PREGNANT DEELISHIS & HUBBY ORLANDO GORDON IN SISTER 2 SISTER MAGAZINE.

Pregnancy and marriage definitely agrees with Flavor of Love season 2 winner Deelishis (real name London Charles Gordon)! A little over a year ago (September 2008) I blogged about Deelishis' announcing her engagement to Detroit business man Orlando Gordon in S2S mag. In that interview Deelishis mentioned that she and Orlando planned to have a large bridal party that would consist of 35 members including 15 bridesmaids and groomsmen. A lot has changed since then...both in her personal and professional life. Many folks throughout the blogosphere thought her wedding would never happen. Well, they were right BUT we have to remember the words 'wedding' and 'marriage' are two different things. And needless to say, a marriage trumps a big, lavish, expensive wedding all day every day. I ain't ashamed to tell yall that if a man as good-looking as Orlando wanted to wife me up in a courthouse or in a small intimate setting, all I want to know is what time does he want me to be there! Real talk. But it's only fair to say that their decision was a decision they both made together.

Anyway, Deelishis sat down with Sister 2 Sister magazine's H.S.I.C. (head sister in charge), Jamie Foster Brown and dished on everything from her marriage to her work to her pregnancy and the reason why they chose to name their unborn baby girl Lexington Brielle. Peep the excerpts below.

DEELISHIS ON NOT HAVING A BIG, LAVISH WEDDING: "I couldn't. I put it like this: I wouldn't. I had decisions to make if I was going to take the work that was coming or if I was going to sacrifice the work to do the wedding. Since I was a little girl, I was like most little girls who, when they grow up, want this huge wedding. It's the most important day of their lives. But by this time it was important for me to make sure that I was making the right decisions for my career. Our marriage was going to be there regardless of the wedding. So I don't know if it's a part of my growth and maturity but I was okay with not having the wedding...There was no wedding. It was a straight-up marriage. We just had a judge and a couple of witnesses. It was quick 'cause let me tell you this: the day that I actually did it, later on that evening I was on set. Myself, Garrett Morris and Joe Torry were working on a film called Pawn Shop. It's a comedy. I was getting paid by the day, so I was back on set later on."

DEELISHIS ON WHY THEY DECIDED TO HAVE A CHILD TOGETHER: "We had been trying. We tried for a little while. I said I was going to work on my album and I wasn't going to do a reality TV for a while. And I was constantly getting work as far as hosting parties, but that was not something I wanted to do permanently. So I said, 'Well, you know what? I'm going to really go hard with my music, and I'm going to go really hard with film. I'm going to audition for any and everything that I think is good for me in movies.' So I said, 'Listen, I may as well have my babies now--or my baby.' I wanted at least one more because Jasmine is 10 years old and I wanted another baby and I made that very clear while we were dating. Just in casual conversation he would ask, 'Do you want any more children?' I would say yes and I would ask him how many he wanted. He said, 'Well, maybe one or two. We both came from the same background mentally where we didn't want a host of children, but we did want one together. He has a 5-year-old daughter and I have a 10-year-old."

DEELISHIS ON HOW THEIR RELATIONSHIP TURNED INTO MARRIAGE: "I wanted a marriage, but what he wanted was he didn't want to change. Orlando has always had--I won't say a fear of commitment--but he never was required to be in a commitment when he dated other women. Yeah, he's gorgeous and he takes care of his business. You know what I'm saying? He's a go-getter. He doesn't want to be without, so he handles his business as a man and I really love that about him. And I know most women had to in the past, so they never required that he commit to them. So I asked him when we got together, I said, 'Well, you know that not who I am. I have to make sure that this is something that makes sense. And I don't care how promiscuous the picture, the web site, the video, whatever you see of London, I'm a well-adjusted person and I have a daughter. So I don't care what you ever heard of me, you've never heard a long line of accusations of men when it related to me, and I wanted to keep it that way.' I think the rumor that you may have heard was Allen Iverson, and that was unfortunate. I told him I needed that security within our relationship. So, he said, 'Okay, I think you're worth it, and I'll give you that.'

So we became boyfriend and girlfriend. Then eventually he was like, 'Okay, let's spend the rest of our lives together.' So, I said, 'Okay, when you put an engagement ring on someone's finger, especially mine, you make sure that it's not just to keep me still. You have to put a marriage behind that.' I would always tell him how fruitful our household and our lifestyle would be. If you give God what He wants, He'll give you what you want. So he said, 'I don't want marriage to change us. If you believe that we have to be married for the sake of God being okay, then that's fine.'"

DEELISHIS ON BEING PREGNANT THE SECOND TIME AROUND & WORKING ON HER MUSIC: "Orlando talks about me now that I'm pregnant. He says that I am an emotional wreck most of the time, so he has to go into mute world; he nods his head. I think my father taught him this. I will speak and he won't respond until I'm done with my yelling or venting or saying whatever it is I have to say. And then he says, 'Okay, yes, dear.' He has the honey-do thing down pat. So when I say, 'Honey, I need you to do this. Honey, I need you to do that,' he says, 'Okay.' At the beginning of this pregnancy I was very whiny. I didn't experience this with Jasmine, but my first trimester was just miserable. I used to call Taj (of the SWV) and I would cry and complain because she had said her pregnancy with Eddie George--their youngest child was so bad the entire nine months. I said, 'Well, you had to have found some release in some fashion. What did you do for that?' She said, 'The only relief was, like, loading up a gun. So I had to decide if I was going to pull the trigger or not.' By the time I reached my third month, people said that if I wasn't going to have one of those nine-month-long sickness pregnancies by the time I reached my third month, that I would be okay. That's true. I'm eating a little bit better. I get around a little bit better because I was miserable. Orlando would cook and I would say, 'Close the door. I don't even want to smell it. I don't even want you to sleep in this room. I have a little Yorkie puppy, and it was so bad I was considering giving her away. I couldn't take the smell of her either. I went from a 36B to a 38DD. Ma, when I tell you I feel the difference, sometimes I feel like I'm suffocating. I can be driving and I have to unstrap myself in the back from feeling suffocated in the front. So flying has really become a problem for me. So, I said at the end of November that I was going to be done with flying by mid-December. And Orlando said, 'Well, you can totally take advantage of your music.' So I've been recording down in my home studio, and I'm excited about that because I never really took the time that was needed. I'm writing. A lot of this will be from me.

I'm very conscious right now and I think this baby is a different baby than Jasmine because I don't typically like water unless I put some type of Crystal Light or some Tang or something in it. I'm not one to drink water. This entire pregnancy, I love water. I love it. I love it warm, cold, frozen. This baby loves vegetables and I'm a big fan of Boston Market's creamed spinach. I like cooking now with vegetables; I don't like fried foods. But I love vegetables and water and fruit."

