KENNETH 'BABYFACE' EDMONDS EXPECTING THIRD CHILD FROM GIRLFRIEND, NIKKI PANTENBURG.

Congratulations are in order for Kenneth `Babyface' Edmonds. The super-producer is set to become a father once again. His dancer girlfriend Nikki Pantenburg is reportedly pregnant with his third child; and her first. The smooth singer/songwriter, 50, has two sons, Brandon and Dylan Michael with ex-wife Tracey Edmonds who has been romantically linked to rapper 50 Cent, chef Rocco DiSpirito and most recently Sean 'Diddy' Combs. Sources insist Babyface and his 35-year-old partner, who began dating after his divorce from Tracey, have no plans to wed. The baby is due at the end of 2008.

NEW CELEB CANDIDS: TONI BRAXTON, MIKE TYSON & TRACEY EDMONDS IN LOS ANGELES.

Toni Braxton was lensed out and about in Los Angeles earlier this week.

=======================================

A couple of paparazzi hounds almost received the Mike Tyson Bust Your Ass treatment while they snapped pics of the former heavyweight boxer while he lunched with not one, but two different ladies at an outside cafe in Los Angeles.

=======================================

Tracey Edmonds was spotted leaving The Ivy on Robertson Boulevard in Los Angeles today. I can't help but to wonder if Babyface is basking in the fact that he has the last laugh because we all know he's too much of a gentleman to actually laugh in her face. Bless his Whip Appeal heart. Lord knows Tracey has made a complete and utter fool out of herself the very moment she began dating Eddie 'I don't want to have anything to do with a child who is biologically mine' Murphy. Therefore I feel no sympathy for her whatsoever. None.

TRACEY & EDDIE CALL IT QUITS AFTER 3 DAYS OF 'SPIRITUAL' WEDDED INVALIDATED BLISS; FORMER COUPLE RELEASES PUBLIC STATEMENT.

Well, touch me in the morning and then just walk away. According to Access Hollywood, Eddie Murphy and Tracey Edmonds have already gone their separate ways just two weeks after their 'spiritual' wedding ceremony on January 4th in Bora Bora. Their marriage only lasted three days. Are we really surprised? They planned on having a legally binding ceremony upon returning to the U.S. However, since that ceremony never took place, the couple was never officially married to begin with. Edmonds and Murphy left the island separately, the source told Access. The source added that the split had nothing to do with prenup issues. Both parties are currently in Los Angeles.

Murphy and Edmonds released the following statement to Access on Wednesday:

“After much consideration and discussion, we have jointly decided that we will forego having a legal ceremony as it is not necessary to define our relationship further. While the recent symbolic union in Bora Bora was representative of our deep love, friendship and respect that we have for one another on a spiritual level, we have decided to remain friends.”

What the hell?!! Why waste each other time by getting married in the first place when you know you aren't meant for each other?

As head of Edmonds Entertainment, she has produced the film and television series Soul Food.

Murphy’s film credits include Dreamgirls, The Nutty Professor, Shrek and The Beverly Hills Cop franchise.

EDDIE MURPHY & TRACEY EDMONDS MARRIAGE DEEMED INVALID IN BORA BORA; COUPLE TO WED AGAIN IN THE U.S.

'Spiritual' newlyweds Eddie Murphy and Tracey Edmonds will marry for a second time in a legal ceremony when they return to America. The couple wed on a private island off Bora Bora in French Polynesia in front of 25 friends and family on Tuesday (01Jan08). As that ceremony carries no legal significance in the United States, Murphy and Edmonds will enjoy a second wedding on their return home. General law specialist in French Polynesia, Malgras Benoit, confirmed reports that Murphy and his 40-year-old fiancee Tracey Edmonds were ineligible to be married locally because they had not lived in the region for long enough. Under French law people wishing to marry must reside near where the ceremony is to take place for at least 30 days before they can legally tie the knot. The couple reportedly arrived in French Polynesia by private jet last weekend and were married on new year's day on a small islet near Bora Bora Island, a playground for wealthy tourists.

Benoit said the details indicated the wedding could not be recognized under French law. "A marriage on the beach would be like... a fake marriage. It's not a real marriage, if it is on the beach with only a local priest. I think it was just an exotic, artistic 'marriage'," he said. "You need to have residence for at least 30 days - one month in the island of Bora Bora for instance - and this has not been the case," Benoit said.

Edmonds' spokesperson tells People.com, "As is typical when couples get married in foreign countries, a legal ceremony will take place when they return to the U.S. The wedding that took place in Bora Bora was a ceremony to bind Eddie and Tracey spiritually in the presence of family and friends. The couple plan a legal ceremony as soon as they return to the States."

Murphy and Edmonds, who have been dating since 2006, have both been married before - Murphy divorced Nicole Mitchell in April 2006, while Edmonds ended her marriage to music mogul Kenneth 'Babyface' Edmonds in October 2005.

TRACEY EDMONDS REVEALS MORE WEDDING DETAILS + PICS OF EDDIE ON THE SET OF NEW MOVIE

Let me find out Tracey Edmonds isn't wasting any time to marry Eddie Murphy. Jesus Christ! The couple hasn't even been dating for a whole year and now they're jumping the broom. Does she move fast or what? I think an even better question would be: why the rush? For those of you who don't know, Edmonds and Murphy met each other for the first time and then eventually began dating in late October of 2006...this was just 10 months after her divorce to Kenneth 'Babyface' Edmonds was final. Who jumps in and out of marriages all willy-nilly and whatnot like that?

