PRETTY RICKY TO LAUNCH NEW REALITY SHOW IN HOPES OF FINDING NEW MEMBER TO REPLACE OLD MEMBER.

R&B/hip-hop band Pretty Ricky are looking to follow in the footsteps of the Pussycat Dolls and launch a reality TV show to help in their search for a new member. The Grind With Me hitmakers are looking for a replacement for singer Pleasure who left the group in October (07) to pursue a solo career; and remaining bandmates Slick 'Em, Baby Blue and Spectacular are hoping to launch a U.S.-wide search for a new addition - if TV networks choose to pick up the program.

But Baby Blue insists the new member must meet their high standards if they are to have a chance of joining Pretty Ricky. He tells MTV.com, "We're a hip-hop and R&B group. The three of us rap, and the fourth member has to be a singer just to keep the music consistent. (But) it's more about (whether a new member can) be another brother and just cope with all our family issues or whatever. And they got to be a woman magnet. They got to know how to deal with these ladies, 'cause that's one thing we got to do. That's why the music is all about women, because Pretty Ricky loves the ladies and the ladies love Pretty Ricky."

The Pussycat Dolls launched a nationwide search for a seventh member on a show entitled, Pussycat Dolls Present: The Search for the Next Doll, in April 2007 - but winner Asia Nitollano quit after just three months to go solo.

J. LO SAYS SHE'S 'A BIT FREAKED OUT' BY HER 42 LBS. PREGNANCY WEIGHT GAIN; SUES HILFIGER.

Jennifer Lopez has recently made it known that she is "freaked out" by her expanding stomach. The 39-year-old is five months pregnant with husband March Anthony's baby. But Lopez says the pregnancy is taking its toll on her figure. She says, "I've put on 42 pounds and my belly's all pudgy. I don't know what's going on. It's amazing, but I'm a bit freaked out by it."

Bless her heart.

The Latina beauty has now reportedly vowed to put her career on hold and keep a low profile until she gives birth in the spring. According to one source, "She plans to do a Victoria Beckham now and hibernate for the last few months. You won't be seeing much of her in public from now on." Last week, J.Lo fuelled speculation she is expecting twins by buying matching pink and blue romper suits embroidered "princess" and "prince". J.Lo and Marc have also registered their baby shower gift list at exclusive Los Angeles baby boutique Petit Tresor, and added to the twin rumors by requesting most items in pairs. The diva has also booked Petit Tresor to design nurseries at the couple's estates in Bel Air, Fisher Island, and Oyster Bay.

In other Lopez news, the star is planning to sue fashion designer Andy Hilfilger, the brother of fashion legend Tommy Hilfiger after their business partnership turned sour. The pair joined forces to launch Lopez' Sweetface label - but split last year in 2006, after the line flopped at New York Fashion Week. It is alleged Andy fell out with Lopez because of her husband Marc Anthony's hands-on approach to the label. Now sources tell the New York Daily News that rival lawsuits are being prepared: "It is expected that she will file suit and that he will countersue. They're likely to sue each other."

AN ATLANTA WOMAN CLAIMS DAMON DASH TURNED HER INTO A SCHIZOPHRENIC AFTER EXPOSING HIMSELF TO HER.

Rap mogul Damon Dash has dismissed allegations by a woman who claims he turned her into a schizophrenic when he exposed himself to her during a meeting in 2004. Dash was hit with a lawsuit in relation to the reported incident by Jamie Roberts, from Atlanta, Georgia, earlier this month (Dec07). The 24-year-old claims she met Dash - who was using the name Jeremy McIntyre - in a club in Miami, Florida, in March 2004. They left the club and went on to a nearby marina, where he allegedly flashed "his genital area" in an "offensive manner" and tried to coerce her into giving him oral sex, according to legal papers filed in New York's Manhattan Supreme Court. Nine months after the meeting, Roberts claims she "began to hear (the) defendant's voice in her ear, giving her certain directions to follow". She also alleges the meeting resulted in her being diagnosed with bipolar disorder.

Roberts admits she was unaware of Dash's real identity at the time of the reported incident, and only realized who he was when she later spotted him making a guest appearance on The Chapelle Show. But Dash has denied any knowledge of such a lawsuit. In a statement to the New York Post newspaper, he says, "We know nothing about it. It's quite obvious this is a false allegation." Roberts is seeking $30,000 in compensation and punitive damages.

KARRINE STEFFANS BLAMES 'SUB-JOURNALISTIC BLOGGERS' FOR CREATING RUMORS ABOUT HER STARTING A RAP CAREER.

I know good and well she ain't talking about me. That's for damn sure. But I bet you dollars to donuts I know what particular no-merit having website/blog she is referring to. Hmmm.

Former video vixen Karrine 'Superhead' Steffans has slammed reports she is signing a deal with Eddie Murphy's record label. The former pornography actress-turned-author had been widely reported to be trying her hand at a rap career, following the success of her controversial memoirs charting her numerous sexual conquests in the hip hop world, Confessions of A Video Vixen. But in a statement released by her publicist, the 29-year-old - who tells Sister 2 Sister magazine she's 'married' to former Family Matters actor Darius McCrary - insists she has "no interest" in releasing a record and blames over-zealous internet bloggers for letting the rumor run wild.

She says, "I am not signed to any recording deal or to any other type of deal with Mr. Murphy. I am not, and have no interest in being, a musician of any kind. I am focused on my third book, upcoming magazine column, radio and reality shows. This is just another example of how these sub-journalistic bloggers create and spread false information daily. Luckily, this time it was not a hurtful rumor. I urge the general public and major news media to be skeptical of unwarranted information and take such reports with a grain of salt."
