Looks like 50 Cent grew tired of folks comparing his original grill to such things like a row of white garage doors and life-size white Chicklets, hence his new porcelain veneers. Who knew rappers could possess such orally vanity issues? Other rap artists such as Nas, Ludacris, Lil Kim, Lil Scrappy and even hip-hop mogul, Russell Simmons have also saw fit to adorn their chompers with pure porcelain. It beats the hell out of adorning them with 'da whole top diamond/and da bottom rose-gold' platinum teeth guards...or whatever the hell they call them these days. They're gonna mess around and put Paul Wall out of business. Maybe Curtis will win more awards. Hey, it worked for Luda.

Anyhoo, the 50 Cent attended this year's Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah, and performed on stage at TAO for Myspace Nights on Saturday night. Celebrities in attendance included Kim Kardashian, Reggie Bush and Paris and Nicky Hilton.

SANAA LATHAN, JENNIFER HUDSON TO STAR IN TYLER PERRY'S NEW MOVIE, 'THE FAMILY THAT PREYS TOGETHER.'

Talk about Star Power! Seems like Tyler Perry is getting ready to hit another home run with with his latest casting news. According to Variety, Oscar winner Jennifer Hudson is negotiating to star in Tyler Perry's the Family That Preys, a drama Perry wrote and will direct and star in for Lionsgate. Sanaa Lathan, Kathy Bates, Alfre Woodard and Rockmond Dunbar are already set for the project, which begins shooting March 2 at Tyler Perry Studios in Atlanta. The film focuses on two families from different sides of the tracks that become intimately involved in love and business and will be Perry's first film with a prominent storyline involving white characters.

The Family That Preys is Perry's sixth for Lionsgate. He scored his last hit with Why Did I Get Married? and will follow The Family That Preys by directing Madea Goes to Jail," based on his stage play. Lionsgate opens Perry's Meet the Browns, starring Angela Bassett, David and Tamela Mann and Lamman Rucker on March 21.

In more Jennifer Hudson news, the actress's next film, her first since winning the Oscar for her performance in Dreamgirls, will be shown this summer when she's featured opposite Sarah Jessica Parker in Sex and the City: The Movie. Lathan will next be seen in the film version of the Broadway play, A Raisin in the Sun, opposite Sean Combs and Phylicia Rashad. The film will be shown at Sundance this year before it airs on ABC Television in February.

DENZEL WASHINGTON ADMITS TO TERRORIZING DAUGHTER'S BOYFRIEND.

Denzel Washington says he is so protective of his daughters 20-year-old Katia and 16-year-old Olivia, he'd terrorize any prospective suitors so the suitor would be too afraid to mess around on her. The dad of four is a proud and protective father and says he dreaded meeting Katia's first love who attends Yale University along with her. "My oldest girl has got a boyfriend, who is at the school where she is. He is obviously very bright, but has too many earrings for my liking. I told him, 'I'm not going be that friendly with you.' I put my oldest boy on him - to put the fear of God into him. I said, 'Kick him around a bit. Tenderize him. I'll finish him off.' "

But Washington admits his theory is flawed because he praises his sons, 24-year-old John and 16-year-old Malcolm, when they started dating. He adds, "It's difficult and it is a double standard because, with my boys, I'm like, `That's my boy.'"

Word around the web is that Kim has a special interest in this year's film festival. Rumor has it, Ms. New Booty may soon find herself in a starring role in the remake of the 1965 cult film entitled, Faster Pussycat! Kill! Kill! which will be directed by award-winning director, Quentin Tarantino. Whatever. Although those chocolate Gucci boots she's rocking are indeed the business, what I really want to know is if she has on enough Louis Vuitton gear? I mean, really. Come on now.

The two were spotted strolling the streets of Park City and later gobbling up free swag gifts at several festival shing-dings such as the after hours bash at the 5W Sundance Escape Mansion--where the couple made out in the LifeStyles Make-Out picture booth before receiving a strip of condoms rolled out with their photos--, Fred Segal at the Lift, the Boost Mobile Lounge at Marquee and the Hugo Boss & Nylon magazine party at Marquee.
