Since becoming a celebrity and an Academy Award winner, Jennifer is no stranger to the prying eyes of the paparazzi who go out of their way to follow her every move. You would think they'd be respective enough to stay away from her at this turbulent time in her life...but as usual they treated her current circumstances with little thought. So much so, Jennifer and her family were nearly forced to devise a plan to pull a prank on the paps. According to blogger Sandra Rose (sandrarose.com):

It all began when Jennifer’s security detail called ahead to officials at the Cook County medical examiner’s office to alert them that Jennifer and her family were on their way to identify the body of her 7-year-old nephew. At the appointed hour, two black SUV’s pulled out of the parking garage of the Chicago Trump Tower hotel followed by a convoy of paparazzi. The trucks split up with most of the paps following the truck with the police escort.

As it turned out, that truck contained a family member acting as a decoy for Jennifer Hudson. When the truck returned to the hotel, the woman got out of the truck and triumphantly pulled off her wig to the delight of other family members.

Now before anyone gets up in arms about the hotel being mentioned in the article, let me just say that maybe, just maybe there is a strong possibility that this was all a part of the plan from the beginning. So please don't beat me (or Sandra) up about it. For all we know, Jennifer could be in seclusion anywhere else BUT the Trump Towers. Besides, what would be the point of having a decoy (which turned out to be Jennifer & Julia's half-sister Dinah) leave the same location where you're resting your head at?

JENNIFER HUDSON'S 7-YEAR-OLD NEPHEW CONFIRMED DEAD; HUDSON TOO 'DISTRAUGHT' TO ISSUE STATEMENT; FAMILY PLANNING TRIPLE FUNERAL.

Police Supt. Jody Weis says the body found on Chicago's West Side is that of 7-year-old Julian King. The identity of the body also was confirmed this afternoon by the Cook County medical examiner's office. "Tragically, search efforts ended shortly after 7 a.m.," Police Superintendent Jody Weis said at a press conference this afternoon in Chicago. "At this time, we can confirm that the body located inside the vehicle was the body of 7-year-old Julian King. The vehicle was towed and taken in...for forensic processing."

The announcement came shortly after Jennifer Hudson, accompanied by family members, viewed the remains—the second time in three days the Oscar winner has had to make the grim trip to the morgue, having previously identified her slain mother and brother. Chicago police had brought Julian's body to the medical examiner's office about 12:15 p.m., said office spokesman Sean Howard. Hudson and relatives arrived about three hours later. When the group entered a viewing room at the office Hudson held her head down, as if praying, Howard said. The family identified Julian via a video screen mounted on a wall that showed his face, according to Howard. With Hudson were two other aunts of Julian's, an uncle, three other family members, two detectives, Howard and a medical examiner, the spokesman said. When they saw the boy's face on the screen, Hudson told investigators, "Yes, that is him," Howard said. An autopsy is scheduled for Tuesday. A police spokeswoman said that Julian was shot multiple times, but Weis said those details were being left to the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office to report.

"We're just sad. We're going through this stage where we're just sad and in shock," Hudson's aunt, Dorothy Hudson, told the Associated Press Monday. She and her husband, John, own a Chicago funeral home that plans to handle arrangements for the family. Hudson's representative Christine Tripicchio said that "no statement from Jennifer or the family will be issued at this time, understandably." Earlier, there were reports that one of Hudson's personal assistants named Jay called Fox News shortly after the police discovery of the body and said Hudson was "so distraught she cannot talk."

FBI agents this morning located the white 1994 Chevrolet Suburban that Julian was believed to have been taken away in after receiving a call at 7:06 a.m. about a suspicious parked vehicle in the 1300 block of South Kolin Avenue on Chicago's West Side. A body was discovered in the backseat. "I didn't look in there. I didn't touch it. I knew it was a strange vehicle," area resident John Loudon, whose wife reported the vehicle to police after he saw that its license-plate number matched reports of the SUV police were looking for, told the Chicago Tribune.

"I feel bad about that baby," he added.

He said police showed up in about five minutes after his wife called them. They discovered the child inside. The body was removed and the SUV was towed away for evidence processing.