DEELISHIS ON WHY SHE & ORLANDO NAMED THEIR DAUGHTER LEXINGTON BRIELLE: "Orlando's name is a city. My name is a city. So we wanted to think of a city that was cute enough for her. So I was looking all over the map. He's Orlando, Florida, and I'm London, England, and so we gave her Lexington, [Kentucky.]

'FLAVOR OF LOVE 2' WINNER LONDON 'DEELISHIS' CHARLES IS GETTING MARRIED TO BOYFRIEND ORLANDO GORDON.

Flavor of Love 2 winner Deelishis (real name London Charles) is now engaged to be married. The reality star turned entrepreneur (she owns her own jean line) will join her boyfriend, 27-year-old Orlando Gordon in holy matrimony on July 19, 2009, according to Sister 2 Sister magazine.

DEELISHIS ON HER PROPOSAL: "He and I were sitting around the house watching movies. Around 5, I went into the kitchen to grab something to eat and I came back in the bedroom and he was sitting there with this little box and he said, 'What are you doing for the rest of your life?' I was very shocked and surprised."

Deelishis said she and her hubby-to-be thought about eloping to avoid any media attention....what sort of media attention is beyond me....but instead decided to celebrate their union with their family and friends...and soon began making plans for a very large bridal party that will consist of 35 members including 15 bridesmaids and groomsmen. Of her engagement party, which was held at Orlando's nightclub (he also handled all the arrangements...food, decorations, music, etc. by his lonesome), Deelishis said:

"He had these flowers that were everywhere, and these vases had these orchids and roses and lilies. It was beautiful. For most of the party I was in tears. I just cried because I couldn't believe how beautiful it was. Then I just kept staring at this man, who, I knew we would have a long-lasting relationship but I never thought he would fall into suit of feeling as though he needed to make me his bride."

Mrs. Orlando Gordon's bridesmaids include SWV member Taj Johnson, former Flavor of Love 2 contestant Shay 'Buckeey' Johnson, model Toccara Jones, video vixen Angel Lola Luv plus Deelishis' two sisters and relatives from Orlando's side of the family. Orlando's 3-year old daughter, Orlandria....yes, Orlandria, has been given the title as flower girl, while Deelishis' 9-year-old daughter, Jasmine, will play her role as a junior bridesmaid. Deelishis said in choosing the members of her bridal party....particularly her bridesmaids, she wanted ladies 'who respect what marriage is, who respects my decision, who aren't going to be catty and who will keep this union tight.'

As for Flavor Flav. Who? And as for those wedding photos? Given Deelishis' addiction to and adoration of anyone's camera lens, chances are this time next year (that's if the wedding goes off without a hitch) there will be a plethora of images from her big day. Congratulations, Dee!

DMX'S BABY MAMA WILL HAVE TO WAIT A BIT LONGER FOR HER $1.5 MILLION DEFAMATION CHECK.

Monique Wayne (click on pic to the left to see its full image), the single mother of rapper DMX's illegitimate child will have to wait a little while longer for that $1.5 million judgment she was awarded after filing a defamation suit against the Ruff Ryder who swears up and down and all around that he was raped by Wayne. Last week, Prince George's County Circuit Judge Thomas Smith ruled that DMX (whose real name is Earl Simmons) was not properly served with court papers in the case filed against him by Monique Wayne. After an August 2003 encounter with Simmons, Wayne gave birth to a son by the rapper in April 2004. In a 2006 Sister 2 Sister magazine interview DMX said he was raped while he was sleeping. Wayne, who was not mentioned by name in the story, denied the claim and filed a defamation of character suit, citing "severe emotional distress" as a result of the interview. During a court hearing earlier this year, Wayne said she awoke to find Simmons on top of her, which led to consensual sex. She said she filed the lawsuit because "he lied to the whole world on me" about what happened. The January hearing resulted in Wayne being awarded $1.5 million after Simmons failed to appear.

Attorneys for DMX challenged that claim, saying Wayne failed to properly serve him with lawsuit papers and that the rapper was unaware of the case against him. X's lawyer William "Hassan" Murphy III said the Yonkers MC "looks forward to proving Wayne's allegations to be wrong" if the case continues.

Sandra, you crazy for this one! LOL! If I didn't know that this is an old picture, you may have gotten me...cause Lord knows I don't can't tell when a photo has been Photoshopped. But I must admit, the picture is still cute to look at even if it isn't real. For those of you who were fooled at first glance, the picture above was actually taken of the couple as they played a Nintendo Game Boy while attending the Smirnoff Ice Triple Black Lounge/swag room (where celebrities get a whole bunch of sh!t they don't need for free!) during the 3rd Annual BET Awards in Los Angeles in June 2003. Usher and Chilli broke up about six months after this pic was snapped. Oh, and the magazine they happen to be 'looking at together' is actually the May 2008 issue of Sister 2 Sister magazine with Chilli on the cover. In her cover story, Chilli dished details on her relationship with Usher as well as her upcoming solo debut album. It's been confirmed that the name of the new disc will be called Bi-Polar. Yeah, I know, it threw me for a loop too! But folks in her camp say the singer chose Bi-Polar because it basically serves as the theme behind the album's tracks. You know? Emotions all over the place and every which-a-way and whatnot. But remember, people: although the title is rather um....different, wait and listen to it before passing judgment. It could be fire. MAG EXCERPTS: SOLANGE IN SISTER 2 SISTER MAG: SINGER DISHES ON 'HADLEY STREET DREAMS', LIVING IN IDAHO, DISCIPLINING HER SON, MOTHERHOOD & MUCH MORE.

