ENGAGED COUPLE LANCE & EVA REVEAL INTIMATE DETAILS OF THEIR RELATIONSHIP.

Actors and models Lance Gross and Eva Marcille were recently featured in the new issue of Sister 2 Sister magazine. The lovey dovey couple (they are so beautiful together!), who became engaged last Christmas and plan to tie the knot in the summer of 2010, revealed some interesting details about their relationship. And if this couple is one thing, that one thing would have to be 'amazing.' Eva used the hell out of that word during their interview! Bless her heart, she's so in love. Anywho, check out the excerpts below.

LANCE & EVA ON HOW THEY MET AND HOW OPEN THEY ARE WITH EACH OTHER.

Eva: The first time we met was actually at an audition for 'The Express.' I didn't get his phone number. I got his name, but that was it. It was just like, wow, he's gorgeous. Now let me go audition. And then nine months later, I saw him again on 'House of Payne.' I walked in for my first day of work there doing a recurring role and we were going to the table read. And I walked in and he was sitting at the table. I was like, oh my god. The first time I saw him, I was absolutely attracted to him. The boy is gorgeous. I'd be a liar if I said that I didn't notice how amazing he was. I had been out of a relationship for over a year when Lance I began to date. And he was out of a relationship for three or four months, so we both had a clean slate. I fall in love with Lance all over every single day. I got Lance forever. I will love that boy forever and always. So if we got married today, if we get married next week, if we get married two years from now, it doesn't change my love for him.

Lance: I just fell really hard for Eva. I never loved anyone like that. My thing is, honesty is the best way to go. It saves you all the drama. I was totally open. When I fell, I fell and I let her know.

LANCE & EVA ON LOVING EACH OTHERS FLAWS.

Eva: For me, Lance, even in his flaws is absolutely perfect. So there's nothing I don't like about him. I love him for what he is and what he isn't. I love his flaws. I love everything about him.

Lance: I fell in love with who she is. So I wouldn't try to change anything about her because I love it all. That's my answer to that.

LANCE & EVA ON THE INTIMATE & INDEPENDENT PARTS OF THEIR RELATIONSHIP:
Eva: We were established as boyfriend/girlfriend, but it was only one month into the relationship. I remember saying to him, 'Baby, I know this might sound very premature, but I'm in love with you.' I was in love with him from the first time I saw him. He said, 'I'm in love with you too.'

Lance: I guess we were both waiting on each other to say it.

Eva: Before we were intimate--there were opportunities for us to be intimate before then, but I didn't want that in our relationship. Don't get me wrong, I was definitely attracted to him, but I didn't want that to be what our relationship is about and I don't think he wanted that. First of all, I'm not the kind of girl, because I'm attracted to you, that we going to hit the sheets. I always wanted to be the girl that, when I got married, my husband is going to be confident the town hasn't had it. When I'm in a room with my man amongst all these entertainers and small players, for him to know and for them to know this is Lance's girl, not she was everybody else's girl and now Lance got her. I don't want to be that girl....[independently] I got my first job at 14 and I've never been unemployed since. So now that I have Lance, it just makes it so amazing. I was never the girl who wanted the guy to have all of this so that I could in turn have all of what he has. I wanted to make my own way. I met Lance, and he had his own, and I have my own, but he's still my man, he's still my provider. to have that sense of security is amazing.

LANCE ON IF HE GETS HIT ON BY OTHER WOMEN & HOW HE REACTS TO IT:
Lance: Yeah, I get it a little bit. It's easy. I have someone I truly care for and love, so I don't need anything else. It's an easy decision for me. I don't even need to look that way. Sometimes I'll just point to Eva. That shuts them down right there.

LANCE & EVA ON THE PROPOSAL.
Lance: We were out in Big Bear with both of our families. We went last year and we decided to invite our families this year. I told her I wanted her to open up one gift on Christmas Eve. I had this pink box with a pillow inside; she opened it and the pillow had a note attached saying, 'I hope you like it. Give this to the man you love.' So she gave it to me, and I put it on the ground and then I did my whole little spiel and got down on one knee and asked her to marry me. (blogger's note: Gross popped the question with a 3.36-carat 1895 Pave Cartier ring.) She asked, 'Baby, is this real? Baby, are you playing with me?'