**BREAKING NEWS**BODY OF A 7-YEAR-OLD BOY FOUND IN HUDSON'S ABANDONED SUV.

Our worst fears may have been confirmed and Jennifer Hudson and her sister Julia, could be set for more heartache after the body of a boy was found during the search for Julia's 7-year-old son. Chicago cops have found the body of a child and are investigating whether it's the body of Jennifer Hudson's nephew, Julian King. The medical examiner has not yet made an ID, but the body is that of a 7-year-old African American boy, the same age and race as Julian. The body was found inside a 1994 white Chevy Suburban. It is the same SUV owned by Jason Hudson, the murdered brother of Jennifer. Before his arrest, cops were looking for William Balfour, the suspect and estranged husband of Jennifer's sister. The license plate of the Suburban matches Jason's SUV. The SUV was found a few miles from the area where cops arrested Balfour. Neighbors say the vehicle has been parked there since Saturday. Now if those idiots knew the car had been there since Saturday and knew that there was an Amber Alert out for Julian which included a description of the vehicle he could have possibly been in, then why didn't someone alert the authorities?!!! Especially since they knew it had been parked there since Saturday! Balfour was arrested Friday night.

The SUV has been towed with the body still inside the vehicle to a police garage in Chicago. With the way things look, Jennifer and her sister may have to return to the coroner's office for the second time in two days to identify another immediate relative. If the boy is identified as Julian King, it will confirm detectives' worst fears because a law enforcement source said bullet casings were found in the boy's room on Friday.

I'll post more details as they become available. My prayers and condolences go out to the Hudson family.

THE LATEST ON THE MURDER INVESTIGATION OF JENNIFER HUDSON'S FAMILY; SINGER POST MYSPACE MESSAGE ; SISTER HOLDS PRESS CONFERENCE FOR MISSING SON.

As of press time, an Amber Alert was still in effect for the missing nephew of Oscar winning actress Jennifer Hudson. The actress, who spent the weekend identifying the bodies of her loved ones, has stepped up the search for her nephew by offering a $100,000 cash reward for information leading to the safe return of her seven year old nephew, who has been missing since Friday. She also posted a plea on her MySpace page for his safe return. It reads:

"Thank you all for your prayers and your calls. Please keep praying for our family and that we get Julian King back home safely. If anyone has any information about his whereabouts please contact the authorities immediately. Here is a picture of Julian and what he was last seen wearing. Once again thank you all for being there for us through this tough time."

Julian King, 7, has been missing from his South Side Chicago home since the bodies of his grandmother and uncle — 57-year-old Darnell Donerson and 29-year-old Jason Hudson — were discovered Friday by his mother, Julia Balfour, in the home they shared. Donerson was found shot on the living room floor, while the body of Jason Hudson was discovered in the bedroom, police said. Their deaths were ruled homicides by the Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office. Chicago police spokesman Dan O'Brien says the search for King spans the entire city. But on Sunday, residents and officers were focusing their search efforts "in the immediate vicinity" of Hudson's home. On Saturday, the FBI was called in to assist in the search for King, in case he had been taken across state lines, in violation of federal kidnap laws.

The FBI confirmed Sunday that Hudson's brother-in-law, William Balfour, was in custody and being treated as a suspect, but charges had yet to be filed. Balfour was married to Jennifer Hudson’s sister, Julia, for several years, but they are currently separated. He has a criminal record and was released from prison in 2006 after serving nearly seven years on various charges, including attempted murder and car hijacking. "All I ask, I don't care who you are, just let my baby go, please," Julia Balfour, said at a news conference Saturday night. "I just want my son."

William Balfour's mother, Michele Davis-Balfour, told WLS in Chicago that her son had nothing to do with the shootings and urged the public to focus on finding the missing boy. "Out of no means did my son do this. This heinous crime to this family is unbelievable. It's unbearable," said Davis-Balfour. "Whoever has Jennifer Hudson's nephew or Julia Balfour's son, please, I'm begging you, me and my family are begging you to return that son."

Jennifer Hudson, recently engaged to boyfriend David Otunga, rushed back to Chicago on Friday to identify the bodies of her mother and brother. She had been in Florida on a promotional tour for her new film, "The Secret Life of Bees," and her new self-titled album. While family and friends help Jennifer deal with the tragedy, support for the singer continues to pour in. Democratic presidential candidate Sen. Barack Obama, a Chicagoan like the singer, issued a statement Saturday.

"Michelle and I were absolutely heartbroken to learn about this unimaginable tragedy and we want Jennifer to know that she is in our thoughts and prayers during this very difficult time," the Illinois senator said. "We also pray for the swift and safe return of her young nephew." Hudson sang the national anthem during the Democratic National Convention in August after a personal request from the Obama camp.

BEYONCE ANNOUNCES TITLE OF NEW ALBUM, 'I AM...SASHA FIERCE.' + PHOTOSHOOTS & CANDID PICS WITH HUBBY.

Beyonce has revealed that the name of her new full-length double album, due Nov. 18, is I Am…Sasha Fierce. "The new record is a double album and has two covers, like a magazine would have two covers," Beyonce said of the Music World Music/Columbia Records release. "One of the covers is named I Am... and the second cover is named Sasha Fierce. That is my alter ego and now she has a last name." In past interviews, Beyonce has mentioned "Sasha" as the part of her personality that comes forth when she is performing on stage.