Bey-Bey's little sister, Solange conducted an in-depth interview with Sister 2 Sister magazine (May 2008) issue. The singer touched on many topics including her reasons as to why she titled her upcoming album, Hadley Street Dreams (Listen to Solange's first single, I Decided HERE), and her father's connection to it, why she hasn't been in a committed relationship and why she was 'totally down' with living in the good ole state of Idaho during her brief marriage. She also dished details on if she has ever had regrets of having a child at the age of 18, why she thinks her son is the 'coolest kid ever' and why she has a hard time disciplining him. I'll tell yall one thing: after I finished reading Solange's article, I formed a new respect for her. This girl is wise beyond her years. It may be motherhood, it may be genetics, or maybe she just has an old soul, but whatever it is, this girl has definitely got it together. SOLANGE ON HER ALBUM'S TITLE & HOW IT RELATES TO HER DAD: For me, my father-- a lot of people don't know that he came from a really small town, Gadsden, Alabama. He grew up very poor and he had a dream for his life and his family. He beat a lot of odds; he came from a family of 10 and just to see him--hearing the story about him starting off with nothing and building this empire, building his future; it just started off as a dream for him. That's sort of what this record has been for me. I've always wanted to do a record that was organic for me, and that was my dream from day one. I was always scared. I always had pressure from the label or from people to create a certain kind of persona. But with this record, I went to Hadley Street (which is the street where Mathew Knowles Music World organization is located) one day and I wrote this song called Heartbreak after a friend of mine passed away when I was 17. Then that next week I found out I was pregnant. I went to the studio and I just started freestyling with a jazz band, and I came up with a great record and it made me feel things in music that I had never felt before And it was on that street. This record portrays my life. This is the first piece of creative art by me that shows I am woman and I've gone through things that women do, and I've gone trhough real life situations that don't involve dancing and partying and dating: 'Boy, I like you. Do you like me too? I'm feeling you.' (laughs) So I definitely think that's portrayed through the record.

SOLANGE ON LIVING IN IDAHO WITH HER EX-HUBBY: My ex-husband was finishing school there and I was totally down! I loved the thought of going to the country, and it was such a good move for me as a mom because the very first year of my son's life I had to sit down and focus and not have any distractions--not from work, not from aunts, not from nannies, not from babysitters. So we have a bond that I don't think could have been there as much maybe if I was in Houston with a thousand aunts and Mom and Dad and everyone there wanting to pitch in. Idaho made me realize that I can be in any environment and survive. (laughs) And I didn't realize this, as a woman--that I would step up that much to the plate. I literally cooked and cleaned. I definitely was able to be secure in myself with just staying home and doing whatever I needed to do to be a wife and mommy. And in Idaho that's all I had time to do 'cause there's nothing else to do.

SOLANGE ON IF SHE REGRETS HAVING A CHILD AT THE AGE OF 18: Oh, absolutely.....

..... not. I have been so blessed, number one, that my son is the coolest kid ever. Of course, that first year of 'non-sleeping' and just being dedicated to him had tough parts. But as far as motherhood goes, it's been a blast for me. A lot of people hear that answer and they have doubts, but when you have a child, I think it takes a really unemotional person not to--no matter what age. And I think that emotional attachment, there's nothing out of it that someone could regret. I haven't had an experience where I've been blue. I think just the fact that I have so much family and the fact that my son's father is still involved in his life...I don't know how (being blue) feels so I can't really give any advice other than that, as a mother, your goal is always to make sure that your child is the happiest.

SOLANGE ON IF SHE'LL HAVE ANY MORE KIDS AND WHY SHE HAS TO WORK MORE ON DISCIPLINING HER SON: Absolutely! Motherhood has been the best thing that has ever happened to me. It's the most important job/project that I ever have had. It's so enjoyable! My son is at the funniest age ever right now; he's 3. But, the one thing that I definitely have to work on as a parent is discipline because sometimes he's just so funny that it takes me off guard. But I'm noticing I can't laugh at the things that he does because then he repeats them to other people and expects the same reaction. When he was younger, his Grandma and Auntie used to get him to say silly stuff and then they'd look all lost and confused when he would say it in church. He is such a ham! I'm hoping he doesn't want to be in this industry, but he is in love with music and he has a little drum set and piano and he really tries to put things together. He only wants to do it when he wants to do it though. I've been places, like for instance TRL and he's not supposed to be out there with me, but he notices the cameras and he's like, 'I want to be there!'

SOLANGE ON HOW SHE'S ABLE TO KEEP HER PERSONAL BUSINESS (I.E. HER QUICK DIVORCE) OUT OF THE LIMELIGHT: You don't hear my sister really speaking about her relationship, and I never really spoke about mine. And I still don't go into detail about anything, just because I feel like music is definitely our lives--and all of the other career choices that we've made. And of course it comes along with the territory, but our personal lives don't have anything to do with our careers. Just like if anyone worked at a job as a marketing director at a firm, it wouldn't be in their qualifications to share their personal life, so I don't feel like I should have to. And that's something my parents have been really big on instilling in us. I just always try to keep a positive take on life, and I think that's how I was able to keep my divorce quiet, (laughs) because I was positive and there wasn't any bitterness and I wasn't going around badmouthing or trash-talking anyone. I live a very, very low key life. In Idaho, there wasn't any paparazzi walking around there. And then in Houston it's the same thing, I go to drop my son off at school at about 10 every day and go to the studio from 10 till 4, and go to dinner or make dinner at home. And that's pretty much it. I'm going to have to adjust to being back out there when this record comes out.

SOLANGE ON HER CURRENT RELATIONSHIP STATUS: Actually, I have friends but nothing more. I'm so focused now on my son and my career--and I know that's such a typical answer. Really, I could make time if I wanted to, but right now, I'm in such a hustler spirit. I'm 21, so I'm still figuring out exactly what I want in a relationship.

SOLANGE ON TAKING OVER HER FATHER'S EMPIRE IN 5 YEARS: My father has always wanted Music World to stay in the family. This was something he started from in an extra bedroom in our house, and now, on Hadley Street, he has 30 employees all over the United States and London. It's very important for him to keep that legacy within, and I've always been the one out of all us girls wanting to go to the office, wanting to sit in A&R meetings, wanting to research marketing and keep up with the industry, so naturally my father has always said, 'When I want to retire, you'd better run my company well.' I'd love, love to run Music World one day. My only fear is that is it's really hard to run a label when you have such an artistic ear...My father thinks he's going to retire at 60, which is where the five years come into play, but I seriously doubt it. I respect him so much.

NBA BALLER DAMON JONES RESPONDS TO THE 'I'M EVERY WOMAN DREAM' COMMENTS.

"I get negative comments, I get positive comments, but I don't think anything I said in the article was derogatory toward women so I don't know why everybody's flaming up or so upset about the comments that I made. If I don't think I look good, who else will?"

Cleveland Cavalier basketball baller Damon Jones, who shares a child with WNBA player Tina Thompson, comments on the backlash he received as a result of his previous statement in an issue of (Sister 2 Sister magazine) declaring the reasons as to why he's 'every woman's dream' and why he absolutely refuses to pursue any female.

