41-year old actress/entrepreneur Stacey Dash, arguably the sexiest over 40 actress next to LisaRaye, is the featured cover story in King magazine's June 2008 issue. And she isn't gracing the cover because of her drop dead looks. The actress, who says she was sick and tired of seeing girls wearing jeans around their buns to show their thong (hold up: are women still doing that? Let me find out that that is so 2001), has launched her own lingerie line called Letters of Marque (currently in 30 stores around the country and 10 stores overseas), in order to really bring sexy back. 'You can be sexy without being too provocative. Mainly, underwear should hang well on a woman's body. It's all mental. She can put on a pair of panties and a wifebeater and feel like the sexiest thing around. I've done that before and it feels great, says the married mother of two. Dash also revealed the meaning and the reasons she had for naming her new line Letters of Marque, taking men's taste in lingerie into consideration while designing the line and whether or not she still considers herself sexy...sexy enough to bring sexy back.

STACEY DASH ON THE MEANING BEHIND 'LETTERS OF MARQUE': I was looking through my heritage, and it turns out the name 'Dash' comes from our great-great grandfather, a Dutch pirate who landed in the Barbados. So I started researching piracy, and in the middle of the paragraph, I saw this phrase 'letter of marque,' and it just looked beautiful. It turns out that it's a historical document. So, say I'm the Queen of England and you're a pirate. If I give you a letter of marque, that'd make you a privateer, meaning you have the right to go into whatever country I tell you to and rape, pillage and steal whatever you want, as long as I get a percentage. So a letter of marque is a document that gives you permission to invade. I thought, Oh, my God, that's perfect for underwear!'

STACEY DASH ON IF SHE TAKES MEN'S TASTES INTO ACCOUNT WHEN DESIGNING LINGERIE: Of course. I'd be foolish not to. Women may not always admit it, but a big part of buying lingerie is, 'Will this turn him on or not?' But really, if a woman feels sexy in something, a man will ultimately find her sexy regardless. When I wear my nightgown, my husband can't keep his hands off of me! A man has to work for it though. In fact, one of Letters of Marque signatures is buttons; in order for a man to get to what you're concealing, he has to unbutton you. The best things in life don't come easy.

STACEY ON IF SHE CONSIDERS HERSELF SEXY: I think there's an innocence to my sexiness. It's not like I'm wearing just a G-string and stockings, or tassels on my nipples. My ass isn't hanging out of my thong. I've learned so much in the last 20 years. I feel better, sexier and happier than I've ever felt in my entire life. People say, 'But you're getting old,' and that is such bullsh!t. I'm just getting better.

NEW PICS: FOXY GOES TO CHURCH; DISHES ON WHAT SHE MISSED WHILE IN PRISON, COMPARISONS TO NAOMI CAMPBELL.

When Foxy Brown was released from prison last Friday, she said the first place she wanted to go was to church to 'thank God for supporting her,' telling reporters, "I really, really want to go to church first and get it right with God. It's only through His grace that I was able to survive this, and I want to get down on my knees and thank Him." Well, from the reports that I've read, the church house wasn't the first place the rapper headed to. As a matter of fact, she hit up a soul food restaurant, her childhood home and unsurprisingly, a hair and beauty products store. However, eventually, the Brooklyn diva did find her way to the house of God. Better late than never, right. The rapper also conducted an interview with hip-hop site, Allhiphop.com where she discussed the things and people she missed while in prison, her newfound freedom and folks comparing her to Naomi 'I stay mad all the damn time' Campbell.

FOXY BROWN ON WHAT SHE MISSED OUT ON WHILE INCARCERATED: I don’t feel like I really missed out on anything other than Chanel and Christion Louboutin and Fendi and all the fly stuff but my girl Marvett [Britto] had everything waiting for me when I came home so I was good. No, I missed being on a microphone, a lot.

FOXY ON FOLKS COMPARING HER TO NAOMI CAMPBELL: [Incarceration] just helped me in mastering my emotions. Now, I’m no longer going to react. I’m going to try my best to just not react. That’s what I have a whole team of people for. It’s just not worth it. I’m a target. Constantly. You hear in the press about Naomi Campbell, Foxy Brown, oh they react this way. I think they put celebrities, they give us the sense of entitlement and they put on such a pedestal that when we do do something human, it’s the worst s**t in the world. Like, Oh my God, she what?! She f***ing bumped somebody in Dunkin Donuts! It’s the worst thing in the world it’s like…I’m f***ing human. I have the best bodyguard in the world, I have a team of dudes, so there is no reason why I should even have put my self in a situation where I was forced to react. Instead of talking about the change I’d rather people just see it.

I have a whole newfound respect for my freedom. Little things I would take for granted... like a Snickers bar... It's an incredible feeling. I feel really good. I’m the first to admit that I’m imperfect, complicated, flawed like everyone else. I’m human. So just embracing my maturation and just fostering my growth was the most important part of the whole incarceration to me. I’m actually happy that that happened. Cause I got a chance to really step outside of Foxy, get in tune with Inga, and really just re-focus. Ok, this is what I need to do. I need to get my priorities straight. KANYE & HIS FIANCEE, ALEXIS PHIFER CALL IT QUITS; PHIFER: 'I WISH HIM THE BEST IN HIS FUTURE.'

