REAL OR RUMOR: TRACEY EDMONDS & DIDDY NEWEST CELEBRITY COUPLE?

Both Sean "Diddy" Combs and Tracey Edmonds are denying reports in a UK newspaper that they have been secretly dating. U.K.'s Daily Mail even quoted Edmonds as saying: "Diddy is the funniest man I ever met" and that she's "so lucky to find someone so soon after Eddie." She was also quoted as saying that Diddy is more of a man than Murphy, whom she broke up with in January. "Tracey Edmonds never uttered the words quoted in the [tabloid]," her rep tells People magazine in a statement calling the Daily Mail story "a complete fabrication.”

Diddy tells E! News: "There's nothing between me and Tracey - and Eddie and I are old friends." Diddy split from on-off girlfriend Kim Porter, the mother of his baby twin girls, last year (08). The couple has recently been romantically linked again.

REAL OR RUMOR: EDDIE FINDS LOVE FOR THE THIRD TIME IN 2 YEARS WITH A WAITRESS.

Let In Touch magazine tell it, Eddie Murphy has found love (for the third time in two years) on the rebound with a dead ringer for his ex-(spiritual) wife Tracey Edmonds. The actor/comedian, who refuses to take care of his youngest child because he oh, so stupid, has been linked Lara LaRue, the sister of CSI: Miami star Eva LaRue, and friends insist Murphy is beyond smitten. The couple met at Sushiya restaurant in Los Angeles, where Lara works as a waitress, and they've become inseparable of late. They share the same April 3rd birthday. Now that's a coincidence because his (biologically) fatherless daughter, Angel, also shares her birthday with her 'dad.' According to In Touch magazine, "He is already telling his friends that he is in love... He's been sending Lara huge floral arrangements practically every day." If true, isn't this the same shit he said at the beginning of his relationships to both Melanie 'Mel B.' Spice and Tracey?

But what I want to know is why in the hell would In Touch magazine refer to her as a 'dead ringer' for Tracey...because I don't see it. Eddie's ex-wife, Nicole, yes. But Tracey? I can't see it.

Here she is out on the town leaving the Bowery Hotel in NYC with her new beau and restaurateur Rocco DiSpirito....just three measly months after that horrific sham of an event she called a 'spiritual' wedding to Eddie 'I prefer to provide my illegitimate child with financial resources over fatherly duties, so don't bring them anywhere near my face' Murphy. There's a lot to be said about women (and even men) who moved on so fast and freely after severing a relationship.