But, umm, I'mma need someone to send a memo to Jamie Foster Brown to let her know that the Internet is much faster than tidbits published in magazines, therefore her remarks claiming folks were damn near busting her door down to use her as Ms. Matchmaker in order to get closer to Mr. Jones is bananas. After all, I was the first blogger (yeah, I said it!) to post the excerpt that I'm sure would have gone unnoticed and/or unread by anyone had I not mentioned it here on Real Gossip 101 first. I ain't gonna even mentioned the 'Oh, no that n!ggah didn't just say that sh!t!!' attention the excerpt received when bigger blogs like Crunk & Disorderly (shout out to Fresh), Bossip picked it up and linked it back here. So, if folks did knock your door down, Ms. Jamie, it was because they read it/heard about it through Real Gossip 101 and the rest of the blogosphere first.

THROWBACK PICS: MAIA CAMPBELL IN KING MAG; ACTRESS DISHED ON SUGE, SHAQ & JAY-Z.

This girl! Bless her heart. I've always been a fan of her and her mother. But for her to be such a beautiful girl, the craziness she once embraced wasn't a good look at all. I just want her to get better....to get the help her mother so desperately wanted for her before she passed away. Here I was thinking her mental illness had gotten worse within the past couple of years, but low and behold I find this excerpt from her 2002 King magazine interview which proves, at least to me, she'd been a bit off for a while now.

However, that was then, these days, from my understanding, Maia has pulled herself together since the death of her mother, best-selling author Bebe Moore Campbell. Moore Campbell died at the age of 56 on November 27, 2006 from complications related to brain cancer...just one day after Maia's 30th birthday. It's no secret that Maia, who scored the biggest role of her career as 'Tiffany Warren' on UPN's In the House, privately battled drug abuse. Soon as the hit sitcom was canceled, rumors of Maia's drug abuse and erratic behavior around Hollywood began to swarm around the Internet and beyond. In the July 2004 issue of Sister 2 Sister magazine, Maia candidly admitted to abusing drugs while vehemently denying rumors that she's a certified nut job. 'I am not a psycho. There's a rumor going around that I'm a psycho,' Maia told the magazine. The actress's rapid decline into drugs and whispers of the beauty being bi-polar is what some believed was the catalyst that strained her relationship with her mother. And some speculate Bebe's last novel, 72 Hour Hold, was loosely based on her relationship with her daughter.....

...Whatever the case may be, Maia says she was able to make peace with her mother before she passed away.And I know from from personal experience (I lost my father to bone cancer in 2005) that a moment like that is a truly welcoming comfort as well as one of the most precious privileges God can ever bestow upon you. Some say Maia has gotten herself together and has become stronger since her mother's untimely death. Maia says she now finds happiness from the love she feels for her family, true friends, her profound belief in God and everything else that makes life worth living, bless her heart. It's true what they say: Loosing a loved one can have one of two effects on a person. Either you'll fall by the wayside something terrible OR you'll get your dusty ass up, brush yourself off and get back on the right track in order to move on with your life.

These days Maia is busy taking care of her young daughter, Elizabeth Elisha Gutierrez (who is named after Maia's mother) and operating her production company, MCC which is a multi-tasked business that provides today's film and television culture with quality entertainment.

It makes me feel good to be able to write such a positive story on her because Lord knows there aren't too many out there. I just hope in the future I can continue to post more inspiring stories involving her.

Let's continue to hope and pray for the best for her.

Rozonda 'Chilli' Thomas, the 'sexy' component of TLC, one of the best selling girl groups of all time, graces the April 2008 cover of Sister 2 Sister magazine. The petite beauty dished on everything from her venture into the fashion world with her Bags by Chilli apparel line, the strong relationship continues to maintain with Usher's mother, Jonnetta 'Mama Pat' Patton despite his marriage to that walking negro spiritual he refers to as his wife a.k.a Tameka Foster, why she adores being a mommy to her 10-year-old son Tron (whom she shares with music producer Dallas Austin), the long-awaited solo album that's been in the works for over half a decade but has yet to see the light of day, her relationship with T-Boz and the projects (unrelated to music) that they're working on, where O'So Krispy (the young girl who received the opportunity of a lifetime to perform with T-Boz and Chilli on their reality show R U the Girl?, her brand new crush on a certain actor...and oh yeah, she and Usher's well-publicized failed relationship and why folks--fans and haters alike--are still talking about it as if the the former couple, who were once dubbed R&B/Hip-Hop's hottest and best-looking celebrity couple of 2002 and 2003 respectively, just broke up yesterday. Chilli also sounds off on why she doesn't give a damn about what Tameka thinks or says about her. CHILLI ON WHY SHE NEVER OFFICIALLY SIGNED ON AS AN ARTIST TO AKON'S KONVICT RECORDS LABEL & WHAT TO EXPECT ON HER UPCOMING SOLO ALBUM: "We did work together but it wasn't a falling out or anything like that. We're still cool; we're friends. It's just that he's really busy and it's hard to try to be an artist and run a label. It's hard to split the two and I saw that. But we worked in the studio together and we did a song together. He's not featured on the record but he did the track and we wrote on another record together." So I got a lot accomplished in the time we did work together.' As for other record labels, Chilli says, "I have a couple of offers on the able. It's not so much as trying to find a deal. It's trying to be someplace where I'm happy with the deal. Fifteen years ago we [TLC] signed our lives away and that was fine at the time. But I just don't ever wanna do that again." On what fans should expect on her upcoming solo album, Chilli says, "A lot of up-tempos. I mean just dance, dance. Like I want people to--when they work out they want to put my CD in."

CHILLI ON HER REACTION ON FINDING OUT HER 'STRAIGHT JACK' (LISTEN HERE) TRACK FEATURING MISSY ELLIOTT & PRODUCED BY POLOW DA DON HAD BEEN LEAKED & THE SONG'S COMPOSITION BEING GIVEN TO NICOLE FROM THE PUSSYCAT DOLLS: "I don't even know how that record got leaked. I have no clue. By the time I think she was doing it, I had already passed on the track. I just didn't want to do it. And some producers--I don't really know how--everybody works differently, but some producers give five people the same track at once. Which is, to me, not good; that's not a good business move. You can make people real mad at you--wanna beat you up. (laughs) Maybe that's what he did, but by the time she had it I had already passed on it. I think I would've wanted to fight him (Polow Da Don) if I had still wanted that recorded. That wasn't my case.

CHILLI ON TAMEKA'S SNIDE-ASS, SLICK-AT-THE-MOUTH COMMENTS SHE MADE IN ESSENCE MAGAZINE REGARDING CURIOUS GEORGE'S PAST GIRLFRIENDS: "I'm not offended at all. I don't really know what she said, to be honest with you. I don't know if I was singled out or if she put everybody in the same box. I mean, I have no clue. I don't care what comment(s) she makes or whatever. That's her stuff. I don't have anything to do with that. When Usher and I were together--like I said, we had very happy times and we had our bad times. At the end of the day I didn't work for him and he did not work for me. That's why we're not together. The only time that his name comes to mind is when somebody asks me. (laughs) 'Cause other than that I don't think about it. I done forgot all about it."

