DIDDY SMACKED WITH $19 MILLION LAWSUIT OVER BIGGIE'S RECORDINGS
A former associate of Sean "Diddy" Combs has filed a lawsuit from prison against the hip-hop mogul, claiming Combs owes him more than $19 million for music by the late rapper Notorious B.I.G. James Sabatino, a former consultant for Combs' Bad Boy Entertainment Inc., said he flew B.I.G. to Miami in 1994 to perform a show and record some music. The rapper, whose real name was Christopher Wallace, recorded about 17 minutes of vocals, and the session was also captured on about 90 minutes of video footage. It was understood that both belonged to Sabatino because he paid for the rapper's travel expenses and studio time, although a contract was never signed, according to the lawsuit.Combs' attorney did not immediately comment Saturday night. Sabatino is still in prison, and a listing for his attorney could not be found.
B.I.G. was killed in 1997 in what a still-unsolved homicide. Later that year, Combs agreed to buy the music and video footage from Sabatino for $200,000. Combs gave Sabatino a check for $25,000 and promised the rest of the money in 60 days, according to the lawsuit. Combs said the reason for the delay was that Los Angeles police had named Sabatino a person of interest in the rapper's death. Sabatino and Notorious B.I.G. were scheduled to meet the night of the killing, but Sabatino never showed up. Combs worried it could be misconstrued if the public found out his company had paid a person of interest in the killing, the lawsuit said.

RECENT WARDROBE MALFUNCTION FORCES JENNIFER LOPEZ & HER HUBBY TO ANNOUNCE THE OBVIOUS.
Well, it's about time. Looks like a wardrobe malfunction may have forced Jennifer Lopez and Lil Man a.k.a. Marc Anthony to fess up and admit the obvious.
After repeatedly denying rumors that his wife is pregnant, Anthony and his bodacious boriqua from the Bronx, Lopez will allegedly announce to the world that they are expecting their first child together. Sources say the confirmation will be made Sunday night during the couple's concert at Madison Square Garden in New York City. However long Lopez thought she could deny her pregnancy is beyond me. I've NEVER seen her wear so many ugly-ass, unrevealing outfits during any of her performances until now. The 38-year-old actress-and-singer accidentally revealed what appeared to be a protruding baby bump while performing on stage in Connecticut on last Wednesday night. One concertgoer said: "A fan blew the side of her maternity top all the way up for a moment, and a definitive baby bump was there. She was very quick to push down her top. Then she talked about how this year is full of firsts for her and every so often her top would fly up and you would see her belly."
Bless her heart.
The child will be Lopez's first and her husband Anthony's fourth. He has three kids from previous relationships.
In the meantime, Lopez may have something in common with Kim Porter, the ex-girlfriend of Lopez's former ex-boyfriend Sean 'Diddy' Combs. TMZ.com is reporting sources have confirmed to them that J. Lo pregnant...with twins. Only time will tell...unless Jen and Marc the mini-man tell first.
MONTEL WILLIAMS MARRIES FOR THE THIRD TIME IN BERMUDA
Well, if the old, cliched saying, 'the third time's the charm' is true, talk show host Montel Williams latest marriage just might last longer than his first two. Besides, he has (that often times inaccurate) psychic Sylvia 'I See Dead People' Brown to put a bug in his ear if it's not. Williams and his fiancée, Tara Fowler, wed before an intimate gathering of friends and family Saturday afternoon on a beach in Bermuda, PEOPLE has learned exclusively. "I am ecstatic! Unbelievable," Montel told PEOPLE immediately following the ceremony. The laid-back seaside wedding also included a V.I.P. ring-bearer: The couple’s 1-year-old black toy poodle, Mr. Max, wearing a harness with a ring-pillow on his back. Among the 60 guests were both the bride’s and groom’s parents and siblings. And Williams’ 18-year-old daughter Maressa (from his first marriage) served as one of Fowler’s bridesmaids.
Williams, 51, proposed to Fowler, 36, a former American Airlines flight attendant, on July 12, 2006, in front of both of their families at Manhattan’s Tavern on the Green restaurant. “A key to any successful marriage is that you’ve got to have friends, you’ve got to have family to support that union,” Williams told PEOPLE the night before the wedding. “And from day one we’ve had family and friends together that support this.”
On Friday night, the couple treated all of their guests to a cruise around the island on a 100-ft. yacht. “Instead of it just being ‘our day,’ we wanted everyone to enjoy it,” the new bride told PEOPLE that night. Her wish certainly came true, as guests gathered on the beach for a cocktail hour before the ceremony even started. “We just wanted it to be really laid-back, and fun! Nothing stuffy.”
This is the third marriage for Williams, who has four children – two from each of his previous marriages. It is the first for Fowler.

I came across several photos of Countess Vaughn and R&B singer Lil Mo performing together on MTV's Celebrity Rap Superstar Show. Rap Superstar showcases eight celebrities who hail from the worlds of music, TV, film and sports as they get a chance to compete in a thrilling winner-takes-all rap battle. The pictures below are from week 4 where the remaining contestants were paired up into rapping duo teams. Vaughn and Jason Wahler (from MTV's The Hills)performed Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg's Nuthin' But a G Thang. Vaughn and Lil Mo also performed Lil Mo's single, Can't Let You Go.The show is now in week 6 (I think...I don't feel like looking it up to be sure) and although Countess had to eventually withdraw herself from the competition due to throat problems, her former Moesha cast mate, Shar Jackson has made it to the top three.