"I have someone else that takes over when it's time for me to work and when I'm on stage, this alter ego that I've created that kind of protects me and who I really am," the singer said. "That's why half the record, I Am...is about who I am underneath all the makeup, underneath the lights, and underneath all the exciting star drama. Ciara has been named Billboard's Woman of the Year. Last Friday, October 24th, Billboard's 3rd Annual Women in Music committee recognized Ciara's success as a recording artist and leadership in embracing the changing music business. The actual award was presented to the star during a breakfast program to be held at New York's St. Regis Hotel. An editorial issue of Women In Music will be published by Billboard on Oct. 24. This incident reminds me of when the upper-ups over there at the Soul Train bestowed upon Ashanti the 'Aretha Franklin Entertainer of the Year Award' back in 2002. Just stepping onto the scene, some people felt that she wasn't worthy of the award. What has Ciara done over the past year that would deem her worthy enough for a Woman of the Year title? If you know, let me know because I really want to know.

In related news, Ciara has also revealed plans to launch her own clothing line with budget department store Steve & Barry's, following in the footsteps of actress Sarah Jessica Parker's Bitten range. "I have a couple of cool things that I'm working on. The coolest thing about Steve & Barry's is they cater to everyday people. I won't say that my line will be like theirs, I want to stay true to who I am, but most importantly it has to be affordable." If her album Fantasy Ride continues to get pushed back, she's going to have more time than she thinks to get this clothing line launched. Speaking on the delay of her album, Ciara says, "As of now December 9th and if it gets pushed back it's only because its so many great things I want to make sure I give you guys before you get the actual package in your hands."

MO'NIQUE TO RELEASE HER 1st NOVEL IN A SERIES, 'BEACON HILLS HIGH.'

Mo'Nique has always been one to put it all out there -- from discussing her "open" marriage in a magazine article, to the recent revelation that she was molested by her own brother growing up. Considering that, readers should expect nothing less than truth and real-life stories in her latest venture, a series of novels that kicked off last month with Beacon Hills High. Beacon Hills is the story of a thirteen-year-old F.A.T. (fabulous and thick) high school girl named Eboni who struggles not only with her weight, but also with fitting in when her family moves from the suburbs of Baltimore to Los Angeles, where everyone appears to be perfect. It is a book targeting the teen demographic because as Mo'Nique points out "they need some real stories that speak to them."

"I travel all over the country and going into the school system and hearing our babies have conversations, there wasn't anything that dealt with them and their issues," said Mo'Nique, who is committed producing three more teen novels with Sherri McGee McCovey, who was a writer on The Parkers. "My book is entertaining and real. A lot of (books geared toward teens) things were fantasy out there. Eboni, that's me growing up. And all of her friends are real people that I grew up with." There's Juan, who is gay and makes no apologies for it. Deb comes from a bi-racial family; she is both black and Jewish. Robin is white and has no desires at all to be or "act black."

"We had to hit every ethnic group, because that's the world we live in," said Mo'Nique. "More and more you see young people from different backgrounds interacting and being friends. And this book deals with their issues."

Does the book deal with more gritty issues, like the molestation that Mo'Nique recently revealed in her own life? "You have to read it to find out," she chuckled. "But talking about my molestation was something I had to do. It happens, unfortunately, to so many little girls and little boys every single day. People keep asking me how could I come out and talk about what my brother did. Well my question is, 'How could I not?' I was basically walking around in prison for years keeping that secret. And I decided that I wasn't going to my grave in prison. It's because we don't talk about those things is why so many of us so damaged."

Mo'Nique plans to use her novels as a platform to get young people and all people thinking about their lives and making a difference. "Not only is this book for young adults, it's for us too," she said. "We're nothing but kids with grown up faces. My book questions your character and your judgment. Even though Eboni is thirteen, somebody who is forty-three can pick up and learn from it, because I did."

Janet Jackson put rumors of a breakup with longtime boyfriend Jermaine Dupri to rest this week. "Baby, they say you broke up with me because I threw up on you," Dupri says on a recent video released to fans to which Janet responds laughing off the rumors about the producer throwing up on her at his birthday bash. "How lame is that. Because you threw up on me... well, there's no real love there, is it?" says Janet. Feeling better after several postponed Rock Witchu tour stops, Jackson thanks fans for their love and support via a Youtube video. "I want to thank you for all your messages and all your love and support when I wasn't feeling very well. I'm a lot better now."

