Last year I told you all R&B/Hip-Hop female group Blaque (Shamari Fears Natina Reed and Brandi Williams), the mini-me version of TLC, who were mentored under the tutelage of the late Lisa 'Left Eye' Lopes, would be back on the scene in 2008. The platinum-selling trio--who has spawned several hits since their 1999 debut such as, 808, Bring It All To Me, As If, and I'm Good (from the Honey movie soundtrack)--have reunited to star in a new Atlanta-based reality show called Blaque In the House. We will see the girls prepare and record their first album in six years under the wings of a new mentor who isn't a stranger to us at all, Tionne 'T-Boz'Watkins. The girls will live with T-Boz during the taping of the show which doesn't sit too well with Fears husband of two years Ronnie DeVoe of New Edition. I'm guessing we'll see alot of cameo appearances by DeVoe because of this! Viewers will also see Reed's six-year-old son and Lisa's godson, Tren (who she shares with ex-fiancee and rapper Kurupt--he'll be there also) as well as Williams new fiance. The girls, all in their late 20s have definitely grown up.

Slated to air this summer, the show will also highlight the group's past separation, coping with the sudden lost of Lopes, their reunion as a group, what's going on in their personal lives and the predicted success of their highly anticipated 2008 album release. I don't know about yall, but I'm looking forward to seeing what they have in store. Additionally, I'm even more interested in witnessing their collaboration and their chemistry with T-Boz while she manages their musical projects. No word yet on what network will pick up the show.
