COMEDIAN MIKE EPPS ACCUSED OF BEATING THE ASS OF THE DUDE WHO TRIED TO SERVE HIM WITH PATERNITY COURT PAPERS.

A couple of weeks ago an Atlanta woman accused actor/comedian Mike Epps of fathering her five month old daughter. At the time, the unnamed woman requested Epps to take a paternity test to acknowledged the child has his own...even after Epps denied ever knowing the woman. Now, earlier this week, the comedian has been accused of beating up a man who attempted to serve the star with paternity court papers. Epps allegedly attacked the unnamed victim after he was served with documents following his stand-up comedy spot at Kentucky's Louisville Gardens. A report filed to the Louisville Police Department, suggests Epps and others beat up the server backstage. The alleged victim claims he suffered an abrasion to the right side of his head and his left eye was swollen shut. According to TMZ.com, Epps is the prime suspect.

The woman's lawyer Randy Kessler claims his client initially wanted to keep the proceedings quiet, but was forced to go public after repeated calls, letters and emails to Epps and his attorneys were ignored. He tells TMZ.com, "We are not asking for the moon, we are just asking him to take a paternity test. Once the tests are completed and paternity is confirmed, hopefully, Mr. Epps will do the right thing and begin to provide for his child."