Eva: I was in a state of shock. I had no idea it was going to happen. Then when it was happening, it felt like a dream. I could not even sleep because I was afraid that I might wake up from the most beautiful dream ever. It didn't even feel real. I know the answer is supposed to be yes, but I couldn't get anything out of my mouth. My eyes were big as saucers, my chin was on the floor and I began to cry and fell down. 'Yes, forever and always.'...I wasn't pressuring him. He knew I didn't want to be with anyone else and that I wanted to be with him forever. I knew that eventually the question would get popped. I just had no clue when it was going to be, so it caught me by surprise.

'PUNK' FROM 'FLAVOR OF LOVE 2' PROPOSES MARRIAGE TO JENNIFER HUDSON....AND SHE ACCEPTS.

According to People.com, Academy Award winner Jennifer Hudson is now engaged to her boyfriend of only a few months, David Otunga. Hudson's rep confirmed the engagement to the website saying, "I can confirm that Jennifer got engaged to her boyfriend David on Friday night in L.A." says the rep. Otunga, who is known as "Punk" from the reality show I Love New York 2, popped the question with a Neil Lane diamond ring on the Dreamgirls Oscar winner's 27th birthday. The couple, who have been dating less than a year, both hail from Chicago.

Now see, let me tell yall something: this engagement news baffles me. J. Hud dated her boyfriend James for several years and all of a sudden she's engaged to jump the broom to some already washed-up, no-neck-having, lawyer-turned-so-called reality show 'star' who she has only known for a couple of months? I'm not going to even go there with the rumors of ol' dude 'playing for the other team.' She better stop playing. But then again, she is releasing her debut solo album this month....plus her new movie The Secret Life of Bees opens in theaters next month.

However, if this is true, congratulations are in order. I guess..... I just hope she doesn't end up getting 'punked.'

JILL SCOTT FINALLY CONFIRMS HER ENGAGEMENT TO DRUMMER LIL JOHN ROBERTS.

"Yes, I am engaged. And there's a wedding to be planned. Life is really good for me now, and we are enjoying each other. No there isn't a date set yet. We can't. He's out rehearsing for the tour with Janet [Jackson]... But I'd do it tomorrow if I could. And I know he would, but you know, we want a wedding. I never had one. He's never had one. And we want to be around family and friends and really do it — because this is it! I mean, right now, I'm glowing. John's such a good guy....And you know there's been a little bit of an issue with the media saying, you know, 'Jill jumped up and is marrying this drummer.' This is a master percussionist we're talking about here. I'm talking, at 15 years old he was playing with Wynton Marsalis. It's not healthy, not nice, for your mate to be diminished. He's an incredible musician. An incredible man." [John's proposal] "You know, I have to keep some things for us ... But I will say he did it splendidly!"

Jill Scott finally confirms her engagement to her drummer boyfriend, Lil John Roberts. Yall don't reckon Lamman is a little bit hurt or jealous over this news? LOL! Just kidding. Anyhoo, since Lil John is an Atlanta native and residence, Jill says there's a strong possibility that she will my the ATL her permanent home:

"Obviously I'm spending a lot more time here ... In fact, I just did a song with Bone Crusher a couple of weeks ago; which I just loved! John knows so many good people. So yeah, there is a possibility I could make Atlanta home. It's definitely been in the discussion. ... We haven't set anything in stone; but we definitely want to have a place, after our honeymoon, where can go home — together."

Word around the web is that Dumb-Dumb Diddy has chosen to make an honest woman/child out of his Bad Boy Records artist and spokesmodel for his Sean John Women's line, Cassie 'Can't Sell' Ventura, by proposing marriage, according to Star Magazine. FALSE. The publication reported that the rapper let slip the big news to friends at his son Justin's recent eighth grade graduation party. But Combs' representative has refuted the allegations, telling People.com, "Contrary to tabloid reports, there is no engagement. This was a complete fabrication." Cassie, who has long been rumored to be romantically involved with Combs, recently insisted their relationship is purely platonic. She said: "We are not together, but we are definitely friends. We work hard together, so it makes a good combo." Combs met 17-years-younger Cassie after signing her up to his label in 2006.

