A expertly photoshopped, honey-blonde-haired, keloid and cellulite-free version of Flavor of Love 2 winner, Deelishis (real name London Charles) graces the cover of Smooth magazine's 2007 Holiday Special Edition (on stands now). I posted a few mag excerpts below. However, one particular excerpt caught my eye and I damn near lost it once I finished reading it. I told yall before that it takes a lot to leave me speechless. Consider this one of those times.
SMOOTH MAGAZINE: Do you consider yourself a celebrity?
DEELISHIS: Yeah, most definitely! You ask people from Canada to Detroit to Bumf-ck, Georgia, and they all know who Deelishis is. To have random people come up to you and say they love you and ask for autographs, I can’t help but feel like a celebrity. I embrace it because it’s the smart thing to do. I can make more things happen with my celebrity status.
SMOOTH MAGAZINE: But there must also be some negatives to fame.
DEELISHIS: That’s very true. Your life is now out there to be picked apart, judged, and fabricated. People will make up stuff just to have something to talk about. Everyone has the right to an opinion. It’s just the lies that I can’t stand. I just heard the other day that I’m stripping now! Let me tell you something: I don’t even have the courage to strip. And if I tried to, I would be very bad at it!

Below you'll find several more mind-reeling excerpts from her interview. And let me warn you all right now that she had no problem expressing her sexual self in this candid interview. Ol (nasty) girl dished on a multitude of personal and intimate confessions. Everything from being a squirter, to licking a man's ass (a.k.a. tossing his salad) to her feelings for Flav as well as the impending launch of her burgeoning music and acting career (she makes her film debut as Funkmaster Flex's baby's mama in Wendy Williams new biopic Queen of Media).
SMOOTH MAGAZINE: What does it take to please you in the bedroom?
DEELISHIS: A man has to be a good kisser. Wherever you are kissing me on my body, you gotta do it with some sincerity. You definitely have to taste the appetizer before you have the main course. So I’m looking for you to go down before anything else happens.
SMOOTH MAGAZINE: Is that a rule?
DEELISHIS:Hell yes! I need a man who’s on some grown sh*t if he’s going to have sex with me. I don’t want a man who’s afraid to let me touch his ass. A lot of guys get real homophobic if women go anywhere near their asses. Don’t let society tell you what’s taboo. If I toss your salad, that doesn’t mean you’re gay. That’s a heterosexual act. Men and women have been doing that to each other for years. I just need a man who’s going to be grown about it.
SMOOTH MAGAZINE: What’s the craziest thing you’ve done in the bedroom?
DEELISHIS: I licked a man’s ass. He was pretending that he wasn’t going to like it, but he did. He kinda made a funny noise when i did it, too.

SMOOTH MAGAZINE: Are there any special talents you have in the bedroom?
DEELISHIS: Oh yes! I’m a squirter, which makes sex that much better. When I first get with a person, I don’t tell him about it. I like it to be a surprise.
SMOOTH MAGAZINE: What’s your favorite position?
DEELISHIS: I have two. I like to be on my back because I like it when the man is in charge, but only when I’ve decided it’s okay for him to be in charge. When I want to be in charge, I like to be on top. I like to see the look in his eyes when he’s about to explode. That’s when I like to put all my weight down on him. Then I ask him to bite my nipples really hard when he’s reached his peak. It’s a feeling of dominance that I love.
SMOOTH MAGAZINE: Tell us about your music.
DEELISHIS: I'm trying to take this opportunity to do all the things that I've always wanted to pursue. I've always wanted to sing, and now I've got this single out called Rump Shaker It's a hot and up-tempo joint. We did a music video for it, too. Everyone can check it out on my Myspace page. There's a lot of rump-shaking in it, so I hope everyone is ready for it. Put the kids to bed before you see the video. The whole idea of Rump Shaker was to have fun. It was something to throw back to the fans for the sake of my being known for my derriere. I've had that thing on my backside for 27 years now, so let's enjoy it! The album is titled Simply Deelishis, and it's going to be the most delightful desert you've had in a long time.
SMOOTH MAGAZINE: Tell us about the movie you did.
DEELISHIS: It's called Queen of Media. It's a movie based on Wendy Williams' life. People love to hate Wendy, but this film gives you some insight into what her life is really like. Robin Givens played Wendy, and I played Funkmaster Flex's baby-mama. But it wasn't the typical baby-mama role. It was touching and honest.
DEELISHIS ON LIFE WITHOUT FLAVOR FLAV: I found out on the day of the Comedy Central Roast of Flavor Flav that they were going to do a Flavor of Love 3. I understood that the show was Flav's mealticket. He was more famous than ever before because of the show, and you can't have Flavor of Love 3 when you're still dating the girl from Flavor of Love 2. So he had a choice to make, but I think it was a choice that was more for him and not for us. I love Flav, but the respect I had for him has changed. It didn't have to go down like that. I would have respected him more if he would have come to me and told me exactly why we couldn't be together. This is the same man who told me he loved me when the cameras were off! Plus, his baby-mama approached me at the roast. I thought we were going to come to blows. But it's all good. I wish him the best. I really do. But there will be no friendship between us.

you should take some stuff off this blog it takes too long to load and it freezes
Thanks for the scans and the updates. I love your site.
If that's what Deelishis is about and what she does (she can't help if she's a ::shudders:: squirter), but does the world has to know this mess? Doesn't she have a daughter?
Very worthwhile piece of writing, thank you for the post.
