PICS: BEY IN CONCERT W/SPECIAL GUESTS: KELLY, MICHELLE, JAY-Z

Obviously these pics were taken by a concert goer but they're still viewable and worth looking at nonetheless. LOL! During her concert stop at the Staples Center in Los Angeles on Sunday, Beyonce was surprised on stage by several special guests. Jay-Z joined his long-time girlfriend onstage during her Upgrade U number, while Bey's fellow band mates, Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams reunited with Beyonce center stage as she performed Survivor, complete with costumes. Coincidentally, Beyonce used this particular tour stop to record footage for her upcoming The Beyonce Experience DVD. Later on during the show, Rowland and Williams returned to the stage to present their leader with a big birthday cake before serenading her with the 'Happy Birthday' song. Beyonce turns 26 years old on September 5...I think...oh, whatever. In the meantime and in between time, you all can check out the video of Bey's backup singing to her as well as view more pictures after the jump.

ASHANTI RESPONDS TO IRV'S ALLEGATIONS; NEW PICS W/NELLY @ BLACK & WHITE BALL

Yesterday (Sunday, September 2, 2007), Ashanti accompanied boyfriend, rapper Nelly at his 2nd Annual Black & White Ball in St. Louis, Missouri. Peep the pics below.

I'm sure everyone has heard by now the audio clip of Murder Inc.'s CEO Irv Gotti on Wendy William's radio show last week going into bitch-mode overload while confirming what everyone have been speculating on for years: that he had a physical/intimate/romantic (and whatever else you want to call it) affair and/or relationship with Murder Inc.'s First Lady, Ashanti who has been dating rapper Nelly (Wiliams then went on and accused Nelly of knocking up some chick 'from Down South') for over 3 years. I'm not saying Ashanti is or isn't an angel because I don't know her like that; but was Irv's revelation a bitch-mode move on his part...because it damn sure wasn't a professional move or a mature on. And what exactly does he have to gain by putting Ashanti on blast the way he did?

Well, 'Shanti has responded to Irv's allegations...sort of.....

While gracefully walking the red carpet at Nelly's annual Black and White Ball in St. Louis the other night, the singer was bombarded with questions by the press regarding the intimate confessions Gotti revealed on Williams radio show. The Foolish singer at first first did not respond, but later during a formal video interview responded that she has, "No comment on Gotti's recent appearance on the radio." When asked if she has ever had any sexual or love related relationship with Gotti she responded with another, "No comment." Ashanti's publicist later requested that no questions be asked about the Gotti situation and that Ashanti would only answer questions about her upcoming music and movie appearances.

Ashanti is currently working on her fourth studio album The Declaration which is scheduled for release in December; and is set to appear in the next installment of theResident Evil series.

For those of you who haven't heard Irv Gotti spill the tea to millions, here's a brief recap:

--Irv admitted during the time he and Ashanti, who is 10 years his junior, were bedding each other, he was still married to his wife, Debbie.

--Claims he was upset with the R&B singer and disappointed with her lack of loyalty when she separated herself from him and the Murder Inc. family while the label fought indictment charges for money laundering.

--Confirmed the fact that Ashanti is still under contract with him and that he legally has the rights to any--and everything she does musically until her contract with him expires. Coincidentally, Ashanti's next studio album is scheduled to be released in December.

LIL MO & HUBBY SEPARATE AGAIN; SINGER NOW ENGAGED TO A GOSPEL SINGER

From Jawn Murray's AOL BlackVoices BV Buzz column: Pint-sized vocal powerhouse Lil' Mo (real name Cynthia Loving) has lived her life like an open book. The singer's on-again, off-again marriage to entrepreneur Al "Gus" Stone has been documented in multiple Sister 2 Sister cover stories, and is the basis for many of her previous hit songs. After announcing this past April that they intended to reconcile, Mo and her husband, whom she met at a Washington, D.C.-area gas station, have officially called it quits, again. "We are officially over! Paperwork and all! It didn't work out and we've been back and forth because we realize we are two good people who made bad decisions and have parted amicably. We have been a part for a while and just never told anyone because that is the one thing we should have kept private but didn't. We realized you can't be together just 'cause your friends say y'all look cute together," she said during her album release dinner last Tuesday at the home of her business partner Russell Webster in Washington.