Too much drama. Let's just hope that one day his baby mama/on-again-off-again-on-again-off-again longtime girlfriend Kim Porter finally wises up and conjures up enough self-esteem to refuse to marry Diddy even if her life depended on it and just leave him alone for good.

Luke Campbell, the Godfather of southern-style bass and booty music and founder of Miami's notorious rap group the 2 Live Crew, is now off the market. Campbell wifed up his longtime fiancee, 27-year-old Kristin Thompson last Saturday in Dallas, Texas. Campbell tells People.com, "I waited 47 years to find a special woman and have found that in Kristin. I never knew that I could feel love on another level like this until I met her, and I am now honored to call her my wife." Over 300 guest attended the ceremony which was followed by a reception at the Opus Grand Ballroom at Hotel Palomar. Beatbox master extraordinaire Doug E. Fresh deejayed and performed, while such guests as Arizona Cardinal Edgerrin James remained on the dance floor until the early morning. Soul singer Betty Wright serenaded the happy couple. Their first dance was to Brian McKnight's Back At One.

Thompson, who serves as general counsel for Campbell's company Luke Entertainment, met Campbell at Jerry's Deli in Miami Beach two years ago. He proposed to her on Halloween last year. This is the first marriage for both. Campbell has two children from a previous relationship. The wedding will be featured on the season finale of Luke's Parental Advisory in September. VH1 will premiere the series on Aug. 4 at 10:30 p.m.

Mrs. Cannon-Carey is hitting back at rumors that her marriage to actor Nick Cannon is fizzing out due to the diva's controlling behavior. "It's good," she tells MTV News of their marriage. "Life is beautiful, and things are going well." Since wedding Cannon in April, she says she has heard people say "things are rocky and hazy and messed up" between them. "I'm like, 'Why would we have gotten married?'" says Carey, who is planning to tour in November. But that's not all. Earlier this week, rumors ran amok suggesting Cannon is going broke trying to keep up with his wifey's ultra-fabulous and ultra-expensive lifestyle. An article in the National Enquirer claimed that Cannon has been buying Carey lavish gifts in order to change people's perceptions of him. One source told the tabloid: "Nick's sensitive about being perceived as a kept man, so he's going out of his way to indulge Mariah with lavish gifts and expensive dinners. And the bottom line is that he just doesn't have the kind of money she has. It's starting to stress him out. Nick is also said to be worried new career opportunities he is being offered are not genuine. It hurts him when people use him to get to Mariah. Or worse, think of him as Mr. Carey."

Carey says, "People are going to say what they say, but what would be the purpose? I guess other people do those things for a purpose, but I don't know. I'm ecstatic, so be ecstatic with me!" she adds. "Be happy with me. Can we celebrate?"

JILL SCOTT TO MARRY HER MR. 'CROWN ROYAL ON ICE.'

Congratulations are in order for R&B singer/actress Jill Scott. According to ParlourMagazine.com, the songstress is preparing for marriage number two after announcing her engagement to Jon Roberts, the drummer in her band. According to Parlour, Scott had performed several encore songs when Roberts presented her with a bouquet of flowers and a kiss. he told the crowd about their engagement and was met with wild cheers and applause. Afterward, she gave the audience another encore. This time last year, Scott was in the midst of divorce proceedings with her husband of five years, Lyzel Williams, a DJ and graphic artist. They dated for seven years before exchanging vows in the fall of 2001 in Hawaii. Williams was the source of inspiration for many of Scott’s songs, including He Loves Me.

