Seems like Beyonce is having one mishap after another while on her world tour. Her apparent infatuation for that damn wind machine that's suppose to enhance her performances, got the best of her during her tour stop in Toronto, Canada on August 16. The singer was performing 'Deja Vu' alongside her dancers when in the blink of an eye, her dress flew up causing her to inadvertently flash her audience. It's a good thing she was apparently wearing a nude colored bra. Check out the video below.