CHILLI ON HER RELATIONSHIP WITH USHER'S MOTHER & CLEARING UP THE RUMOR OF HAVING A RUN IN WITH TAMEKA MONTHS BEFORE USHER'S WEDDING; HER BREAKUP WITH USHER: "We're cool," Chilli says in reference to her longtime relationship with Patton. On those run-in rumors, Chilli says, "There's really nothing to clear about it. Jonnetta and I are friends. We've always been friends. Usher knows that. I know that he doesn't have a problem with it; it doesn't have anything to do with his life right now. We've been over for like four years--probably over four years. It's been a long time. We just didn't work out. I can tell you this: with everybody thinking that Confessions was about our relationship, it had absolutely nothing to do with our relationship. We were together when he was recording that album. I was in the studio with him on most of those songs. So I guess people just don't do the math with it all.

We broke up because we just did not work, and that's it. It's funny to me that people are still fascinated with the situation since it's been dead for so long. I guess we were just 'that' couple--one of the couples that people like. So in the consumer world, if they like something they like and if it's over, they don't want it to be over. I guess it's like me being a little mad at Dawn from EnVogue for leaving (laughs). You know what I'm saying? I'm like, man, you messed up my group! So you know, maybe people look at it like that. I don't know."

Chilli's answer as to if she was embarrassed after Usher released Confessions and then went on a 'woe is me' campaign, the singer says, "Well, I kind of look at it like, when a person is hurt, they just kind of act out. So that's probably what that was. It didn't really bother me at all. We were together for two and a half years. It's not like when we broke up we hated each other; we just didn't work out as a couple. When you're in any relationship for a period of time, it takes a little while to get over it, and then once you're over it you don't act out anymore. But that's in any relationship. I don't think ours was any different."

As if she and Usher ever discussed marriage, Chilli states, "There was a point where it was discussed but it wasn't. Obviously, we broke up, so it didn't happen. But again, I would think in most relationships that when you've been together for a while you talk about a lot of things. It doesn't mean that it's going to happen. It's just talk."

CHILLI ON THOSE RUMORS CLAIMING SHE'S STILL DATING C.N.N. ANCHORMAN T.J. HOLMES: "I'm so mad at myself that I put that (confirmation that she and TJ Holmes had dated) out there. But no, that relationship is over. He's a nice guy, though. He's just not my type. He lasted a couple of months longer than usual. (laughs) That sounds bad, but it's true. I don't date alot. People probably think I do. I hate that I've been linked up with Tyson Beckford. We were friends and I guess we're still friends. If I see him I'll definitely talk to him, but he was never my boyfriend. We never dated, but they have it out there that we did. So that really upsets me. It's just awful being linked up with people that you've never been linked up with that way. But I'm really picky for very good reasons. I know how I am as a person. So if it's not everything that I want and what I need then I'm not going to waste my time. I think every person should be that way."

CHILLI ON PLANS FOR ANOTHER TLC ALBUM; HER RELATIONSHIP WITH T-BOZ; & O'SO KRISPY'S: "Right now, T-Boz is working on her solo stuff, as I am, and we're actually working on some other things together that don't have anything to do with music. But as far as the album is concerned--we do talk about it. So I can't say that it will never happen. I just don't know when; we're more like sisters so we just naturally check in with each other. I don't have to try to force myself to be close to somebody that I love very much. It just happens naturally.'

As for R U the Girl winner, O'So Krispy, Chilli says, "I'm very happy to say that the winner has a solo deal and she is about to come out and do her thing."

CHILLI ON HER NEW FASHION LINE 'BAGS BY CHILLI': "Five years ago someone gave me a bag as a gift with a picture of my son and myself on it. I thought that was just the most precious gift I ever received. I carry it all the time and people always come to me asking, 'Where'd you get the bag from?' And I kind of got tired of giving that answer. I definitely want to extend the line. Right now it is what you see, and you just upload your own picture. And I already started some sketches on different types of designs--more upscale."

CHILLI ON MOTHERHOOD, BALANCING HER CAREER & LIFE AS A MOMMY & HER HOPES AND DREAMS FOR HER SON: "Tron is funny; he has a lot of talents but he's only 10, so the one thing I refuse to do is get him out there into doing television and stuff like that. I want him to be a kid and enjoy being a teenager. Once he graduates from high school, if that's something he really wants to pursue, then he can do that. But right now, after high school is college. I'll support whatever he wants to do...[I hope] he continues to grow up and be the smart boy. He's so funny. He is just so hilarious and extremely smart. He's just a great person. He loves the Lord. He know that Jesus is first and he's just a great kid. I know he's gonna be a phenomenal man. I know he is;... I'm sure Tron will grow up one day and say that I did something that he didn't like or whatever. But basically what I've been doing is remembering things with my mom, how she was a parent to me. I have very good examples around me and the main thing is that I've always wanted to be a mommy. I love it so much and so I'm always trying to be the best mom for Tron--and even if I had other kids. People don't realize that they don't ask to be here; you choose to have them and God blesses you with these wonderful babies and you should just love them to no end. So I just don't understand people having kids and not being great parents to their babies.....

It's hard to balance [career and being a mom] but it's not a struggle because Tron is first. I put him before I put myself. I've never had a nanny. I'm not saying people don't need help but I don't do that because I want to do everything for him myself. But he's just first. It's a lot of things that I've turned down because I chose to put my baby first."

CHILLI ON MARRIAGE AND IF SHE'S 'FOUND THE ONE.': "Oh, I know I haven't found 'the one.' Shoot, I'd be married. I think marriage is wonderful. I think it is an amazing thing for two people to come together and share a beautiful life, but at the same time it could be the worst thing when it's the wrong person. So because I want it so badly I haven't done it yet because I haven't met the guy that has the complete package for me. Whatever that is for me---and I'll know it when I see it. I'll know. But I have yet to experience that. So because I haven't experienced that yet, I've chose not to settle. That's why I've never been married before 'cause I know I'll get a divorce quick. I know me. [As of now] I'm not seeing anybody. I'm definitely not engaged. Oh my god, no, and not married. You haven't seen me with anybody."

CHILLI ON HER NEW CRUSH, WRESTLER-TURNED-ACTOR DWAYNE 'THE ROCK' JOHNSON: "I can't wait to see The Rock in something. Now, that's who I have a crush on. That's who they (the media) need to put me with. In little interviews I've seen with that movie he had--The Game Plan was such a good movie. My son really liked it. I was like, man! And then he did interviews and I was like, oh, he seems so nice. Seems, you know, because you never know how people really are, but he is a cutie-pie. I think I would lay the smackdown on him. Don't let the little 5-foot stature fool you!"