Rapper Kanye West and his fiancée of a year and a half, designer Alexis Phifer have broken off their engagement, Phifer confirms to PEOPLE. "It's always sad when things like this end, and we remain friends,” Phifer tells PEOPLE. "I wish him the best in his future and all of his endeavors. He's one of the most talented people I've ever met." Phifer was spotted on the red carpet sans her engagement ring at an "Evenings in Vogue" event on Thursday night in New York, where her clothing line, Ghita, was featured. "They'd been having problems," a pal of West's says. "Kanye is really focused on his show; he's putting everything into the show right now. Alexis is a nice girl, but Kanye has been going through a rough time. They hit a rough patch and for now they've split." According to the friend, Phifer and West, both 30, had been spending less time together in the last few weeks as the Grammy-winning star prepared for his nationwide "Glow in the Dark" tour. "I haven't seen [Alexis] around at all the last few times I’ve seen him recently," the friend added.

The couple, who have dated on and off since 2002, got engaged over a lobster and pasta dinner during a vacation on the island of Capri in August 2006. A rep for West, currently on tour, had no comment.

The singer used the M&G to launch her new clothing line which will benefit the Texas Children's Foster Care System. Her boyfriend of over three years, Takeo Spikes was by her side. KIM KARDASHIAN: 'EVERY GUY I'VE DATED HAS CHEATED ON ME AND BROKEN MY HEART.'

Ask Kim Kardashian why she thinks she's so famous, and she'll tell you, 'Because I have a big, fat ass!' Believe me Kim when I tell you that ain't it. In a recent interview, the reality star felt the need to set the record straight on several annoying misconceptions that folks seem to have about her. Kardashian says just because she's known for partying her ass off and being photographed going in and out of clubs from L.A. to MIA, literally showing off her ass, she swears she's just a regular ol girl. "The biggest misconception of me is that I'm a wild, crazy party girl," she says. "I mean, I don't even drink alcohol. So I can't stay up too late and party." She also stated the relationship she has with New Orleans Saints running back Reggie Bush is as real as it gets...even when their private moments are often disturbed by the probing paparazzi. "Reggie hates the paparazzi. I've become really good at telling when they're around and we had no idea they were in the Dominican Republic. When I saw the pictures I almost had a heart attack. But we balance each other out so well. We're a lot alike and we're alot different. He's a big part of my life. We're a really good balance of each other and it's going real well. He can care less about what other people think. He's definitely my reality check."

But will he be here for the long run? In the past, before hooking up with Bush, Kardashian once said she finds it hard to trust men after being left heartbroken so many times during her high school days through her adult years. "I went out with a good guy in school - but it has all gone downhill since then. Every single guy since then has cheated on me - so I think all men cheat. Normally my sister catches them out. But every guy I have been out with has cheated on me and broken my heart." Mmmmm-hmmm. Will little-boy Reggie change her perceptions on how she perceives men to be? The hell if I care or really give a damn! A better question would be: Does Kim feels as if Reggie is burdened with unwanted drama from his fans and haters about having her as his girlfriend? That really is a good question, huh? Kim's response?

"Yeah, I think that's one of the reasons why he's not on the show [Keeping Up with the Kardashian's] so much because this season he was injured. But he's really excited for his upcoming season. And for some reason if the team wasn't doing good or something it would be all my fault that he wants to be all Hollywood and be on my reality show, so I feel for Jessica Simpson [who's dating NFL quarterback Tony Romo] and I think it's so wrong what they do to her and I'm glad that her and Tony have worked it out and stuck together because that could easily be me and I think that's why Reggie and I try to keep it as separate as possible. His number one focus is football."

THINGS GO FROM BAD TO WORSE FOR LISARAYE'S HUSBAND. DID SHE KNOW JUST WHAT SHE WAS GETTING HERSELF INTO BY MARRYING HIM?.

Things go from bad to worse in the investigation involving LisaRaye's husband, the Honorable Michael Misick. Reportedly, Misick is now "seriously considering" stepping down from his post as the Premier of Turks & Caicos in the wake sexual assault accusations and other probes, political in nature, reports TMZ.com. According to the Web site, Misick's alleged victim is of Puerto Rican descent and was over 18 at the time of the alleged assault. It was also discovered that she may have known Misick before the incident. There were initial rumors that the American woman was also a celebrity, but those reports are not true, according to TMZ. The FBI has reportedly landed on the island and launched an investigation. Meanwhile, the police tell TMZ that Misick has been "cooperative."

LisaRaye must be going through the motions, but she really has no one to blame for herself. If she had spent more time getting to know her husband instead of dating him after they were married, then maybe she'd know just what he is/was capable of. I mean damn Lisa! Dude met you at the 2005 Trumpet Awards and then figured he'd better make his move and propose before some other man scooped you up. This lady said the only time she got to know her husband was during the time it took to plan their wedding! You don't go marrying somebody just because they have all this money and can give you the luxury of obtaining a prestigious title. All the money and lawyers in the world will not protect you when and/or if these allegations are true. And there must be some truth to them since he's considering stepping down. And before anyone jumps down my throat, what I said above is basically reiterating what LisaRaye said about her marriage in an issue of Jet magazine. Here's an excerpt:

McCOY-MISICK ON HER ONE MONTH COURTSHIP WITH HER HUSBAND, THE HONORABLE MICHAEL MISICK: "I think you are forever falling in love and the process of falling in love is what we're doing. He said, 'I want you to be my wife, but I want to date you while we're married.' Our courtship wasn't long; just the entire time it took for me to plan our wedding. He asked me to marry him a month after we met. That was scary for me...but what is a girl to say about that. I was 39 years old, been a single parent, there's no stability in Hollywood and I said you know, I'm tired of playing. I'm tired of being without and I want to be in love. It damn sure feels great to belong to someone and have a partner, have a foundation."
