good father would do that!"

According to the New York Daily News, a 5-gallon gas container was found on the edge of the property hours after the fire erupted about 5 a.m. As previously reported, 50's rep denied that he had anything to do with the fire. The rapper was shooting a movie in Louisiana when it took place. 50 also issued a statement Friday expressing gratitude that his son escaped the fire. Tompkins had also been living at the house with her new boyfriend.

The man who claims to be behind Suge Knight's knockout punch has emerged. According to TMZ.com, dude is a barbershop owner in Los Angeles who is friends with the man Knight was trying to defend in the now infamous altercation outside of Hollywood's Shag nightclub. The brawler, who would not give his name, yet is pictured on TMZ, says he was playfully arguing about money with the mutual friend when the former music mogul misunderstood and thought it was serious. When Suge tried to defend his friend, fisticuffs jumped off and the barber – all of 5'10" and 173 lbs – delivered the punch that knocked 6'3", 315 lb Knight unconscious for a good three minutes, according to the Web site.

Dude, for real, you may want to look into changing the names and social security numbers of your entire family...play cousins included, and maybe even consider some facial plastic surgery before relocating to Timbuktu because the block is about to get hot. Meanwhile, the author of a new book about Knight's former Death Row partner, Dr. Dre and West Coast hip hop, fears a war may have been started by the knockout punch. Bruce Williams, whose book Rollin' With Dre is in stores now from Ballantine/Random House, said in a statement Monday: "Although it goes against my gut feeling of how he’ll handle this situation, I hope and pray that Suge doesn't do anything stupid and lets this thing go. Suge Knight has long been someone who has no problems using violence to handle business," Williams stated. "I’ve seen what he’s capable of first-hand and wrote in detail about some of these instances in my book, Rollin' With Dre. It’s unfortunate that this incident has occurred because it is likely that more people will want to test Suge to make a name for themselves, which in turn means more violence. Although I’m sure there are countless people who are relieved to see something like this happen to Suge, all it means to me is retaliation is almost certain. The fact that Suge did not bother to press charges against his assailant makes me certain of it."

FUNERAL SERVICES PLANNED FOR JUVENILE'S MURDERED 4-YEAR-OLD DAUGHTER, JELANI.

The funeral of rapper Juvenile's murdered four-year-old daughter will take place in Charleston, South Carolina on Saturday, March 8, 2008. The bodies of Jelani, her 11-year-old step-sister Micaiah and their policewoman mother Joy Deleston, 39, were found with gunshot wounds inside their Lawrenceville, Georgia home on Thursday, February 28, 2008. Jelani's stepbrother Anthony Tyrone Terrell Jr., 17, has been charged with all three murders. Jelani was the daughter of Juvenile - real name Terius Gray - with Deleston. The funeral is taking place in Joy Deleston's Charleston hometown. Her mother and brother still live there. High school student Terrell Jr. remains in custody at the DeKalb County jail.

JUVENILE 'DEVASTATED' & 'SHOCKED' OVER THE MURDER OF HIS 4-YEAR-OLD DAUGHTER + MORE DETAILS FROM THE SHOOTING.

A spokesperson for Juvenile (real name Terius Gray) whose four year old daughter was shot and killed alongside her mother and half-sister says the rapper is, needless to say, 'devastated.' As previously reported, the bodies of Juvenile's daughter Jelani; her mother, Joy Deleston, 39; and Deleston's daughter Micaiah, 11, were found Thursday night in their home in Lawrenceville, Georgia, which is near Atlanta. Deleston's 17-year-old son, Anthony Tyrone Terrell Jr., is being charged with the murders. He was arrested Friday. "It really shocked him and devastated him to the point where I've never seen him before," Francis said of the rapper, according to the Associated Press. "Right now he is relaxing and trying to grasp everything of what has happened." Deleston, 39, was an actress who appeared in locally produced films, as well as a seven-and-a-half-year veteran of the Gwinnett County Sheriff's Office, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Police have not announced a motive in the killings.