CHILLI ON LOOKING AHEAD: I dreamed--when I first got in TLC--for us to be in The Guinness Book of World Records, and we did that (in 1994 when the sales of CrazySexyCool reached 11 million, setting a record for the highest-selling rap/hip-hop album). All those things that I wanted to accomplished, I did in TLC. So I think right now all I wanna do is continue doing what I love to do and that's entertain. I just continue to ask God to bless me in doing that. And that's it."

UPDATE: HAS CHILLI FOUND HERSELF A NEW INTEREST?

According to the Vegaseye.com, Floyd Mayweather dined at Mr. Lucky's in The Hard Rock Hotel late Tuesday night with Rozonda "Chilli" Thomas of the group TLC. They were accompanied by six other people. Witnesses said that the two behaved playfully with each other during their one hour stay in the restaurant. The following day (Wednesday, March 12), the boxing champ was spotted in the midst of a shoe-buying spree for Chilli. Sources say Mayweather bought her nine pairs of shoes at the Giuseppe Zanotti boutique inside the Forum Shops at Caesars. The tab came to $4,600. The couple has been spotted around Las Vegas since last summer.

DEELISHIS ON HOW SHE MET HER NEW LOVE, ORLANDO GORDON & WHY SHE FELT 'SUICIDAL' AFTER REPORTING FALSE RUMOR ABOUT NELLY & ASHANTI.

Who knew a man of Flavor Flav's character (and undisputed ugliness) could ever possess the gall to conveniently kick any sister to the curb? By now, everyone knows the story of how Flav opted to cash in on another check in exchange to star in a third season of his VH1 reality show rather than settle down with London 'Deelishis' Charles (and his 8 and a half children), the bodacious beauty with an ass so big you could host your annual family reunion weekend festivities on it. I'll try and make this long story as short as Flav's height: via her Myspace page, Deelishis explains her split with the former hype man of Public Enemy and reveals that she has a new 'flavor of love' (are yall digging my play on words or what?!!) in her life. And he's an O.G., yall! Well, not really. Okay, maybe just a little bit. But those are the initials to his name, Orlando Gordon. A never-before married 27-year old who owns a club, real estate company and landscaping business in his native Detroit. But how did they meet, and is he really supportive of her career as a radio announcer/model/singer/jean designer...? In her 11-page (I swear Jamie got to do better) cover story for Sister 2 Sister magazine, she discussed those things as well as why she became suicidal after spreading a false rumor claiming rapper Nelly's relationship with his longtime girlfriend, R&B singer, Ashanti was for business purposes only. Was it really that serious, Deelishis? I mean, really. Check out the excerpts below.

DEELISHIS ON HOW SHE MET HER NEW MAN: I was actually doing a promotional event at home , in Detroit, and I met him. He didn't think anything of it. I didn't either. And then we ran into each other again and his was with a mutual friend. They came and picked me up from the hair salon and we rode around. We just kinda rode around the city, and we met up with my grandparents who were celebrating their anniversary, so he came and he was amongst my family. The next morning he called our mutual friend and said, 'call her; call London.' He didn't call me Deelishis. 'Call London and tell her I want to meet up with her. I just want to be around her.' Normally is someone would call and say that, you'd say no, I don't know them. But I said yes, and I was very intrigued by his company. He went with me and he got his feet done when I got my feet done. He wasn't self-conscious, and he didn't seem like he was being overly impressive. We went to the mall. He wasn't irritated with me going in all the stores, trying on clothes; and we meshed like buddies. And it was so cool.

He went down to the BET Hip Hop awards at the same time we were there. I had my situation at the time, but he was still just really, really cool. I got into an argument with my companion, and he was standing there and I was kind of embarrassed. When I hung up the phone, he said, 'Don't be embarrassed, it happens.' He said, 'Let's get out of here. Let's go to one of these afterevents and have a good time.' I had a flight to leave at 12 the next morning. He was going to be in Atlanta for a few days. He came back home (to Detroit) and he has been next to me ever since.

DEELISHIS ON WHY O.G. WASN'T 'GOOGLY-EYED ABOUT DEELISHIS': The thing about him was he didn't look at me like that. So there are times, even in our friendship or courtship, where I would say, 'I wonder if he's even attracted to me because I was the homegirl on 'The Flavor of Love' that was from Detroit?' I've seen the women that he's dated in the past. I think I'm attractive, but he has these naturally pretty, little Halle Berry-like women, is what I call them. That's the women he's used to dating. So when he met me, to be actually attracted to my personality and my family environment is what attracted him. So he wasn't googly-eyed about Deelishis being around him.

DEELISHIS ON WHY ORLANDO REMINDS HER OF MARY J. BLIGE'S HUBBY, KENDU: One thing that I really like about him is that he supports my career. Most men that you meet, they think they support it initially because they want to make sure that they get you, but then they're very combative. He reminds me of-I tell him all the time- about Mary J. Blige. I think his name is Kendu (her husband)? He's supportive like that. And he is not a yes-man. If it's wrong, he says that ain't right.

DEELISHIS ON WHY SHE BECAME SUICIDAL AFTER REPORTING A FALSE RUMOR ABOUT NELLY & ASHANTI: If I've hurt anybody in the industry since I started, it's Nelly. I stated that it was a rumor--that Nelly and Ashanti weren't a couple, and that he was with someone else. And I reported all the details that was in the outline (given to her by a producer of the radio station where she'd began reporting entertainment news), but that one right there took me to the point of--honestly, I got to the point of suicidal. I did the report and less than 24 hours later, someone called me and said, 'You know your report was on -----? But they didn't talk about your new radio job, they only highlighted the part about Nelly & Ashanti.' So, I went to ----, and it said, 'Nelly and Ashanti are not a real couple. We told you so, and Deelishis backs it up.' I said, 'No, that's not the case. What have I done?' I just got really nervous.

I respect Nelly. I was with him at the Rip the Runway show in February of 2007). He came up to me and shook my hand and said 'good job.' I respected him, and he didn't hit on me, he didn't do anything like that. I've always respected him as a businessman. I just always had respect for him. And right now, I had compromised that respect. But I said that it was a rumor. I made a mistake, and I apologized for it. And I was so sorry; I apologized for it and did a few radio interviews with syndicated radio shows because I wanted him to know. I wanted her (Ashanti) to know that there's no disrespect. I just felt out of it after that incident. I really got to the point where I had to have my Auntie come and sleep with me because she was that nervous. I felt suicidal.

