Whoa! Beyonce's little sister, Solange was a featured performer at the R&B Live Concert Series on Tuesday (August 21, 2007) at Spotlight Live in New York City. Solo's parents, Tina and Mathew were in attendance; as well as Vanessa and Angela Simmons, Bow Wow and hip-hop mogul Kevin Liles. Check out the pics below.
