Will Smith has found the perfect way to keep a marriage on track - rule out divorce. The movie star has been married to actress wife Jada Pinkett Smith for a decade and insists they'll never split because divorce isn't an option for them. He explains, "What I found is divorce can't be an option - it's really that simple. And I think that's the problem with L.A. – there are so many options. If you just remove the option... because, if you have the option, one day that person's gonna make you wanna divorce. That's been a huge part of the success for she (Pinkett Smith) and I... We're like, 'Listen, we're gonna be together one way or the other so might as well try and be happy."

In other Smith family news, Will is investing more than $1 million in a new school near his California home. The actor has paid $889,000 to lease the Indian Hills High School in Calabasas, after failing to find a suitable institute for his two young children, Jaden, nine and Willow, seven (Will also has a 15-year-old son named Willard 'Trey' Smith with his first wife, Sheree). Will and Jada Pinkett have, until now, been home schooling the pair. A spokesperson for Smith says of the school - renamed the New Village Academy of Calabasas: "Will is leasing the campus for three years, plus he'll cover all costs such as utilities. The academy will be run privately, and will include prekindergarten through grade six."