Actress-turned-movie-director Vivica A. Fox graces the January '08 cover of Sister 2 Sister magazine. In her interview the 43-year-old actress shed light on her three and a half year marriage to singer Christopher Harvest a.k.a. Sixx Nine; what she looks for in a potential mate; her intentions to marry again; adopting children and why no man has ever convinced her that having a child naturally is worthwhile. Peep the excerpts below.

VIVICA ON MOTHERHOOD AND ADOPTION: I would probably adopt. I've gotten a little too old to be walking around pregnant and all of that...I'm good with kids! I love kids. It's just that that hasn't happened in my life; I haven't met anybody that I want to be reminded of. So you know, you gotta think about (being reminded of him) for 18 years--'cause more than likely you as a woman, you're gonna be stuck raising the kids. Knowing me, I'd have a baby by somebody I can't stand and he'd look just like him. It'd be like, 'Damn, here you come again today!' You know, you don't want to take that out on the child. So you gotta make sure he's gonna be there for you. Why you want to have a kid by yourself? Children need parents.

VIVICA ON HER FAILED FIRST MARRIAGE: Well, at the time, he (Sixx Nine) had a contract with Death Row; and then the Tupac thing happened. And, you know, I just believed in him that he would to and get another gig--like I do. Like when one movie ends or something gets canceled, two months later you're out looking for another job. That's just how it works. That didn't work and he just got very comfortable being Mr. Vivica Fox. So I just have to make sure that I marry someone who's equally yoked. It says that in the Bible; we just don't pay attention to it and we settle.

VIVICA ON GETTING MARRIED AGAIN & WHAT SHE'S LOOKING FOR IN A POTENTIAL MATE: Well, first of all, I want to marry somebody that's got a job! You've gotta start dating new guys. And you gotta start looking at a person for what's inside of him instead of what you think is there. 'Cause you know I'm a very physical person. I'm like, 'Oh, yeah! Daddy got a good body; it's on like popcorn!' Well, more than likely you're gonna have problems. You've got make sure that he's a good person on the inside. Take the time to really get to know him. 'Cause guys, when they're dating you, one person shows up and then three, four months later the real him shows up. And you'll be like, 'Where'd you come from?'

MORE DETAILS REGARDING R. KELLY'S RELATIONSHIP W/FMR. PUBLICIST'S DAUGHTER & WILL SINGER MAKE HIS ALLEGED SEXTAPE VICTIM HIS NEXT 'WIFEY'?

I intended to post this last week, but I totally forgot about it! LOL! Just so you all know, the blog post is pretty lengthy.

More details have emerged regarding R. Kelly's indiscreet relationship with his former manager's stepdaughter, Maxine Daniels, as well as brand new details regarding his current relationship status with the infamous teen (now 23-years-old) from his sex tape. I swear, the higher a monkey climbs, the more his ass show. Don't it? Just when you thought you knew someone...BAM, BAM!...they do something else to convince you that they're still nine cents short of a dime. I'll explain that later on in the story. Anywhoo, as most of us know, about five months ago (on August 28, 2007 to be exact), Regina Daniels, abruptly resigned her duties as R. Kelly's publicist and family friend of over 14 years after accusing the singer of 'crossing the line'. At the time, some folks speculated that the reason for her departure was due to R. Kelly physically assaulting her. Not true at all. "...I have prided myself on loyalty, respect and professionalism. It saddens me that I was not always shown those same courtesies during my 14 year tenure as Mr. Kelly’s publicist...there are some lines that should never be crossed professionally or personally. Mr. Kelly crossed a line that forever altered the scope of our relationship," Daniels said in her official public statement.


Regina and her husband, veteran music retailer, George Daniels, severed their personal and professional ties with the R&B singer--someone they considered as their son--after learning Kelly had been having a sexual relationship with their daughter, Maxine, 21 (Blogger's note: see photo on the right). Kelly, 41, and Maxine (who the singer once referred to as his 'little sister') had been seeing each other since last June. From the looks of things, Kelly placed all of his morals, loyalty to family and common sense to the side once he noticed how 'womanly' his 'little sister' had become while attending her 21st birthday party last April at Bar One in Chicago. For weeks, Kelly aggressively pursued her and according to reports, she was a willing participant. Soon after, the 'couple' began dating on the down low and in true SugarMac Daddy form, R-ruh began lavishing his brand new boo with expensive gifts: Gucci handbags, an iPhone (oooh, what a treat! I mean, really!), designer dresses, jewels and trinkets and whatnot. He even opened up his home just so that he could kick it with her and her sorority sisters of the illustrious Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.

Needless to say, the girl is a grown ass woman who can date any man she wants to. No harm, no foul, right? Wrong. Well, sort of. I guess it depends on who you're asking. She couldn't have been too much of a grown-ass woman because she hid their relationship from her parents. As a matter of fact, while she was hiding...she was also lying.

Now, is that the business or what? But I digress. Anyway, Maxine--who had just broken up with her boyfriend before hooking up with Kelly--would tell her parents she was attending summer school Monday through Friday. What Regina and George didn't know was that Maxine would leave school on Thursdays to stay with Kelly before going home to visit them on the weekends. However, by July, Kelly and Maxine's courtship came to an end when Maxine felt she could no longer keep lying to her parents about her relationship with Chester...I meant Kelly. You would think her breaking things off with him wouldn't piss off the Pied Piper...but it did...but not for long though. What he did next boost his status up three notches on my Shit List...and that's a feat in itself considering the fact that he was already holding the number one spot! Think about it.

Even with his child pornography trial slated to begin in a couple of months, this dude still has the gray-haired balls to mess around with the same girl (no pun intended...well sort of...okay, not really...just a little bit...like a smidge of a little bit) from his infamous and incriminating sex tape. Yeah, you read it right. According to Jamie Foster Brown, her name is Rashana (Blogger's note: Rashana is not pictured in this blog post) and she is now 23-years-old. She also accompanied Kelly (along with his 10-year-old daughter, Joanne) on his recent Double Up tour. Kelly, who claims to 'love' Rashana and even goes as far as referring to her as his 'wifey,' has since moved her into his home once his wife Andrea (and their kids) moved out. No wonder she (Rashana) doesn't want to testify against him.