TONI BRAXTON ON HER OUST FROM 'DANCING WITH THE STARS' & COPING WITH HER SON'S AUTISM.

I know I'm not the only one who was sad to see Toni Braxton eliminated from this season's Dancing with the Stars...especially when we have to be subjected to the geriatric-foolery that is Cloris Leachman! Anywho, Toni recently said that her departure from DWTS was bittersweet and that she truly considers her run a complete success because she overcame her heart condition to master the demanding ballroom routines each week. "My goal was reached," Braxton, who has coronary microvascular angina, told The Associated Press after being voted off Tuesday night. "I wanted to do better. I wanted to breathe better. And I was definitely breathing better. I've come a long way from Week One to Week Now." Braxton and her professional partner, Alec Mazo, received a score of 22 out of 30 from the show's judges during Monday's performance after a respectable West Coast swing routine. The Unbreak My Heart crooner was booted after that score was combined with viewer votes.

In related news, the singer says she has finally 'come to terms' with her youngest son, 5-year-old Diezel's autism after years of feeling nothing but confusion and guilt following his diagnosis. "You tend to blame yourself," the singer admits in the Oct. 27 issue of People, adding that she tortured herself with the question: "Is there something I did wrong?" Braxton says it took some time and a lot of patience to accept her son's condition. "A lot of times, parents are in denial because they want to think their child is perfect." With the help of an applied behavioral analysis (ABA) specialist who works with Diezel both at home and at school, Toni's family appears to have brighter days ahead. "A friend of mine told me, 'Toni, all these autistic kids in the world now, they are God's new angels, and they are here to show us life differently.' I've been embracing that. He's a wonderful kid."

LISA BONET PREGNANT WITH 3rd CHILD.

Actress Lisa Bonet is pregnant with her third child. The former 'Cosby Kid' and her actor boyfriend Jason Momoa have announced they are set to become parents for the second time. The couple already have a 14-month-old daughter, Lola. Bonet also has a 19-year-old daughter, Zoe, with her former partner, rocker Lenny Kravitz. She tells People.com, "I'm seven months and I feel great. I've had a tremendous amount of energy, which is lucky, because I have a 14-month-old." Recently voted one of the top 25 sexiest movie stars in history, Lisa says she doesn't want to know if she will add a boy to her brood. She adds, "When my friends ask me, I say, 'I really don't know. I love the mystery and I trust the mystery about it. It adds a whole other component at the end."

ANGELA & VANESSA SIMMONS RUN AWAY FROM 'RUN'S HOUSE.'

Rev. Run's darling daughter's Angela and Vanessa Simmons have moved out of their daddy's home, Run's House and on to their own reality series. Revealed on AOL's Blackvoices, the Simmons sisters are slated to appear on Daddy's Girls, a spin-off reality series that will follow the sisters as they adjust to life in Los Angeles. Slated to air on MTV, Daddy's Girls will also showcase Angela and Vanessa Simmons' 'Pastry' shoe and clothing line as the girls transform the line into a more grown-up brand. "I appreciate my process because that's going to make me stronger in the end and the best talent that I can possibly give the world" says Vanessa Simmons.

Listen to them sounding all independent and whatnot. Moving out on their own isn't the only thing the two sisters intend on doing. They're also joining in with other celebrities in a campaign to urge young adults (and even the old ones) to vote on November 4th.

WHEN I STRESS I GAIN, WHEN IM HAPPY WHO KNOWS… I HAD A LOT OF PERSON THINGS HAPPEN TO ME AT THE END OF THE SHOW, DEALING WITH FAMILY, AND MY EX-BOYFRIEND CHEATED ON ME AND I HAD TO BREAK UP WITH HIM (LISTEN TO LOVE ME OR LEAVE ME, AND SECRETS) AND LIKE ANY FEMALE WITH A PROBLEM, DELT WITH IT A CERTAIN WAY! ID LOVE IF THE INDUSTRY COULD ONE DAY UNDERSTAND THAT THERE IS A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN OBESITY AND FAT AND THICK AND THIN AND SICK. I AM A THICK GIRL, I HAVE NEVER BEEN OVER A SIZE 12, I CAN RUN, AND I TRY MY BEST TO EAT RIGHT ALL THE TIME. I AM NOT THE TEXT BOOK WEIGHT THAT THEY SAY I SHOULD BE, BUT EVERYDAY I HAVE MY OWN PERSONAL STRUGGLES, AND I THINK THAT PEOPLE NEED TO RESPECT THAT.

‘I like to mix expensive and cheaper clothes, but shoes are what really makes an outfit. It breaks my heart to see young girls bankrupting themselves and their parents because they believe they have to emulate celebrities.