Anywhoo, Edmonds, who says their wedding will be fun, casual small and romantic, hinted to People magazine that their upcoming nuptials will take place pretty soon. "We're coming close. And I'll say it'll be before the end of the year ... and someplace far away and fun. It's just going to be very close friends and family but very romantic – and we'll have a good time!" she told PEOPLE.

The 40 year-old media mogul says she is also looking beyond the wedding to life with a blended family, admitting that bringing their two families together is "going to be a big step." Edmonds has two children and Murphy, 46, has five children with ex-wife Nicole Murphy and one with Spice Girl Melanie Brown. "There will be some adjusting but I think it's going to be a lot of fun," Edmonds said. "Eddie's got some fantastic, beautiful fun kids and I've got two wonderful boys, so it'll be nice to get everybody together."

In related news, last week, Edmonds fiance was photographed alongside his oh-so-cute and tiny co-star, 7-year-old Yara Shahidi on the set of his newest movie, NowhereLand which is filming on location in Denver, Colorado.

NowhereLand revolves around a powerful financial executive (Murphy) whose career was sent spiraling down the drain due to a sudden lack of confidence. The executive finds the answers to his inexplicable setback in an imaginary world dreamt up by his young daughter (Shahidi).

The movie also stars Nicole Ari Parker, Deray Davis and Vanessa Williams.

BABYFACE SAYS HE HAS FINALLY 'EMBRACED' HIS EX-WIFE'S NEW LIFE WITH EDDIE MURPHY.

I swear I had the biggest crush on Babyface back in his 'The Deele' days. But, since that lil bit of info has nothing to do with the following story, I'll digress. LOL!

During his appearance on The Oprah Winfrey Show on Thursday, uber-producer/ R&B artist Kenneth 'Babyface' Edmonds said he has "embraced" his ex-wife Tracey's relationship with her new fiance Eddie Murphy, insisting he's pleased she's found happiness. Edmonds separated from Tracey in October 2005 after 13 years of marriage. Their divorce was finalized in June (2006). But the singer/producer has no hard feelings towards the mother of his two sons, who is now planning to wed comedian/actor Murphy.

He says, "Initially, when Eddie and Tracey started dating I felt a little funny at first, because it was so big. Even though they were together, the thing that bothered me most was the celebrity, the fact that it was so public (and) in your face. So what I usually do in situations like that, if something bothers me, is I embrace it. I don't run away from it. You have to embrace things, because the reality is if Tracey's happy with her life, then that's good, because I want the same thing for myself and she wants the same for me."

BABYFACE ON HIS EX-WIFE'S ENGAGMENT: 'I FEEL FOR TRACEY...'

Ask Kenneth 'Babyface' Edmonds his feelings regarding his ex-wife accepting a proposal to marry Academy Award nominee Eddie 'I don't wanna be a pappy to Mel B.'s baby' Murphy after only 10 months of dating and a year and a half after leaving her longtime marriage to the laid-back crooner, and he'll tell you:

"I feel for Tracey and Eddie because of what they gotta go through. Everybody's on them and now (that they're engaged) they're going to be on them even more. And I wouldn't want that."

Well, at least that's what he told Lee Bailey of EURWEB.com. We don't think he meant it in a bad way, though. Keep reading:

Kenneth "Babyface" Edmonds has always been looked upon as being a cool and laid back kind of brother ever since his entrance into the music industry back in the 80s. He appears to never be too high or too low, but our Lee Bailey has heard some say he can be a bit of a funny guy. In fact, he asked Edmonds about what it takes for him to let his proverbial hair down. "When I hang out and among friends," Face said. "And it doesn't have to be close friends, just in a fun environment then that's cool."

This idea of Babyface being a funny guy runs contrary to his public image. At times he appears to rarely flash a smile. The crooner says he's not trying act "funny" that's just his persona. He doesn't feel like a star at all. As a matter of fact he says he prefers it that way.

"I'm not standoffish to the point where it's ever rude, but at the same time I'm not really in that star mode most of the time," admitted Edmonds. He went on to say he feels for big time celebrities and what they have to go through with trash journalists that stoop to new lows to gain insight in their lives. It's not like I feel like a star or have ever really felt like that. A celebrity? Yeah, it gets me in restaurants and I can (go to the head of the line) at Disneyland. I like that part. But for me, I feel for Tracey and Eddie because of what they gotta go through. Everybody's on them and now (that they're engaged) they're going to be on them even more. And I wouldn't want that. That's like a little too much for me with people all in your business with their opinions of you and what your life choices are. I am kinda happy being a b star. That's OK to me. I like being a musician and a writer. I'm OK with that. I don't need to be the hottest guy or being looked at as anything other than with respect. I feel blessed to be in the space that I'm in. Even with what me and Tracey went through as far as being separated and being divorced because it was, more or less, respectful to me. The press has been pretty respectful and that's how I like to live."

Bless his ever loving heart! Don't you just wanna hug him?! Not one bad thing did he have to say about Eddie & Tracey. But then again, I'm not surprised. He's Babyface! It's good to know they're still on good terms with each other. As far as him labeling himself a 'b-list' star? He better stop playing!