As far as where things stand with Kelly and the Daniels...well, first all, he had the nerve to be upset with Regina for giving him the silent treatment and leaving him to fend for himself. With his trial coming up, he's going to need all the emotional support he can get. It's just too bad that he betrayed and lied to, possibly, the only two people who ever had his back and believed in him the most. How you deceive and disrespect the same two people who taught you how to Step In the Name of Love? That, too, is not the business. Reportedly, George broke down and cried upon hearing the news that his daughter had been sleeping around with Kelly. And after George confronted Kelly and asked him for the truth, Kelly took the punk-ass route and proceeded to bitch up and began crying before swearing to George that he would never do anything like that because they were 'family.'

After the holy shinola hit the fan last November, George told EUR's Lee Bailey, "Bottom line is [R. Kelly] crossed a certain line with me and my wife that you shouldn't cross. I respect his talent. You can't deny he's a talented person. But beyond that, everything else is just gone." Brown says Kelly knew his relationship with Regina and George was over when George stopped receiving the tailor-made designer suits Kelly had been sending to him. Now, that's when you know you done f'ed up!

Regina is now back in the swing of things, doing what she does best. Just days after disassociating herself from R. Kelly, the 50-year-old publicist picked up celebrity clients Wyclef Jean, Young Dro and Fantasia. Bless her heart.

Miami rapper Trina graces the February 2008 cover of Sister 2 Sister magazine. In her interview, the self-proclaimed 'Baddest Bitch' candidly opened up and discussed how she was able to move on and mend her heart after her much publicized breakup with rapper Lil Wayne. (Just remember that the following quotes are her exact words, not mine. Therefore and thus and such, good luck trying to decipher what the hell she was talking about). She also revealed her current relationship status as well as a certain Destiny's Child (who she refers to as her 'favorite') member she hopes to work with in the near future and why she has the utmost respect for her. Trina is definitely back and ready to re-introduce herself as the 'Baddest Bitch....Reloaded.' And she has a special message for all of her loyal fans. Check out the excerpts below.

TRINA ON HOW SHE WAS ABLE TO COPE & AND REGAIN CONTROL OVER HER LIFE AFTER LOOSING WHO SHE BELIEVED WAS HER SOULMATE, LIL WAYNE: "There are a lot of great memories. There are a lot of bad memories. Whenever something goes wrong and whenever you've been hurt and you go through a situation, you're wondering, 'Am I the the person that did something wrong?' I feel like for myself, it took for me to be single again and to dig inside myself and to not blame anybody--not blame myself, to forgive and to let go of the hurt that I felt in a past situation. When you genuinely truly love somebody, it's a part of you. It sticks with you forever. There's nothing more important in this life than yourself, and I think as humans we allow ourselves to sometimes love other people more than we do ourselves. I've learned from a lot of things that I've done in the past that I'm praying to God that I don't do in the future.

A relationship can sometimes damage your mind and just everything about you as a person. I'm human and I do hurt and I do cry and I do get emotional, and to be able to get over it and get on with my life and put myself in a better place, that's a great feeling. There's no hurt that I feel like I can endure that I haven't already endured. I think that if it hurts and you endure losing someone, then as far as breaking up or falling in and out of love, I think that's a part of life. It's a true statement how sometimes love can turn into hate or sometimes you feel love and you can fall out of love. It's important to get yourself back together and to get things back in perspective--to really know that this is life and life happens, and nothing lasts forever no matter how much you want it to."

TRINA ON BEING SINGLE AGAIN: 'I am very happily single and I'm proud to say that because I'm in control of my life. I'm in control of myself and I've learned a lot being single. It's given me a chance to learn my self-worth, to learn what matters to me the most. It's given me a chance to love myself all over again, without the company of a companion. There are some insecurities. There are some strong and weak points, but it's just important to know that life doesn't end after a relationship. All I can do is live everyday to the moment, to the fullest, as if it was my last day, and be happy about it."

TRINA ON WHY SHE WANTS TO WORK WITH DESTINY'S CHILD FRONT & CENTER WOMAN, BEYONCE: "I think if I could work with anybody I would love to work with, it would definitely be Beyonce. That's my favorite in the world. I would love to see her back with Destiny's Child. I loved Destiny's Child. I just love them all, and I just think for her as a person, just to see her work so hard--you know, she can overcome and conquer anything. And it wasn't always an easy road, and even when she came back with the Destiny's Child breakup and her being blamed for this and blamed for that--like just to overcome all that and be strong and to sing a song and to stay on top and just keep surviving and keep pushing--she's amazing and she's a person that I totally have the utmost respect for.

TRINA MESSAGE TO HER FANS & WHAT TO EXPECT FROM HER MUSICALLY IN 2008: "My album coms out on February 1. I'm still the baddest bitch. To all my fans, I'm happy. Actress-turned-movie-director Vivica A. Fox graces the January '08 cover of Sister 2 Sister magazine. In her interview the 43-year-old actress shed light on her three and a half year marriage to singer Christopher Harvest a.k.a. Sixx Nine; what she looks for in a potential mate; her intentions to marry again; motherhood and adopting children. Peep the excerpts below.

VIVICA ON HER FAILED FIRST MARRIAGE: Well, at the time, he (Sixx Nine) had a contract with Death Row; and then the Tupac thing happened. And, you know, I just believed in him that he would to and get another gig--like I do. Like when one movie ends or something gets canceled, two months later you're out looking for another job. That's just how it works. That didn't work and he just got very comfortable being Mr. Vivica Fox. So I just have to make sure that I marry someone who's equally yoked. It says that in the Bible; we just don't pay attention to it and we settle.

VIVICA ON GETTING MARRIED AGAIN & WHAT SHE'S LOOKING FOR IN A POTENTIAL MATE: Well, first of all, I want to marry somebody that's got a job! You've gotta start dating new guys. And you gotta start looking at a person for what's inside of him instead of what you think is there. 'Cause you know I'm a very physical person. I'm like, 'Oh, yeah! Daddy got a good body; it's on like popcorn!' Well, more than likely you're gonna have problems. You've got make sure that he's a good person on the inside. Take the time to really get to know him. 'Cause guys, when they're dating you, one person shows up and then three, four months later the real him shows up. And you'll be like, 'Where'd you come from?'

VIVICA ON MOTHERHOOD AND ADOPTION: I would probably adopt. I've gotten a little too old to be walking around pregnant and all of that...I'm good with kids! I love kids. It's just that that hasn't happened in my life; I haven't met anybody that I want to be reminded of. So you know, you gotta think about (being reminded of him) for 18 years--'cause more than likely you as a woman, you're gonna be stuck raising the kids. Knowing me, I'd have a baby by somebody I can't stand and he'd look just like him. It'd be like, 'Damn, here you come again today!' You know, you don't want to take that out on the child. So you gotta make sure he's gonna be there for you. Why you want to have a kid by yourself? Children need parents.