LISARAYE & HUBBY TO STAR IN THEIR OWN LIFETIME REALITY SHOW: 'THE PREMIER & I.'
Boy, LisaRaye has had her hands in all sorts of projects lately: headlining the stage play tour, Gossip, Lies and Secrets, busying herself as First Lady of Turks and Caicos...oh, and cleaning out her dressing room in the Hollywood studio where she once taped weekly episodes of the CW's All of Us sitcom which was recently and finally canned due to low ratings. Now, the woman, who went from being placed on the map after Ice Cube cast her in the leading role of 'Diamond' the stripper/college student in his movie The Players Club, to being the rumored mistress of NBA baller Gary Peyton, has since married into royalty and has allowed cameras to capture and chronicle her reigning moments as she adapts to island life.From royalty to reality: Lifetime has picked up a nonscripted pilot chronicling the exploits of thesp LisaRaye McCoy-Misick as she adapts to life as the first lady of Turks and Caicos Islands, a British overseas territory in the West Indies.
The Premier and I, from Warner Horizon, will shoot in November. Pilot will take a comedic, I Love Lucy-esque look at the relationship between McCoy-Misick -- an actress who appeared in the UPN laffer All of Us and the feature Beauty Shop -- and her husband of 17 months, Turks and Caicos Premier Michael Misick.
"They're amazing -- I've never seen something like this in reality," says Jessica Samet, senior VP of reality programming at Lifetime. "They're completely different people, and she has an unbelievably dynamic personality, while he's reserved. They're polar opposites." Much of the project will center on the natural conflicts that rise out of such different personalities, Samet said. Then there's also the fish-out-of-water aspect of McCoy-Misick trying to figure out her new role as the wife of a head of state, as well as the lavish, exotic setting. "Clearly, the Turks and Caicos is a beautiful place to shoot," Samet said. "It's a voyeuristic look at the lifestyles of the rich and famous, as well."

WORD AROUND THE WEB....B.E.T.'S 'COLLEGE HILL' SHOOTING 5th SEASON IN ATL
Word around the web...is that the fifth season of B.E.T.'s popular, original reality series, College Hill, is shooting in and around Atlanta, Georgia. College Hill is Black-college life uncensored and completely unrestricted -- from the classroom to chaos, cultural clashes to crazy sexual escapades, pranks to strict consequences.The reality show, which some consider an urban, collegiate knock-off version of MTV's successful series The Real World is currently housing eight college students (four males and four females) living together under one roof in a tricked-out pad in the heart of the city. And although MTV has surprisingly never filmed a season of The Real World in the Peachtree State despite the city's infamous and innovative thriving music scene, the presence of College Hill's latest season will definitely bring added attention to the city's most well-respected HBCU's (historically black colleges & universities) such as Spelman College, Moorehouse College, CAU (Clark Atlanta University) and many more. And that's a good look!
According to Access Atlanta, the show, which is set to tape through November and air in the spring of 2008, has already lensed footage at rapper Young Jeezy's recent birthday party and at a local hair salon.
In related news, BET is also shooting its second annual 2007 Hip-Hop Awards show at the Atlanta Civic Center on Saturday, October 13th. The show will premiere on the network on Wednesday, October 17th at 8 p.m. Comedian Katt Williams returns as host. R&B singer, Keyshia Cole's reality show, Keyshia Cole: The Way It Is is also being taped in the ATL.
VIDEO CLIP: USHER & TAMEKA BEHIND THE SCENES OF THEIR ESSENCE MAG (11/07) PHOTOSHOOT
The following video shows E! News behind the scenes as Usher and his wife Man-Man posed for their photo spread for Essence magazine's November '07 issue. As you can probably tell by the screenshot, the couple will grace the cover of the issue as well. This will also mark the first interview they've done together ever since they started their home-wrecking, adulterous affair of a relationship nearly two years ago. As you watch the video clip, you can easily figure out who wears the pants in the relationship. Here's a small hint: it ain't the one whose internationally known for dropping his pants while performing on stage in front of thousands of screaming female fans. Now, don't get me wrong, I'm aware that a majority of pregnant women have their hormonal moments when either they don't want to be bothered, they don't want too many people in their personal space or they just feel like bitching about the smallest, most petty little things they can think of. After watching the video, I'm convinced Tameka is all three. How she gon tell folks who were there to do their job to get out?!It was kinda funny to watch Usher sit there and come across as if he knew that if he was to say anything out of pocket, Tameka would turn around and slap a pint of piss out of his Curious George/Monchichi-looking ass a la Rasputia (from Norbit)style! LOL! It was also surprising to watch them go from being all lovey-dovey while the camera was flashing, but quickly turn it all off between takes. That's just my observation though.

I going to assume that their feature story in this issue will be used to push his new fragrance line. Usher needs his ass kicked for thinking that anyone would want to wear that Tameka-inspired-scented toilet water he calls perfume. Now I can say this because I actually went to Macy's to try it out; but his men's fragrance is definitely something I would buy for my man...well, if I had a man.
Also, I'm almost positive that their cover story will also shed more spotlight on their marriage--even though just a couple of months ago, he was bitching and begging folks to respect he and his wife's private life, but yet they both continue to stay all up in our face--than on news of Usher's latest music project...which we will probably never hear at all.