Terrell waived his first court hearing, where he would have been formally notified of the charges against him, on Friday, a Gwinnett County Magistrate Court clerk told the AJC. Defense attorney Lyle Porter, who could not be reached Friday, has been assigned to represent him. Because of his age, prosecutors cannot seek the death penalty against Terrell. A preliminary hearing will be set next week in Gwinnett County Superior Court, prosecutor Danny Porter told the AP. He is being held without bail. Authorities on Friday found the gun used, going by information provided by Terrell. Police spokeswoman Illana Spellman said she could not confirm whether Deleston's service weapon was used. Police had gone to the subdivision because a caller reported shots fired, Officer David Schiralli said earlier. They found a bullet hole in a house, then checked next door because they knew a deputy lived there. "There was no answer, but lights were on," Schiralli said. "They opened the door a little bit to announce themselves," then discovered the bodies, he said. The 17-year-old son arrived at the house about 35 minutes later, he said. Spellman said he was arrested after talking to investigators but didn't elaborate.

Neighbors said the family had moved in less than a year ago. They often saw Deleston in her squad car coming home from work and said having a deputy around was reassuring. Jeff Beaird, who lives across the street, said he often saw Terrell in the driveway shooting hoops with his friends or washing his mother's patrol car but doesn't remember anything out of the ordinary. "It's so shocking because you don't expect something like this to happen," Beaird said. Michael Hunt said he was taking a nap before starting work on the night shift Thursday when he heard the news about his neighbors. Hunt recalled that his wife had seen Terrell hours earlier walking down the street carrying a basketball. "For him to be scared of our dog and then to kill his whole family ... it just doesn't add up," Hunt said.

RUMOR OR REAL: SUGE KNIGHT AND PIRU GANG MEMBERS BANNED FROM COMPTON?

Seeking to further curb criminal activities, Compton has asked a judge to ban individuals identified as members of the Mob Piru street gang -- including rap mogul Marion "Suge" Knight -- from congregating in a northeast neighborhood. Using a strategy employed by other crime-ridden communities, the court order would be the first gang injunction in a city with a long history of battling street gangs. Authorities contend that the Mob Piru gang has terrorized the neighborhood for years, with buying and selling of drugs, discharging firearms, robbing and assaulting residents and by creating an atmosphere of fear and intimidation.

For the last two years, a Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department gang task force has worked to get gang members off the streets with aggressive enforcement of immigration, housing and parole violations. "We've done it without an injunction," said Lt. Paul Pietrantoni, who heads the task force. "We have the lowest murder rate in 20 years in Compton. The injunction is just going to give us one more tool." But the proposed injunction is expected to be controversial because community leaders and others say it opens the door to police harassment of innocent residents. Knight, who is listed as a defendant, dismissed the injunction as "a publicity stunt."

"This is crazy," said Knight, co-founder of Death Row Records. "I'm a 42-year-old businessman, not a gang member. I don't even live in Compton anymore...This injunction names people who are already in jail -- and at least one guy who is long dead."

Henry "Hendog" Smith, who is also named in the injunction, was shot to death in 2002, according to news reports. Mob Piru members have gained widespread notoriety for their alleged links to Knight and Death Row Records, once home to some of rap's biggest names. But sheriff's officials say the gang is on the decline. The injunction would ban the estimated 200 members of the gang from congregating, carrying guns, using gang gestures, spray-painting graffiti, fighting or drinking alcohol in public and staying out past 10 p.m. Violators would be subject to arrest on misdemeanor charges, which could bring a $1,000 fine or up to one year in jail.

When will the madness cease?! My prayers go out to Mannie Fresh and his family for the lost of his sister, Angela. I don't know what's more heartbreaking: the fact that she was blatantly killed while there was 2 small kids in the house OR the fact that she died on her 41st birthday.

Family members of a woman shot and killed in her Algiers home tell Eyewitness News she is the sister of New Orleans rapper Mannie Fresh. Police said the 41-year-old woman, identified by family members as Angela Bryant, was found dead in her home in the 1000 block of Farragut Street around 8 a.m. Thursday from an apparent gunshot wound, although police believe she was gunned down sometime late Wednesday evening. Police said two children - ages three and seven - were at the home at the time of the shooting. Both were found unharmed and safe. Police have asked for the public's help in locating the victim's vehicle - which is missing. It was described as a black 1998 Lexus LS 300 with license plate PTF 205 - it has black tinted windows. Police said they were searching the residence with a fine tooth comb.

Carrie St. Cyr, the mother of the victim, told Eyewitness News Reporter Jill Hezeau that Bryant just got married in October. She said Wednesday was her birthday and the family had gone out to dinner to celebrate. She said the victim's husband was out of town, but that he was on his way back.
