Wow this is sad. Ya'll know they look saggy because she's not wearing a bra which all girls do and that kind of top/dress makes girls boobs look like their saggy. I know a couple of people with boob jobs(no not cheap one's)that wear shirts like that and their boobs sag too. So stop hatin' all you A cups.