The singer said she has no regrets about being so public with her whirlwind marriage and sharing personal nuances of her life. "I have nothing to hide," she explained, before adding: "But the only thing about publicity is it that [the magazine stories] never come out when it happens. It's always after the fact. So you may see me and think stuff is cool and be like 'What happened?' I can be at the lowest point in my life, but you won't see it in my face."

Mo and Stone have two daughters together, Heaven, 5, and God'iss, 2.
The Baltimore, Md., resident did admit that her approach to love might be a little carefree. "I get attached too quick and let go just as fast," she confessed. So it's no wonder that Mo is dating and engaged to an aspiring gospel singer named Phillip Bryant. "I'm happy," she beamed. "That is all for now because it is a fresh relationship. I don't want it tainted and I want it as drama-free as possible. I allowed a lot of drama in prior relationships that I gave up on love! I'm still undecided on a lot of things, so we shall see what happens. I totally respect him as a man. I can say I've never been able to be a lady until now... Really I'm in no rush. But why wait? If it works, it works! If it doesn't at least we tried."

A pending marriage isn't the only thing new in the Mo's life. The singer released her junior album, Pain & Paper, on her own label Honeychild Entertainment (in partnership with DrakeWeb Music Group/Koch). "I took it there on this album from top to bottom. I opened up and let go of a lot. It's maturity and it's on my own label," she said about the CD. The project was lead by the single Sumtimes I, featuring Jim Jones. It is a remake of the Shirley Murdock classic, Husband.

The album also has a track called Yougin' that features Da Brat, which some have suggested was inspired by a crush Mo had on singer Omarion. "It's not totally about him," she laughed sheepishly, "but it can be! It's the older woman, younger man syndrome that is the new epidemic. I've seen Omarion from the age of 15 until now. He has grown up! I see him totally different as a man! I consider him my l'il brother so I won't cross that line, but the new thing we say 'round my parts is, "That's that O right there!" He's your younger man for your mature situation and he helped Stella get her groove back, believe that!"

NEW PICS: DIDDY'S 'THE REAL WHITE PARTY' IN THE HAMPTONS 9.02.07

Enforcement was strict last night at P. Diddy's annual White Party - with the rap mogul's security turning away guests for wearing so much as a stitch of non-white attire. Sources inside told Page Six one unfortunate man was made to strip off his cream-colored pants in the street, in exchange for a pure-white pair provided by Diddy. White was de rigueur. Standing on a railed walkway next to his house, Combs sent home a guest wearing a cream-colored dress, and the Piano Man's (Bily Joel) wife, Katie Lee Joel, opted to return home when her dress, also a shade of cream, did not meet the expectations of fashion police out front. Even a Rolls-Royce parked in the driveway was white. The hip-hop mogul's annual White Party, which he has held in St. Tropez in recent years, featured a white carpet to go along with the white dress code. "This party is up there with the top three that I've thrown," Combs said. "It's a party that has legendary status. It's hard to throw a party that lives up to its legend." Combs explained the difference between throwing his famous White Party on the Riviera versus at his first fabulous home. "In St. Tropez, people were so excited, they couldn't stop screaming. They screamed for six hours," he said. "This is the first house I bought when I came into success," he said. "This is the first party I threw. Our party was to give back to people and have all my friends from all walks of life get together."

After 8 p.m., children were told to clear out, but that didn't stop model Kim Porter from showing off D'Lila Star and Jessie James, the 8-month-old twin girls she shares with Combs. Guests said there were also fire eaters and a trapeze artist. Doug E. Fresh was the DJ, but Combs asked for the music to be turned down at one point so the party could be "grown and sexy."