I told yall back in February that Jill had began dating Roberts who she dubbed as her Mr. 'Crown Royal On Ice' at her 2008 Valentine's Day concert in Universal City, California. According to several fans who attended the show, Scott acknowledged her Drummer Boy as her 'Valentine' by giving him a gift and a big kiss on the lips. He in return, gave her a 'loving wink' after they kissed.

MARIAH CAREY & NICK CANNON REPORTEDLY ENGAGED, ACCORDING TO 'ACCESS HOLLYWOOD.'

It's stories like the one below that make me fully understand why chicks never stick around to deal with Nick Cannon's corny ass. I swear to God he has got to be the most thirsty celebrity in the entertainment industry....and Mariah Carey's diva-fied self is slowly but surely gaining up on him. Take this following information with a grain of salt, but according to Access Hollywood, these two clucks are allegedly engaged. A source close to Mariah has confirmed to Access Hollywood that the music diva is engaged to Nick Cannon. Reps for both singers were unavailable for comment. The couple sent the rumor mill into overdrive when 38-year-old Mariah (with Nick on her arm) was seen sporting a dazzling new piece of bling on her ring finger at the after party for her Tribeca film, Tennessee, in New York. When asked at the party what he loved about Mariah, 27-year-old Nick gave a one-word answer. “Everything,” he told People. Let me find out these two give a new meaning to the phrase 'birds of a feather flock together....'

Up until recently, Mariah had been romantically linked to music executive Mark Sudack. However, she never confirmed the romance. Mariah was previously married to record executive Tommy Mottola from 1993 to 1998. Nick, who has been romantically linked to Christina Milian, Kim Kardashian and former Miss USA Rachel Smith. Cannon was also previously engaged to Victoria’s Secret model Selita Ebanks in 2007. However, the couple called off the engagement that same year.

This will be the first marriage for the Drumline star.

RAPPER REMY MA ENGAGED TO MARRY RAPPER PAPOOSE.

Papoose and Remy Ma will be man and wife this summer if all goes according to plan for the Hip-Hop couple, AllHipHop.com has learned. The pair is now formally engaged to be married, according to recent reports. Egypt of BET’s The Black Carpet confirmed the news with AllHipHop.com, saying that Remy Ma shared the exclusive with her. Egypt made the announcement on her highly rated television show last night (March 6). The strength of their relationship will certainly be tested, as jury selection has begun for Remy Ma’s trial for the alleged shooting of an acquaintance over money. The Grammy nominated rapper is accused of shooting a woman twice in the abdomen after leaving a party in Greenwich Village. Remy, 26, who allegedly accused Makeda Barnes-Joseph of stealing $2,000 from her purse, has pleaded not guilty to assault and related charges.

The pair will probably be using their superior lyrical abilities soon after another alleged assault occurred between Papoose and Fat Joe. Fat Joe and Papoose recently clashed in a physical altercation that has sparked an intense beef. RUMOR OR REAL: KIM KARDASHIAN & REGGIE BUSH ARE NOW ENGAGED, ACCORDING TO OK! MAGAZINE

Is Reggie Bush next in line in becoming the second husband of Kim Kardashian? According to OK! magazine, he is. I'm still trying to figure out when they met and who approached who? And I know I ain't the only thinking that either! LOL!

Socialite and reality TV star Kim Kardashian kick off the new year with a romantic kiss from her football playing boyfriend Reggie Bush. The curvy pin-up hosted a star-studded party at Mansion in Miami on Monday, in celebration for the New Year.

Sources close to Kim also revealed to OK! that the 27-year-old is now engaged to her 22 year-old boyfriend. While no diamonds were shining on Kim’s ring finger, she did admit to OK! that things are getting serious. However, she added, “One thing I did learn from ‘07 was to try to keep it as private as possible so I’m trying to hold that close to my heart but I’m here with everybody that I love.” Despite that New Year’s resolution to not blab about her love life, Kim, who was joined at the party with her sisters Khloe and Kourtney, told OK! her holiday with Reggie, who has been unable to play with his New Orleans Saints since being injured in early December, has been “the best!”

Ummmmmm-hmmm. I'll believe this story when I see their wedding pictures in People magazine.
